Arrived when he said he would. The job was done professionally. Very pleased. Would definitely use this company again.

Everything went well. They responded quickly to emails, the price was good and the work was completed as advertised. We have been through a fall and winter with these. They perform perfectly. The leaves and seeds dropped from the trees either wash off the edge of the gutter, or they do not interfere with drainage. I had no ice dams or buildups over the winter. Great product, great service.

I found the company was highly rated on Angie's list so I called for an estimate first thing in the morning. Mr. Kim asked if I was home and when I said yes, he said he would have someone out between 10 and 12. As it turned out, he came himself rather than cancel on me because his other staff were unavailable in Baltimore. He confirmed what I wanted, made a couple of suggestions that improved the work without adding cost, and emailed me an estimate the same day. The estimate was very reasonable and he even applied a spring discount I had not asked for; I accepted and he scheduled his crew for work the next day. The crew came first thing in the morning in spite of a very heavy wind and cold wind chill, worked quickly and neatly and completed the job to a professional standard in an hour. Simply outstanding from start to finish.

They straightened out the bent piece of aluminum facia and used caulking to insure the wind won't take it down again. I thought this was a great idea that would help keep the facia in place

Used AL to find a local company to repair gutters that were damaged in the blizzard. STB was offering a $99 for $200 repair credit deal. John Lee the project manager arranged to come to my house the day after I purchased the offer on AL. He did a thorough assessment of the damage, assured me that the repair would be covered by the offer and let me know that he woudl be in touch later tat or the next day to schedule the repair. The very next day his crew appears, unexpectedly. And only unexpectedly because i do not routinely check the email account associated with the AL account. He'd notified me via AL message that a crew would be there that morning. So, I would probably appreciate a call, but I am not going to complain about service that is too fast and too efficient. The crew was pleasant and professional. The repair was completed (in the rain). Very satisfied.

I contacted STB Remodeling Group to get an estimate to replace my mansard roof. I was provided with a timely estimate that was fair and STB also threw in 34 linear feet of ridge vents valued at $525.00. I know from the Angies List reviews that STB Remodeling Group does good work so I included them as part of my short list of potential contractors. I have had several estimates for the roofing work and STB was in the mix and I was actually hoping that I could sign a contract with them sometime in the spring. But unfortunately, the STB Project Manager and I simply couldn't reach an agreement on a more reasonable price. I was willing to work with the $10500 STB estimate to get my roof done, but I wanted to get an off-season discount in the above price, given that we are in the dead of winter and the slowest time for roofing companies. I informed the STB Project Manager that even though we couldn't reach an agreement on price or some additional throw-ins, I would still be willing to consider his company and that I didn't want to l;eave the wrong impression that I had written them off. My latest e-mail went unanswered and I have not been contacted by the STB owner, but nevertheless, I am still open to working with STB Remodeling if they would like to provide me with a counter offer on pricing or some additional off-season discounts. But regardless of overhead or any other STB internal issues, in my opinion it is far better to try and accomodate Angies List customers because nothing builds successs like happy customers and referrals, and this is something for the owner of STB Remodeling to think about going forward. I am happy to reconsider STB Remoeling Group because I believ they are ab good roofing company and thus I look forward to working with the owner if and when he/she chooses to review this matter or to make me a counter offer.

I didn't use him because it was a little too expensive. He was highly rated which is why I called him. When we decided to go with him, he said that they had to come back out here and so it would be an additional $125 because we didn't go with them when they came to do the estimate. I thought that was a little bit shady. We ended up fixing the loose gutters ourselves. The estimate was free. When he spoke with my husband, he also told him that the wood would have to be replaced too because it was deteriorating where the shingles were being held. So, when my husband went up there, I asked him how the wood was. He said the wood was just fine. So, I don't feel like he was being honest. He was just trying to get the business since he came out all the way to give a free estimate. He just really wanted to get his monies worth. He came on time.

STB remodeling was amazing. John came out and gave me an estimate while other Angie's List Top Rated contractors were still returning my messages. I ran the estimate by some other professionals and they said it was a very well written estimate with good quality materials, reasonable choices and reasonably priced. The work was done beautifully and quickly. They are fully insured, with property and workmen's comp liability. I could not be happier. I have a lot of work that needs to be done on the house and I was disappointed that they only do roofs, because I'd love to have them handle other things for me.

The team led by Jairo did a very detailed and careful job.

I contacted STB this week to schedule an estimate appointment. On Wednesday, I got a message from them saying that they would call me to schedule an appointment. That never happened. On Thursday, I got another message from them saying that they would call me that day to schedule an appointment but that never happened either. Today, I got an email from them, with another customer's name, talking about the work to that man's home. I'm not interested in such a disorganized company.

Workers just showed up out of the blue. I was late for work so I could pay these people. There was no scheduled appointment. I was not happy. They apologized, but it is not how I expect things to go.

STB did a good job from quick appraisal to completion of the work. Project manager Mr. Lee gave me a quote in 2 days after I submitted request on Angie's list, and the worked was performed the following week. The 230 feet gutter work took them half day. Siding work and painting all the external two stories house took another full day. The painter James had 30 years of painting experience. The prices is fair. Quality is great. Customer service is very courtesy. I will definitely use them again.

workers arrived on time. worked was performed on a timely matter. excellent professionalism. cleaned up after work was done. followed up a couple days later to make sure everything went smoothly.

Extremely professional company. Very responsive to my initial calls, and the on site workers were prompt and conscientious while completing the necessary repairs. I am now using them for a referral on other work (exterior painting) that needs to be done on my home. I also plan to replace my roof next year and STB Remodeling Group will be the company I use. Pricing was extremely competitive and more importantly, I now trust them based on my prior experience. I have also recommended them to a neighbor as a reliable and professional company. I'm pretty particular about contractors and require a high standard of both work and execution for anything I need done. RTB Remodeling easily met both standards. Mr. Kim was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

They were fantastic. They came out to do an estimate the same day we contacted them and had completed the work by the end of the week. They were very responsive and they did great work. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. I would definitely use them again.

What I liked was that they came over within 48hrs and provided me a quote without having anyone home. Then the estimate came quickly, was fair and he did the work without anyone home again and the work was flawless. What more can you ask for? High quality, fast, reasonably priced and efficient.

John and his team were very prompt and squeezed me in. I could have used a bit more communication before the team came out to the house, but it is a small complaint. Now I just have to pray that this is the right product and I can stop climbing a ladder and hang from roof shingles every few weeks to clean gutters.

The installers put new gutters and guards up quickly and they look fantastic. I had a few issues and John came out right away to look at my concerns. I changed my original rating because John was so professional, he addressed some additional questions that did not concern the gutter installation. A few of my new windows were damaged; I thought the window and roof installer made the damage they blamed the gutter installers. John assured me that the gutter installers would never put ladders on window frames, and I trust his word more than I do the window and roof installers since they have made such a mess out of the roof and window installation and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Great job STB Remodeling.
