Daniel with Real Property Management Pros did an outstanding job of coordinating with the Building Management, the owner of the unit above mine, and my current tenant. at every turn he kept us informed about what was going on regarding the repairs to the bathroom.

Things went well for the most part. I worked with Rosa and she was responsive and helpful. There was a technical issue with payment that was straightened out, but it took a week and a half. That felt too long for the issue to not be resolved and not have an alternative options.

Oscar Alvarez from Real Property Management Pros was the most amazing and professional human I have ever interacted with during what would usually be a stressful situation. Mr. Alvarez reached out to let me know that my tenant was experiencing a leak in my unit. He calmly communicated the matter. Never asked for any action on my part but just kept in touch to tell me he would reach out to my HOA and helped get information for both myself and my tenant. This was so helpful because I live overseas and my hands were tied. He helped me and my tenant out and just kept the situation calm. He walked me through the work that would be done in my unit and kept me in the loop as new flooring and painting was done. Equally, he did his best to help my tenant. I want to shout from the mountain tops how great my experience was with Mr. Alvarez and Property Management Pros. They really are the best. I have already recommended them to others. All of their employees seem to be just lovely and so helpful. I can't really say enough good things about this company.

The tenants were found to be responsible as the garbage disposal was unduly taxed by improper use.

We've had multiple rental companies in the Northern Virginia area for the past 20 years while living out of the area and finally settled with Real Property Management Pros. The support team of specialists is fantastic whether selecting solid renters and coordinating leases or dealing with maintenance issues they go above and beyond to ensure you are well aware of your options. In particular, Alicia Curley has done an outstanding job of making the lease renewal process a breeze.

Overall it went smooth. After I requested to have some rotten boards replaced and new screen installed for the back porch, I received a quote for the work and decided to proceed. It was completed a few weeks later and I I received phots of job. Since I live far away from the property, having Real Proper Management Pros handle ever for me was necessary, and they they did a great job.
