Arnold to the rescue again! My refrigerator was leaking water AND I have a noisy, inconsiderate neighbor (something I wasn't sure Arnold could take care of). But as always, he took care of everything, and with a smile! Thank you so much Arnold!

Recently, I needed to add a tenant to an existing lease mid-year. The process was complicated by the fact that the new tenant was fairly itinerant, worked for cash, spoke no English, and was computer illiterate. Dyana Woods,a support team manager, helped me surmount all the obstacles to getting this 63-year old man added to the lease, using creative workarounds to the on-line application process and contacting me several times, even late at night, to work out the snags. I did not expect this level of assistance from a large company, and Dyana went over and above the norm to help me include this tenant in the lease and make him feel welcome. So appreciated. Kudos to Dyana.

Real Property Management Pros is a great company to work with, particularly with Chuck. I have been working with Real Property and Chuck since 2021. For transparency, I have been working with Chuck to help me find a tenant for my rental home while I maintain the property. Through Chuck’s vigorous screening and advice, I successfully had wonderful tenants that stayed in the home.

Very methodical and diligent. Alicia achieved good rent increase for my property. Nice service in respect of utilities. In the event of a vacancy, the company puts the utilities in its name to save the owner the hassle.

Jameson was very professional and went above and beyond. When he arrived, he assessed what needed to be done in a timely manner, then provided a temporary fix (since the stores were closed on the holiday), and then promptly returned to finish the job. In addition to fixing the basic problem, he also provided solutions to some other issues with the washer that we hadn't noticed, but would have required another future visit if he hadn't taken care of it right then and there.

Roxana was prompt and helpful during our rental lease application process.

Colby was professional and patient. Great attitude! He showed me how to check the breaker box when outlets are not working as well as disabled a security system that was installed unbeknownst to the owners.

Daniel from Real Property Management Pros provided excellent customer service by making sure that a faulty home appliance (water heater) was addressed in a timely manner, and reached out to a plumber after hours and notified the home owner. Also, worked with a contractor to replace the water heater immediately and was able to provide a one day turn-around during a long holiday weekend. Furthermore, he maintained the tenants and home owner informed at all times, and provided detailed emails throughout process.

I am very pleased with my experience with Real Property Pros. I always get quick attention when I contact them and that was the case this last time.
