STB Modeling were very responsive from the fist contact through to final delivery. The pricing was clear and concise, They sent picture of the product immediately when requested. Coordinated with my roofing guy so they could come as soon as the roof was installed. The team were very efficient, and cleaned up the site very well. Despite a rain delay the job was completed on time to a high standard. Mr Kim called to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I was, very satisfied.

This is a great company to have do anything at your house. I had a relative small and quick job in a down spout repair that had separated from the gutter, and Mr. Kim told me the job possibly could be done for much less by other companies if I was just looking for gutter cleaning. Him telling me this convinced me I had the right company to do my small job. The workers were on time and quickly did the job, which ended up being a replacement of the downspout. The entire job lasted about 40 minutes and both guys doing the work were friendly and very engaging. Thanks for doing a good job and I will certainly call you again in the future.

STB did a GREAT job for us. They quoted several options and gave us honest answers when we asked about gutters guards. We read many bad reviews on gutter guards and were confused so the honest answers helped us understand the reviews. We got the gutters guards because in the final analysis we thought they were worth the money despite not being 100% maintenance free. Also, they scheduled our job quickly, showed up on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean. The crew that did the work were very professional. One of the best contractor experience I have ever had in my 50+ years.

Mr. Kim was prompt in responding to my emails, from estimate up to the day the gutter crew was coming and do the work. The crew came 15 minutes early; did their work and left the surroundings clean. Jairu (not sure of spelling), head of the crew, was cordial and answered my questions. They did a good job and will recommend STB Remodeling.

Mr Kim texted me on scheduling and let me know what time his crew would arrive. The guys were cordial and all knew there jobs. They were done quickly and their work looks awesome.

It went very well. STB Remodeling Group is very responsive. All costs are listed clearly in the contracts. I have another job before this project. They keep following up to make sure they can start immediately after the current project is done. They came out on time and told me it should take 3-4 hours to finish. Finished as estimate. Cleaning up quick and good. After I did the final check, I asked them to extend a pipe next to my son's room in order to connect to other pipes. They did it right away. Very excellent service!!

They don't honor the deal and they are dishonest.They claimed that my roof side is 1700 sq. ft.

Mr. TK Kim promptly and readily responded with every inquiry of mine. Mr. John Lee, project manager, came out on the same day I requested a quote, did thorough inspections, and answered all of my questions. I received their estimates a few days later, which were very reasonable. Mr. Kim scheduled his crew to come out and do the job a few days later. The crew showed up as scheduled, installed gutters, gutter screens, and dropouts on the entire house, replaced a rotted fascia board, and install aluminum capping on the new fascia board in about an hour and half. Although there was a misunderstanding on both sides about the scope of work, Mr Kim was understanding and reasonable and offered me additional discounts. It was a pleasure to work with them. I'll definitely hire them again for the future projects.

I was contacted by Kim the same day when I requested a quote from Angie's list, a time was set up after that and I got a quote the next day. The price was very reasonable and we got set up for working in a few days. It took a few hours to finish and the new gutter looks good. A pleasure to work with them.

Job went extremely well. Very professionally done and STB did a meticulous job of removing old gutters and gutter helmets. Mr. Kim answered all of my emails and phone calls promptly. Very customer focused. We are very pleased with the entire job.

The estimate was done by the next weekday.The crew got the gutters up in about an hour as scheduled. They were quick and professional. We had gutters up at a very reasonable price before other companies could give us an estimate!

STB sent decent proposal with detailed manufacture installation method. But nightmare began when the work started. The gutters are leaking and gutter guards were warped and not covering the gutter well. They did not follow the manufacture installation method. The crew torn off the starter stripes and ice barrier when they removed the old gutter guards. They lifted loose and twisted the drip edges in order to put on the gutters. Rain went through fascia board and gutter seam. Water also splashed on the outside of gutter causing damage of the foundation. The installation crew were like flash mob and left debris and nails everywhere. On their way out, they backed up their truck and knocked down my neighbor's mailbox. Kim, their PM, drew a diagram and told me that I don't need starter stripes when I first saw the old gutter guard with tart paper. Moment later, he said the torn ones are from previous roof shingle and I don't missing any starter shingles. After I have other roofers inspected and confirmed STB's wrong doing, the company owner came. But instead of replacing the starter shingles, he used underlayment. Their repair did not fix the gutter leaking completely but cause more damages, including more shingles bent and torn, drip edge nailed on the vertical edge, etc. Kim keeps arguing about the drip edge replacement even though 4 roofers gave the same review for the drip edge replacement due to its poor condition to function normally. The downspouts are not connected align with gutter and one makes very loud rain noise that can be heard inside the house. I've spent $2500 with a useless gutter system and a repair bill more than $3800. STB is the worst contractor I've ever used. Their workmanship is amateur and their fix is even worse.

I purchased an Angie's list special and within a week I had new gutters. This company was professional and responsive. They took only a day to install new gutters that are working really well. We had a strange leak, I emailed them, they came out the next and and found a simple problem and repaired it.

STB attempted to turn a simple remediation job into a costly one. STB representative wanted to replace the entire gutter with a larger (6" one) and to install a new downspout. Also, the gutter STB proposed was the the wrong color -- our association has codes on this. A vendor suggested by a neighbor said that a bigger gutter was unnecessary: in under five minutes he firmly secured the existing gutter to the roof edge using a slightly longer spikes. No charge for the repair.

Installers arrived right on time, and completed work in much less time than I had anticipated
