Real Property Management PROS

This was our first time renting a home. Real Property Management PROS was wonderful to work with. The process was easy and we rented our home within 4 weeks at our agreed upon rate. We can't say enough good things about Chuck Adcox. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to put us at ease with the rental process.

Real Property Management PROS got someone out the day after we called and then arranged for the complete replacement of the old units within another day.

- Regarding our concerns with the lease, Danielle took the time to meticulously address each and every one those concerns both via several emails as well as in a face to face meeting until we felt at ease. - Our maintenance issues have either been addressed (in a timely manner) or are in the process of being addressed.

We discovered leak in our tub due to a failed gasket the day before a new tenant was moving in. I called to report the problem around 1:00 pm. Real Property Management Pros was able to coordinate for a plumber to come out later that day and fix the problem. Mary, the maintenance coordinator I worked with was extremely helpful and responsive. We have used Real Property Management for several months and have been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them if you have a rental house.

They found tenants for us in a relative short period of time and made the leasing process easy. I would highly recommend using their services if you have a rental property.

It went like a dream. I met with one of their professional representatives who went over the various levels of service that they offer. I selected the ones that suited my situation and was very pleased with the value of the services offered based on the price. They offered a couple of services that the other two companies I interviewed did not: guaranteed deposit of rent, and eviction coverage. I have been very happy with their services for the last 5 years and only terminated the contract when I decided to sell the property. I would definitely use/recommend them again.

The team did a great job. They effectively and efficiently repaired or completed the listed tasks. They were professional, polite, kind, and very hard workers.

After a few months of constantly asking the property manager to fix things and after investing a lot of my personal funds and personally completing repairs that improved the property and revamped the landscaping, things are a lot better. The house is now very nice and the next tenant will be grateful. The lady who takes care of maintenance requests and Carrie in the Accounting department were both great to work with. They were courteous and professional and easy to talk to like old friends, And they were helpful took care of things. They are the main reason I am still staying in this townhouse.

As a first time owner I had lot of concerns and doubts on putting my property in the market for renting, but working with Chuck (Real Propoerty ) made it very easy for me. My friends and relatives all were surprised on how easy it was. I found a renter within a week. Real property management is a small company but with great team . We are currently renting a house managed by Real Property Management PROS and they have been good to work with. This is the first place I have ever rented so I will admit I was a little disappointed with some of the processes but also found that is normal practice too. We have worked personally with Danielle at Real Property Management PROS and she has been absolutely wonderful with her prompt response and always being attentive to any issues or concerns. I would recommend contacting them and seeing if they are able to help you with managing your property or even renting a property they manage.

Overall, pretty well. Getting started was easy. They certainly try to sell themselves (who wouldn't), but I never felt pressured into anything. They try to be pretty communicative about everything. They use a nice online system that will provide you with monthly statements. Maintenance stuff is pretty straight forward. You pre-pay a nominal amount (~$500) which is held in an account for when/if something comes up. If there is a chance the cost will be more than a $100 or so, they will ask permission to fix it before they even go out there. If it's something small, they will just fix it and let you know. I had one instance where the cost of repairs seemed WAY higher than it should be. I worked with one of their Maint Coordinators (Cindy Cole) who was able to talk to their handymen and bring the price down to something way more reasonable.

Danielle swiftly replied to my email and communicated what I needed to my tenants. Previously, she had helped me with another matter. She is always quick to respond and sounds friendly.

Thus far, I’ve had a positive experience with RPM Pros. I strongly recommend there services. Jen, Danielle, James, and Chuck are all phenomenal.

Real Property Management took over the management of the rental property we are in about 6 months ago. So far the responsiveness and communication has been excellent! Caroline and the team are wonderful to work with!

My wife and I rented a property through Real Management Pros for over a year, and honestly encountered several issues with the homeowner as well as former employees of the organization (Real Management Pros). When Chuck Adcox got involved with my situation, he went above and beyond to mitigate and resolve my issues. Chuck acted as a true intermediary between both parties, spending several weeks, days and hours ensuring that a once terrible situation was peacefully and amicably resolved. His involvement saved me time and money, and I am truly appreciative. I will never forget the care Mr. Adcox took with my situation and I recommend he and his company to all prospective patrons.
