Very responsive and prompt. Quote on Wednesday and work done on Friday. Five workers did the gutters and downspouts in 2 hours. Very professional. An additional worker came and did the caulking. Work was great, but maybe I should have got more quotes...I think the cost was high.

The person that came from Youngs Construction to give an estimate was very nice. When the people came out, they put it on very nicely. It's fine and they did good work. I find that the pricing was reasonable.

It was okay. I had them add the protector screen on top of the gutters. It didn't take long for them to do - maybe an hour. I was pleased with the price.

Wow, I found Young's Construction off of Angie's List, and they did a wonderful job replacing a bunch of copper downspouts that were stolen recently from our church located in Fairfax, VA. I got estimates from two companies; the other came in cheaper, but they lacked any detail, and were not thorough in any way. Young's Construction's estimate included photos, etc, and was amazingly thorough. As it turns out my church insurance low balled us and only gave us money (less deductible) for the lower bidder, and I was going to reluctantly use them, but got a call from Ben Chae, and he proceeded to match the other company's bid! Then, it was simply amazing how quickly they came out to get the job done. We were going through a particularly bad cold spell, with extremely low wind chill, yet they came and persevered and got the job done amazingly quickly, what a pleasure it was to work with such a great company, so responsive, so flexible! Unfortunately your website does not allow me to enter the address of my church where the work was performed, it lists my home address, but that was not where the work was done, it was done at Truro Anglican Church, located at 10520 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22030.

Young's Construction is the best! I bought a $99 deal on a Tuesday and on Wednesday Mr. Young came to my house to inspect what I believed was a problem with my gutter. After taking a look at the gutter (40 ft above ground level) he determined that I needed a couple of things done. Before performing the work he told me what he had found and how much it would cost (it was $50 more than the deal I purchased). I authorized the additional work and the next day he performed the job. He called afterwards to let me know he had completed what we had agreed to and that he would send me an invoice via email for the additional $50. When I received the invoice I was pleasantly surprised to see a photo of the gutter screen and downspout he had installed. The work looked to be very complete and professional. After I sent Mr. Young payment he sent me a receipt and indicated that I should contact him if I had any problems.

I cannot tell you how impressive this company is. I called for a minor job. They get back to me very quickly, come out that same day for an estimate and do the repairs and replacement the NEXT day. Did I mention this was a minor job. The office said they wanted to get out quickly because of the big snow storm expected on Thursday. My gutters are about 30 feet or higher above ground. These guys are truly impressive. If they're this responsive to a minor job I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them for all my exterior house work. Angie thank you for this wonderful site as it has again proven very beneficial to his member!!! Well done Mr Young, you have a customer for life.

We returned to town after Christmas to find our gutter/soffit sagging in the front of the house, with more ice and snow on the way. We checked Angie's list and reached out to several companies. Young's got back to us immediately (on New Year's Day!!). The repair itself went incredibly smoothly. I worked with more than one representative, all of whom were very professional and responsive. Ben Chou came out the day after New Year's to see the damage that needed to be repaired. We talked through a variety of options, discussing pros/cons, and estimates were provided for all options. We scheduled the work, which had to be delayed because of icy conditions (the government was closed). Ben got the crew out to our house on the first available day and was very flexible in meeting my scheduling needs. The work was very well done. I would definitely hire the company again!

Mr. Kim was very professional, when he said he will show up he did so in time, he was very precise and went over every single little details there was. The job was done quickly and efficiently in a very short time frame. I will highly, highly recommend his services and use them again in the near future.

I bought the $99 for 50 feet of gutters deal, it included installation. I also purchased screens (covers) for the gutters, so totally it was $395 or so. After buying it, and an initial email, Mr. Kim showed up at my home unannounced to take a look. I was home so we talked over what I wanted. An estimate was received right away, and work was scheduled and performed the next day while I was at work. The crew took pictures of the work from the ground and the gutter level so I could see what was done. Overally, very impressed with the responsiveness and quickness of their work. Would hire again for sure.

Our gutters were old and rain had been sheeting against our windows. We had the gutters repaired and the repairs just moved the sheeting to another window. We finally decided to get new gutters. We got the Big Deal and working with Young's was fantastic. Quick communication. No hard push on gutter screens. Since we weren't sure if we wanted 5" or 6" gutters, we were given four different price quotes. They worked with me to decide how the downspouts should drain (we only drained at two corners and wanted to drain at all four). Installation was very fast, and there was not a single trace of debris in our yard. We've now had the gutters through wind, ice, rain, and snow and finally, no more sheeting against our windows! I would DEFINITELY work with Young's construction again.

The work was quick and professional. Not much to the job, and not much fuss with the contractor. It was an overall pleasant experience and I will use this contractor again.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They arrived on time, verified the work with me, and set off. It was a lesson in true efficiency. They removed the old gutter, created a new one-piece gutter, installed the new gutter, cleaned up and knocked on my door all in 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a job well done.

I got several quotes from some of the area?s most highly recommended companies, and Mr. Kim was right in there with the most competitive rates. He got to my place for a free estimate, and gave me a detailed report and several options. I went with the gutter guard installation and he did it the next day. It looks great, and works great. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, the quality, and the timeliness of the project. I'd highly recommend him.

I purchased a big deal and received an estimate for the installation of gutters and downspouts from Mr. Kim. He showed a sample of the gutter covers that would be used and provided a very reasonable and timely estimate. He was a pleasure to meet. But because of other priorities for my house, I have decided to delay the installation of new gutters. I strongly recommend this company for those who are looking to install new gutters and other general contracting work.

I put in a request for an estimate to replace a gutter with a larger one, they responded, came to do the appraisal, and came back with an estimate swiftly. There was no up-sale and just honesty assessments of what they thought was the best replacement option. I felt completely comfortable with them and didn't get that guarded feeling when you feel someone may try to take you for a ride. TS Kim was their rep and I was impressed with his and his team's work. Gutter looks and works great.

From the minute I emailed them Young's was professional and great to work with. Mr. Kim emailed me back quickly and spent 20 minutes with me discussing ideas for the project and what I needed. Since it is hard for me to take time off of work for him to visit AND because this job is on top of a 30' tall DC rowhouse I had to verbally walk him through what I needed (or thought I did). Not only did he take down what I told him on the phone he also drove by my house during the day and used that to inform his estimate. The bid was detailed and far below what others had given me. We had a few scheduling hiccups because of the weather (not at all Young's fault) but in the end the work was done today. The crew showed up on time was VERY fast and got to work immediately. The whole job took two hours flat. The crew is made up of some incredibly hard working guys -- they never stopped, never slacked off and were fantastic. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves and left me with sparkling new gutters. Overall I would 100% recommend Young's and intend to call upon them if I ever had a future job that they will handle. Very impressed.

Mr. Kim was extremely responsive and professional. He came to the house to provide an estimate on the same day that I contacted the company, and his estimate came in well under the other estimate that I received to replace my gutters. He also provided an estimate to replace my entire roof, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Mr. Kim also explained that the roof probably has another 5 years of life, but that a few spots need to be repaired. Unlike the other company that I contacted, Mr. Kim noticed an issue where my roof line meets at a 90 degree angle; rainwater was overshooting the gutter and pooling next to the house, creating a very soft spot in my front lawn. Obviously it's bad to have water accumulate right next to the house, so Mr. Kim suggested that we install a Roof Valley Diverter on each inside corner. I had never heard of such a thing, but he attached a photo of one to the estimate so that I would know exactly what he was recommending. Young's Construction was able to schedule a crew to perform the work very quickly, which was amazing given that the weather has not been cooperative. The crew completed the job in about an hour. They were also able to provide temporary repairs for my bad shingles, which I very much appreciated. The next day, Mr. Kim contacted me to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work. The gutters look great and I feel much better knowing that water will drain properly. I used an Angie's List Big Deal, $99 for 50 feet of standard gutters, which helped keep the costs down. The remaining gutters were $7 per foot, which is still less expensive than the other estimate I received. I anticipate using Young's Construction when it's time to replace my roof, and highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.

It wa great. I couldn't have been happier with the job that they did. They had to replace the face board that the gutter was attached to and they had to replace and reattach the gutter and downspout. They came out a few days to a week after I purchased the deal and I spent about $300. The surveyor who came out to inspect the work scope was very friendly, very personable and was the kind of person who would would be happy to have come into your yard. My neighbor also had work don by him and they called and said that the people are very efficient and fast. So this is definitely a company that has friendly and efficient workers.

Mr. Kim came out within a day, provided three estimates for options, and scheduled the work the following day. The installers were prompt and polite in installing and appeared capable. These gutters will likely be put to the test over the winter and the spring.

I took advantage of a special deal and it paid off. Made an appointment and they arrived on time and gave two estimates. Completed the job in a very timely manner and I am very satisfied.
