They have one a wonderful job from screening tenants to managing the property issues that arise. My contact person in Monea and she gets in touch with me if a problem occurs. She follows through. They have provided inspections and have been a good liaison between the tentants and myself.

RPMP's found the renter, screened them, and setup the lease. Overall, it went terrific and I really can't say enough good things about Jen R. She was really friendly, responsive and answered all of our questions. (We had a lot of questions!). On top of that, she went above an beyond to get our rental listed in various services and working through all the questions potential renters had. It took about a two weeks to find a renter and in the end we couldn't be happier with our tenant. We hit a home run and I won't hesitate to contact them again if and when we need to find a new tenant.

Chuck and Selena (his manager), have been always communicating with me about how to go about promoting my property, and how to adjust it to the market. They are providing on time information about the competition, and my apartment was rented 2.5 month after placing on the market even though it is the worst time of the year (October - December) and I had a lot of competition near by. They have found what seems (on paper) to be a good quality tenant and my leasing started yesterday. I look forward to continue to work with Property Management Pros as they are very professional and have rigorous protocols to offer the best quality options to the best quality tenants. Chuck is also helping me solve last minute details that otherwise, I would go insane about. I look forward to continue working with them.

The owner of the house we rent had made the change over to RPMP following the first month we moved in. Our previous management company did not get half as much done and were very unresponsive when we had major issues that should have been resolved prior to move in. We are pleased with the owners decision to have chosen a highly professional team to work with. They have accomplished more in the two weeks they have managed this property than the previous company. Sarah Schnier, Real Property Management Pros in Haymarket, VA, handled everything efficiently, was always pleasant, available to take my call or returned calls ASAP & didn’t make me feel like a number. She dispatched “A1 Solid Solutions LLC” whom also were efficient & polite. They actually found 3 dead birds & nesting material in the exhaust fan, they not only fixed/repaired the problem but removed the dead birds & debris and cleaned up, wiped the floors with disinfectant wipes, put baskets over all outside vent openings to prevent it from ever happening again in any exhaust opening.
