Alma from Real Property Management Pros has been absolutely amazing dealing with a heating and water issue we had in our investment property. She worked with my warranty company and the tenants keeping me informed and resolving the initial issue. Subsequently, the issue seemed to come back but with great communication and coordination she figured out it was a simple fix the tenants could sort out and resolved it on the spot.

I worked with Johanna Pascual to begin a new lease at one of their managed properties. She mad everything seemless.

I appreciate Arnold's time and efforts in the replacement dishwasher. He was prompt in taking the initiative and monitored and progress thoroughly till the task was completed.

That rating is for Oscar at Real Property Mgmt Pros! The first contractor sent did not fix the root cause of the problem, but that is not Oscar's fault. I would take a second look at that first contractor - they just knocked the ice off, which I had been doing myself prior to calling it in, and called it a day. Oscar responded immediately when I called to let them know that the problem was not solved and sent out a second contractor with more experience who understood the problem and fixed the root cause. He also let me know what to do so the problem does not reoccur. So kudos to that second contractor, but mostly to Oscar who worked so swiftly to get the situation resolved.

Oscar and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They first guided the tenant through several troubleshooting steps, which demonstrated their commitment to resolving the issue efficiently. When the problem was not resolved, they promptly sent a technician who replaced the exhaust fan and ensured it was operating correctly. The technician did an excellent job, and I appreciated receiving photos and a video of the completed work, which provided clarity of the repairs made. From the very beginning, Chuck was prompt and very helpful in listing my townhome for rent. He advised on the rental pricing based on the latest market value. Due to market conditions, it took a little longer than I would have liked to get renters in place but Chuck kept me updated and did the work screening applicants, etc. Absolutely no hassle for me as a landlord and I'm happy about that.

We had a very quick turnaround on our rental property and our agent Karen Alfonso was there for us every step of the way. I was texting and emailing her constantly and she was able to help us with the lease, rental payments, insurance and utilities set up. She has been such a joy to work with and Real Property has been very professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Been a tenant with them for a year and a half now and it's been a terrible experience. Every maintenance request goes days of being unanswered by Arnold, and then have to fight with them to fix anything that the landlord neglected. Currently 5 weeks and counting and a maintenance concern still has not been addressed. Very frustrating. Arnold still hasn’t fixed the issue now after a month! Update: it’s now been 5 weeks and still not addressed. He also doesn’t respond to emails or any correspondence. As a tenant this really makes it difficult for us to live in the property when maintenance doesn’t get addressed. It takes days to get a response sometimes. Also, communication is awful and technicians show up unannounced and without prior notifications. There are constant inspections that don't actually address any of the actual maintenance concerns, so there is no use for them except to invade the tenant's privacy and take tons of pictures to try to use against you. I've given many chances to improve but cannot recommend this company at all. Every time there is any sort of issue, it is impossible to work with anyone, just constant push back. Very frustrating.
