Giselle Kilby has always taken care of work orders right away on our property to ensure issues are taken care of. I really appreciate Giselle taking special care of our property.

It was great and easy experience. Real Property Management Pros Has rented my house in couple of weeks, while I was traveling outside of USA. They carefully choose candidates, do their background check and communicate constantly asking for opinion. It’s very good solution for those who has no time. Even though it’s bit costly, but totally worth it’s money, since deposit needs to be returned only at the end of leasing agreement. So at the beginning nothing comes out from your pocket. Great Job Chuck and your team. I will absolutely use your service again if needed and recommend it to my friends.

So far so good. Has been a smooth and relatively easy process up to this point. Took just 2 weeks to find a new tenant for my property and the vetting process seems to be sufficiently comprehensive and secure. I'm feeling pretty confident that they will be able to handle any issues for me going forward with the property and I will likely keep renting through them for the foreseeable future.

This was my first experience with a property management company and overal I’m please so far. Having to move and be away from my home had been a challenging experience, but through it all Jen from Real Property Management has been responsive and professional. She has also been helpful with my many questions and requests!

From the very first day that we moved in, if there was anything that needed to be done or fixed they were right on top of and very prompt with responses and communication. Especially from Cindy Cole.

It's been a pleasure to work with Ms. Cindy Cole. We recently experienced a situation that required immediate attention. On Friday, 1/26, our tenant reached out as there was an active water leak due to a broken pipe. Water was flowing in to multiple rooms. As soon as we contacted Ms. Cole, she immediately went into action. Within minutes of contacting Ms. Cole, she had contacted a plumber and emergency water removal company, in which both were on their way to stop the water and begin repairs. Ms. Cole went over and beyond expectations. Being that it was a Friday and after hours, Ms. Cole continued to support us throughout the emergency. Working until 9 pm when the emergency was under control and the emergency water removal company was leaving for the night. Throughout the entire process Ms. Cole, was professional, helpful, understanding, and kept us up to date on all actions in regards to repairs. We have been very happy with the support we received and are very thankful to have worked with Ms. Cole.

The carpet in the townhouse is awful and it has been a challenge getting something done about it!

We just had a new tenant move in recently and needed some minor maintenance work. Real Property Management's maintenance team has been excellent. Very responsive and helpful. The contractors they use have been reasonably priced and prompt. We've been very happy with the property management company. Everyone I have interacted with at the company has been responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with.

This was our first time renting a home. Real Property Management PROS was wonderful to work with. The process was easy and we rented our home within 4 weeks at our agreed upon rate. We can't say enough good things about Chuck Adcox. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to put us at ease with the rental process.

- Regarding our concerns with the lease, Danielle took the time to meticulously address each and every one those concerns both via several emails as well as in a face to face meeting until we felt at ease. - Our maintenance issues have either been addressed (in a timely manner) or are in the process of being addressed.

Property Management was timely in their response. Service provider was timely as well as efficient in performance of needed repair.

We discovered leak in our tub due to a failed gasket the day before a new tenant was moving in. I called to report the problem around 1:00 pm. Real Property Management Pros was able to coordinate for a plumber to come out later that day and fix the problem. Mary, the maintenance coordinator I worked with was extremely helpful and responsive. We have used Real Property Management for several months and have been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them if you have a rental house.

It went like a dream. I met with one of their professional representatives who went over the various levels of service that they offer. I selected the ones that suited my situation and was very pleased with the value of the services offered based on the price. They offered a couple of services that the other two companies I interviewed did not: guaranteed deposit of rent, and eviction coverage. I have been very happy with their services for the last 5 years and only terminated the contract when I decided to sell the property. I would definitely use/recommend them again.

The team did a great job. They effectively and efficiently repaired or completed the listed tasks. They were professional, polite, kind, and very hard workers.

After a few months of constantly asking the property manager to fix things and after investing a lot of my personal funds and personally completing repairs that improved the property and revamped the landscaping, things are a lot better. The house is now very nice and the next tenant will be grateful. The lady who takes care of maintenance requests and Carrie in the Accounting department were both great to work with. They were courteous and professional and easy to talk to like old friends, And they were helpful took care of things. They are the main reason I am still staying in this townhouse.
