Real Property Management PROS provided timely and excellent service in identifying and closing on new tenants for my Townhome. They kept me apprised along the way and I am completely satisfied. They are the best!

We had a very quick turnaround on our rental property and our agent Karen Alfonso was there for us every step of the way. I was texting and emailing her constantly and she was able to help us with the lease, rental payments, insurance and utilities set up. She has been such a joy to work with and Real Property has been very professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Been a tenant with them for a year and a half now and it's been a terrible experience. Every maintenance request goes days of being unanswered by Arnold, and then have to fight with them to fix anything that the landlord neglected. Currently 5 weeks and counting and a maintenance concern still has not been addressed. Very frustrating. Arnold still hasn’t fixed the issue now after a month! Update: it’s now been 5 weeks and still not addressed. He also doesn’t respond to emails or any correspondence. As a tenant this really makes it difficult for us to live in the property when maintenance doesn’t get addressed. It takes days to get a response sometimes. Also, communication is awful and technicians show up unannounced and without prior notifications. There are constant inspections that don't actually address any of the actual maintenance concerns, so there is no use for them except to invade the tenant's privacy and take tons of pictures to try to use against you. I've given many chances to improve but cannot recommend this company at all. Every time there is any sort of issue, it is impossible to work with anyone, just constant push back. Very frustrating.

Alexandra went above and beyond to help us in the leasing process. She was extremely prompt and diligent with her responses!

Chuck is great. Communication from him was excellent and he got our place rented quickly. He and Cindy inspected the property and identified suggestions for making the property as presentable as possible.

Hello, I would like to highlight the quality work done by Olivia Edwin, she has always assisted me in my VA property. Olivia has always been very professional, rigorous and very attentive in her work.

I recently had a maintenance visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Alma’s coordination and Mr. Vollmer’s repair work were exceptional. Alma, thank you for your prompt communication and efficient scheduling. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the process seamless. As for Mr. Vollmer, his expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment he arrived. He tackled several tasks, including fixing the garbage disposal, getting the oven light back in action, and inspecting the tub faucet. I’m thrilled to report that the oven light is now working perfectly, and the garbage disposal is whisper-quiet. Plus, the faucet isn’t leaking anymore! Overall, a big shout-out to both Alma and Mr. Vollmer for their efforts in resolving this work order. You’ve made my day! The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star rating has to do with the response time from an individual that was first involved with this case. Luckily Alma and Mr. Vollmer stepped in and got things moving.

I am very impressed with the team at Real Property Management Pros, especially Oscar Alvarez and Alicia Curley. They have demonstrated exceptional customer service to me and the person who is renting my apartment. Mr Alvarez was always prompt and responsive to any maintenance issues pertaining to the apartment. I live 1500 miles away, and it is a blessing knowing he is there to attend to any issues that may occur. I am particularly grateful for his perseverance in making sure the HOA took care of damage to the ceiling due to roof damage. He kept me apprised of everything he was doing to address the damage. And, Ms Curley, the leasing manager was always quick to answer any questions I had and managed to negotiate beautifully an extended lease with my current tenant.

Karen and Adrianne were great! I had a lot of questions and I’m sure some of them were really dumb, but they never made me feel as if they were. I look forward to moving into the townhome.

They were everything I needed. Chuck and Rosa were not just effective at what they did but made they also made the process very easy. They were ever ready to answer any questions I had and were very prompt at their response to my needs. I'll definitely recommend them for all your real estate needs.

He quickly responded to our inquiry, provided us with numerous homes to view, and accompanied us along the way. He personal observations and insights were invaluable along the way, along with his genuine friendship made our house hunting less stressful. I’d recommend Chad and Real Property Management Pros without hesitation. They helped my wife and I find a new house that we can call home.

Arnold Romero from Real Property Management Pros is the absolute best. He takes incredible care of our property. Arnold keeps my husband and I updated via phone calls and emails every step of the way on everything that is going on with our property. He is the definition of excellent customer service and we appreciate him so much. Arnold keeps us stress free.

Please read their YELP reviews as well because Angie does not accurately depict how truly awful this company is. The contents of the lease are filled with hidden fees and ridiculous tenant expectations. The lease requires the tenant to use their "vendor." After paying the high rates to "Genesis Cleaning Service" the apartment was not cleaned well. The cleaners came AFTER our move out inspection had taken place and we had handed our keys over. RPM then charged $200 for typical wear & tear, such as paint coming off (which was done by the cleaner by forceful removal of the curtain rod). RPM then DELETED THE MOVE OUT INSPECTION photos from the app & took additional pictures AFTER the cleaners came. Amy J Wilson is the person we have had major issues with. she is extremely unprofessional. She sent every call to voicemail and never returned emails or calls from us. She is combative and controlling. This company is poorly managed and money vultures.

Working with Jocelyn Contreras was a dream. She was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Overall good service. However, prompt communication could improve. We were on a time sensitive situation with the rental property and a few delays prevented a smooth transition.
