Work looks great. The contact at STB was responsive. Initially their quote did not include new capping but one I brought it to their attention, they added it to the quote and finished the job nicely.

Everything was done quickly and professionally. I called for an estimate and had it within 48 hours. My questions were answered quickly and completely. The roof was completed, aside from a couple of days rain delay, on time. The material arrived on one day and the roof was finished the next day. After they left, aside from the beautiful new roof, there was no sign that they had been there. Clean up was excellent.

John and crew were great; they provided electronic estimates and even honored discounts after the initial discounts after I brought it up to them. I took my time while shopping for vendors and STB was very patient. The work was done on the day they said and the invoice matched the estimate. I'm happy with their work.

Mr. Kim STB Remodeling's project manager was very responsive to my emails. They showed up on time and when they said they would and they worked very quickly and professionally. Mr. Kim also exhibited great care over how the portico gutter would work, but we were both in agreement that this area needed a gutter to protect the foundation from water, etc. Without a gutter this portico looked great, but Mr. Kim and his team at STB made it look great with a gutter as well. STB even coordinated to do a quick adjustment to the portico gutter downspouts almost 3 weeks after the install, to align with some under ground pipe I was having installed for these downspouts. His team was out this AM for a quick adjustment and were fast and efficient as usual. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received from STB Remodeling and would recommend them to Angies List subscribers and will recommend them to my friends and family who needs this type of service.

Mr. Kim came out and gave us an estimate a few days after my call to him. Within a week the roofing crew came out and finished in one day. We are very happy with our roof and new gutters. They found a few preexisting issues and took pictures and showed us the water damaged roof decking. I would totally go with STB in the future.

The service for the big deal form STB Remodeling Group went fine, it went well. They did a good job. It wasn't a big job, it was replacing the front gutters. They did good. I requested something a little different than what they had on the big deal and they accommodated that. I asked for a change in the hardware actually and they basically gave it to me at their cost. I looked at all the reviews basically and there was a lot of people giving them good reviews and they were close to me and so I picked them on those 2 things. They did a good job and the reviews were right. If I have to do the back gutters of the house then I would hire them again. The price was good too, I was surprised. The quality was good, that was great. The punctuality was very good too. the professionalism was very good.

This company is unreal. They came out to my house the same day I called. Quoted me the following day. Installed the gutters two days later. Mr. Kim is very responsive and very easy to deal with. The installation took no time at all as they had several guys working on it. I would say this was one of the best, if not the best Angie's List experience I've dealt with.

STB gave exceptional service at a fair price. I sought three bids and all were in the same ballpark. STB was selected because John Lee was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions I had via e-mail or phone. In addition, STB offered the greatest variety of colors. The crews arrived as scheduled, worked fast, and left my property very tidy.

Contacted STB through Angie's list. Company responded quickly and provided estimate which was competitive compared to other providers on Angie's list. They recommended micro shield gutter screens which looked a good product.They were also very quick in scheduling and installing gutter screens. Overall they did a great job!! Would highly recommend them.

This company is amazing. Read all the reviews and decided to pay a little extra money for the quality and responsiveness compared to most others out there. They pretty much got the project down within 24 hrs of my agreeing to the quote. Crazy fast service. Also went above and beyond on things like tight connections into drain pipes and expanded a small whole in my deck to make room for the oversized down spot. Another company didn't want to crawl under the deck and these guys never questioned it. They came out so quick I wasn't even home but after seeing the work I definitely didn't need to worry about not being home. The warranty info on the quote is also a nice touch that sets them apart. I'll call them for every future gutter need for sure. So far in a few decent rains everything is working great. Will wait for a torrential down pour for final judgement, but I suspect the system will work flawlessly.

They were very quick and responsive. The gutter crew was not prepared to replace the soffit and was not sure if that should be replaced. They phoned the owner, who immediately came and discussed the soffit with me. Mr Kim wasn't sure if they could replace the missing soffit with the off white color, but could replace it with white soffit. In less than an hour, another worker showed up with the correct color of soffit and used that to replace the missing pieces. Everything looks great!

I contacted STB Remodeling Group through Angie's list. John, a project manager who works for STB remodeling group, came out and provided an estimate as how much the total project would cost. He was honest, thorough, punctual, and very professional. We had originally thought that our gutters are about 150 linear feet. However, John measured it and told that it was only 118 feet. I really appreciate their honesty. Not only did they clean and flush our gutter, but they also took the extra mile by fixing our gutters when they did not have to. They added an extension to prevent water spillage. This is a great company, and I definitely recommend other using them. Should there be a need for a similar project in the future, STB Remodeling Group will definitely be our first choice.

Great service. Pleasantly surprised at the relatively low cost, and the whole process was extremely low hassle. Following the free estimate, the work was done while I was away at work. Came back to a functional gutter system. Very pleased overall.

This company responded instantly, scheduled the call for the very next day and did the repairs the next day after that. I was very pleased with the explanation of options they gave me with respect to replacing all the gutters, repairing these, how much longer these would last, and coming to a very reasonable and low cost repair. Their explanation was thorough and complete and made sense. I would highly recommend this provider based on efficiency, professionalism, and rapid service.

Prompt, courteous & professional! - I contacted them on Monday afternoon, - PM came out the same day to walk the site, - Tuesday morning I received an estimate, which we approved the same day - Wednesday morning the workers were on site, & completed the job! I would definitely recommend this company at a heart beat!

Provider arrived to provide estimate the day after a BigDeal was purchased. Two business days later and the gutters up. They finished quickly and at a great price. Great communication and turn-around time.

I called the company in the morning to see if I could get an estimate on the job. At noon, the estimator arrived and by the following morning, I had the company's estimate by email. I approved the estimate - which I thought was very reasonable - and the repair crew showed up within two days. The crew consisted of 5 people, and the work was completed within two hours. There was no wasted motion; everyone knew what he was doing. The clean-up was thorough. The final bill was exactly the estimate. All members of the work crew were very courteous. I could not be more pleased with the experience.

I received a call the day after I purchased the deal. I was informed that they were going take a look at the worksite and measure. Later that day, I was called and informed that the cleaning had been done and the guards installed. Blown away by the quick service. I will use them again.

Contacted the company and within a couple of hours, Mr. Kim came over to give us an estimate. He promptly followed up by email. The very next morning the workmen were here. The team was very professional, friendly, fast and thorough. They left everything spotless and did an excellent job. I am really impressed with the entire process of working with this company. They could not have been more responsive and you never had to worry or question as to what or how they were going to perform the services. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. This company is excellent and I will certainly use them again. It was a pleasure using such a well organized and competent company.

I contacted STB via Angieslist. Mr. Kim emailed me a quote on the same day. Their pricing was very competitive based on the three quotes I received for this job. What impressed me most was that these guys were willing to listen: while other contractors felt I did not need county permits for this work, STB listened to me and understood the requirements. They revised pricing based on county requirements, but it was not unreasonable. John handled the permits and inspections process and communicated with me through out the entire process via email and phone. The work performed was done as planned and they did a good job of it. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the outcome and would absolutely recommend STB.

I cannot recommend STB Remodeling group, and particularly Mr. Kim, highly enough and I do not give this kind of review lightly. When I called for a quote, he came to our house the next day and I had a formal estimate that evening. Although the quote was higher than that received from another company with A ratings on Angie's List, additional research shows me that he was using a much higher quality leaf guard that accounting for most of the difference. The other reason that I decided to use him over the other firm, was again, the timeliness of his returned calls and emails which really impressed me as we has several discussion on materials and price. This was important, as I needed a flexible contractor who could schedule the work with a few days notice of our painting work being completed. Despite a couple of delays on our part as the painting went longer than expected, Mr. Kim was true to his word and was at our house the day after the painting job was complete. All work was done on site for our very large house. I commented to my wife when they arrived that I had never seen a crew go to work that fast and efficiently. The job was completed in 4-5 hours and the clean up was perfect, just like the job that they did.
