STB Remodeling Group were great! TS Kim was very responsive and provided all the information requested very quickly. The price was great, the lowest of the three quotes I received. The work was done within 2 days of receiving a quote and looked fantastic! Thanks to TS Kim and his crew! I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience all around. The crew was very professional and made quick work of what seemed to me to be a major project. They arrived just after 8 am and were complete by 1:15 pm. Everything was cleaned up and looked great. Mr. Kim was very responsive, flexible, and professional.

After the purchase of the Big Deal in the amount of $99 for 30 feet worth of 5" gutter replacement, the actual job required that we upgrade the purchase to a bigger gutter (6"), and in the end, the job cost additional $75. But all in all, I am pleased.

It was a good experience. He was very cooperative. The work was completed on time.

Great! TS is very responsive. He arrived half an hour early when he came out to do the estimate. I contacted him yesterday to let him know I'd like to have him do the work, and they came out the next day while I was at work to perform the work. The downspouts look great.

Company promptly notified me (via phone and email) that we were outside of their service area. Contact was professional, apologetic, and very nice. Would definitely recommend if you are in their service area.

TS Kim is VERY responsive. I called for an estimate on gutters one day and he had the estimate to me the next day. Then I called him back and asked if he could also do an estimate for the roof, and he had that estimate to me the very next day. The roof and gutters were installed on the same day which was the day that he had promised. The roof and gutters look great. There were a couple of small problems I noticed, and he made sure someone was right out to get them taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Based on our home inspection we were told that we need to replace our roof within the year, which is no small cost so when we saw the great Angie's list deal for a new roof from STB remodeling, we inquired about the deal right away. We worked with Mr. Kim who was great and very responsive. When he came to look at our roof he was very honest with us and told us that our roof actually had a few years left in it and that we really didn't need to replace it right away, which was great and really saved us some money! We really appreciated his honesty and will definitely be using this company when we decide to replace our roof.

Repair went extremely well, we didn't even have to be home. They came while we were at work and did a great job for the price to fix our front gutter.

A+ all the way. They gave me the window time and they were there before the window time. They were very professional, didn't come in at all.

I called the provider and left a message letting them know I would like an estimate for the cost of replacement of a gutter on the front of our town home. The provider contacted me shortly thereafter and scheduled a time to evaluate the gutter estimate. The estimate was sent to me via email the same day. The initial scheduled repair date was pushed back a day but the provider kept me informed of all changes during the process. The crew was punctual ( there was a window of time given) and completed the job very quickly. We have not had any rain since that date so I cannot attest to the functionality of the gutter---yet.

The gutter is wider that the one replace, as a result the gutter prevets one of the window underneath to open completely, and pateches had to be assed to plug gaps between the gutter and the frame of the sun room! I asked for the patches to be added since the crew was about to leave the job site unconcerned by this!

STB Remodeling contacted me quickly, provided good advice and installed the gutter quickly. Based on my inspection, the gutter looks very good. He even attached (w/screws) the downspout to some black pipe that I had laying around the yard, to extend the downspout away from the house.

Excellent and prompt service! Came out and gave us free estimate and was able to come a few days later to complete the work! We are happy with the quality of the work and how quickly it job was done....kept to the estimate! No hidden costs!

the representative was very nice and professional. his materials that he showed was were quality materials. I waited two days for an estimate and I finally had to text him to please give us an estimate. he sent it the next day through email, however the fact that I had to contact him for the estimate was a turn off and he ended up being significantly higher in his estimate than the other two estimates. I was also a little put off by his approach through email by taking SEVERAL pictures of my gutters to prove to me that the gutters and boards needed to be replaced. I knew that and that is why I had him give us an estimate in the first place. I thought it was overkill.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor. I bought the deal -30 feet of gutters plus installation for $99. I was contacted the next day. Mr. Kim came to my house the following day to see the job. He emailed me three pricing options for proceeding with the work. I picked the least expensive since I have several more projects to complete . One day after that that, I came home and the gutter and downspout were already installed. Great job! I will get gutters for the rest of the house in the fall.

They were excellent. They came out and gave a quote to replace my gutters which I thought that I can’t afford right now but they came out and repaired the one gutter that I had and it was done quickly and efficiently. They were great. It was a positive experience. The guy who owns it is very efficient in what he does. I was really happy with how efficient he was in giving out to me a proposal and things were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The price was very good. They were professional.

It went very well. I highly recommend them. He communicated well with me 'cause I was out of state. I've seen pictures when I wanted to see them. I was very happy with his job. His ability to get a hold of me very rapidly impressed me.
