STB was extremely easy to deal with and highly professional at a great price! Would recommend them without hesitation for gutter replacement.

I contacted STB for an estimate. Since it was an outside gutter job, I did not need to be home while they looked at my gutter. I received an email with the diagnosis, and the cost of the job included an Angie's List discount which I didn't ask for or realize was available. I told Mr. Kim from STB that I would need to discuss the job with my neighbor who I share the gutter with. Approximately one month after I received the initial quote, I emailed STB and stated that I was ready to complete the work. I received a reply that the crew would be there the next day to complete the work. The next morning, his crew completed the work, it hasn't rained yet so I haven't been able to verify that everything works as intended. My impression is that I am dealing with a first class company that would stand behind their work. From start to finish, everything went smoothly without any disappointments. Great job, thank you!

Great company. They gave us an estimate the same day we called. The job was completed within 5 days. We needed a lot of repairs as the gutters pulled away from the house and they did it all in one day even with us not being home. They did a great job. We sprung for gutter screens as we have some big trees. So far so good. We will have them replace the front ones soon. John Lee was very nice and pleasant to deal with (per my husband). Oh and they gave us $100 off for being Angies members.

The crew came out when they said they would. Cleaned up nicely after the work was complete. Very pleased with cost and job.

The company was very responsive to my request for an estimate, follow up questions, and was able to get my on their schedule quickly.

It wasn't terrible but it was a mess because it was leaking on to my porch then down to my basement the fact that they took care of it quickly was really great. They did it when I was not at home and I appreciate that they could just get right up there for me and I didn't have to be home for it. One person came to give me an estimate and he came to look at it; his name is John Lee. He gave me the estimate that very same day. He kind of quoted himself when he was here and said what he thought the problem was. I only have to write back and email to say okay then they did everything for me.

I arranged a time with John Lee, and his crew was onsite the very next day. They called to let me know they had arrived, and in the time it took me to drive home from the office they had replaced the old gutters and were already cleaning up. I could not have asked for it to go more smoothly.

I really wanted to select this company to replace my roof, but the job was more complex than anticipated and required a general contractor that was experienced with designing, building and repairing additions. Mr. Kim provided several prompt estimates to replace the roof and all of the prices were very reasonable. Because of the need to select a general contractor to repair a rear addition that was poorly designed under a previous owner, I could not select STB Remodeling because the scope of work associated with the job was not a "standard" roof replacement. That being said, I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, expertise, follow-up, reasonable prices, and integrity. There was no pressure whatsoever during the estimates. I have a very favorable impression of this company and I regret that I could not choose them. I did hire them for gutter replacement and the work performed was outstanding, as well as the quality.

Perfectly. Within 48 hours of purchase through AL, the repair had been booked conveniently via email or text (can't recall), and completed without my having to be home. Impressive.

Everything went perfectly. They arrived promptly to assess the job. They provided an estimate very quickly. And, amazingly, the estimate was lower than any other -- even as they used higher quality felt than anyone else who bid on the job. They were able to get the materials within days (faster than the two weeks they forecast at first). They completed the job within one day. The work was perfect. No complaints.

This was a great experience! I used an Angie's List Deal and was contacted the same day I purchased the deal - a Tuesday. They came out that day and did the estimate. I received the estimate Wednesday morning, approved it and they came on Thursday and did the work. Start to finish: 2 days. On Friday, I received a follow-up call to see if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed and would gladly recommend STB to others.

John was super helpful and responsive. I had several companies come out to give me a quote for replacing my roof. John was the only one who actually got on my roof to take a look at it's condition and estimate the cost. I originally found STB because they had an Angie's List Deal, but my roof was not eligible for the deal. Regardless, STB's quote was more than fair. When I decided to add on gutter replacement at the last minute, John got back to me with a quote really quickly, and then gave me an upgrade on the gutters without charging me. I found STB's work to be high quality, and their honesty and helpfulness really set them apart from the other companies I considered. I would absolutely use them again.

They had a good rating. I got an estimate. I was happy with the estimate. They were most responsive. I had to go through a process with my community board. He was very patient. As soon as I got it approved he was ready to go. It turned out well. So far so good.

Fantastic. Mr. Kim came out on Tuesday to assess my gutters and scheduled me promptly for the next day. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and unassuming and came across as very trustworthy. He was very responsive on email and sent me pictures so that I could get a required permit. His crew did the work while I was at work. The gutters looked great. I had asked Mr. Kim to assess the wood underneath the old gutters and he reported that the wood was in good condition. His crew also clamped a downspout on the front of my house that had come loose. That was a nice surprise. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs gutter work.

Top notch from start to finish. I received an estimate the same day I called to request one. I was not home when the inspection was done. I had a couple questions and received thorough answers both by phone and email. Several days later (Friday)I called back to schedule the work ASAP. Mr. Lee contacted me again by phone and email stating a crew would be here first thing Saturday morning. The crew showed up FIRST thing Saturday morning and immediate began to work......no slouching from these guys! They had the old gutter system removed and the new system along with the drip edge in just about an hour. When they were done you would have never known they were here, besides the beautiful gutter system they installed. NOTHING ....not even a piece of trash or any other sign they were here. Absolutely TOP NOTCH company and work. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their detail to communication with me (customer). This is something you do not see much anymore. It made me as the customer feel I was important to them and getting their full attention to what I was paying for. I could not be happier with the job and experience I have had with STB Remodeling Group. I will definitely use them again in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their expertise! The guy was really nice. He is good and very professional. I will call him back in a few years and get the gutter replacement done. I haven't seen what he did but I am sure he did a good job.

Beginning to end was exceptional. I contacted STB via Angie's List email on Wednesday morning (3/18) - I received an email and phone call follow-up immediately from TS asking if we could meet at 4:30 for an estimate. We met at 4:30 and did a walk through, he showed me options/colors, I received a formal quote from him at 6pm, signed, and was scheduled for the next day by 8pm that same night - with a custom color no less. The crew did a great job; and by the time I got home the work was done, cleaned up, without issue. I highly recommend TS Kim and STB Remodeling - professional, responsive, thorough - in less than 24 hours I went from first contact to installed gutters - pricing was slightly less or right in line with other quotes I received. But I honestly can say I've never experienced such a well oiled process from quote to completion before - I'm actually now looking forward to getting the roof replaced in the next year or so!

After we purchased the Angie's List deal they contacted us very promptly and came out the same day to examine the situation. The tech very clearly explained my two options and their costs and followed up a couple of hours later with an email quote that was consistent with what he said. I responded to schedule the work and they came out the very next day and got it done! Excellent experience, both service and price. Recommend.

That was the first time we used them. It went very well. They did what we wanted done. They did it in a timely manner. The craftsmanship seemed to be perfectly fine. I haven’t seen any flaws and I didn’t have to call them back.

Job went great. I was considering getting a handyman to do the work then changed my mind to have a gutter specialist do the work and the repair is of the highest quality. Screen is super durable, removal and reangle of existing gutter was done to perfection. Highly recommend STB for your gutter repairs. You get what you pay for and they do great work.

I sent them a photo of our damage and an e-mail and they called me back within a few hours to schedule someone to come give us an estimate of repairs. They were able to come give an estimate the next day. The estimate was very reasonable and they did not try to up-sale us to get new gutters on the whole house. They focused on the needed repairs and then based how dirty the gutters were and the amount of trees we have surrounding our house, they recommended putting screens on our current gutters. They were able to schedule an appointment for a week ( a little disappointing) later for repairs, but had a cancellation and was able to do repairs much sooner (2 days). They arrived on time with a very large work crew to get the job done. They asked to use power to plug in their extension cords and got right to work pulling down rotted gutters and soffit. They also had another crew working cleaning out the gutters for the rest of the house. They did ask if we could move our car so they could park their work truck in our driveway, so that it was easier to have quicker access to needed tools. The tools setup took most of of our front and side yards but it was not really an inconvenience. They worked for about 5 hours and cleaned up all of their equipment and swept off debris from gutters on the sidewalks. They walked us through the repairs completed and showed us photos of after work from a roof top view. They explained how their work and supplies has a warranty and their contact number if we had any questions or concerns. After they left my husband noticed that our flood light light bulb in the front yard had been replaced. We suspect that it was damaged during the repairs and they replaced it. We were glad they replaced it, but they did not tell us. No big deal, still a wonderful company to deal with and would definitely call them again for future home repairs.

STB was exceptionally responsive. They called us the same day we signed up for their Big Deal. Work was performed 2 days later & extra cost was reasonable. Color of replacement guttering matched quite well. Team was very efficient, courteous & professional. We would recommend to others.

Mr. Kim was very professional and responsive. His estimation was very competitive. His crew completed the work in one day as scheduled and did a wondful job. Mr. Kim is easy to communicate and is a nice person to work with.
