Arnold Romero from Real Property Management Pros is the absolute best. He takes incredible care of our property. Arnold keeps my husband and I updated via phone calls and emails every step of the way on everything that is going on with our property. He is the definition of excellent customer service and we appreciate him so much. Arnold keeps us stress free.

Please read their YELP reviews as well because Angie does not accurately depict how truly awful this company is. The contents of the lease are filled with hidden fees and ridiculous tenant expectations. The lease requires the tenant to use their "vendor." After paying the high rates to "Genesis Cleaning Service" the apartment was not cleaned well. The cleaners came AFTER our move out inspection had taken place and we had handed our keys over. RPM then charged $200 for typical wear & tear, such as paint coming off (which was done by the cleaner by forceful removal of the curtain rod). RPM then DELETED THE MOVE OUT INSPECTION photos from the app & took additional pictures AFTER the cleaners came. Amy J Wilson is the person we have had major issues with. she is extremely unprofessional. She sent every call to voicemail and never returned emails or calls from us. She is combative and controlling. This company is poorly managed and money vultures.

Working with Jocelyn Contreras was a dream. She was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Overall good service. However, prompt communication could improve. We were on a time sensitive situation with the rental property and a few delays prevented a smooth transition.

Arnold helped make the fridge repair process an excellent experience.

I really appreciate Alma taking care of this issue and sending me pictures of the repair.

I've used RPM Pros for over 10 years and they are fantastic. Arnold, the Maintenance Coordinator is amazingly responsive and generally a warm personality. He's even gone the extra distance of helping coordinate with my property's neighbors to get work done. Highly recommend!

Daniel has been a great communicator with all the photos and docs describing the incident in detail with a quick turnaround fixing the issues. Daniel did outstanding work overall.

Arnold and his maintenance team are ALWAYS second to non. My bath tub drain needed fixing...within not even 24 hrs fixed. I can't thank you all enough for always being so courteous, prompt, and efficient in any issue I need resolved for the house. Thank you Arnold!

I would like to thank two employees for their exceptional work. Daniel Mora assisted me when the HOA sent me a letter to fix the outlines of the tree in front of the house, he demonstrated good communication between the tenant and me and was also available to communicate with the HOA if necessary. Edwin Oliva helped me during an air conditioner breakdown, she communicated directly with my contractor and the tenant, and perfectly coordinated the appointment which made it easier for both parties. Edwin went the extra mile on this request. I was always impressed by him In the past but having the AC guys come over the same day was a whole new level of service. He works with the need to help you whether or not it is labor day(off day) didn't sway him to give me the best service. He had my AC up and running before I could say chia-pet 😊

Arnold to the rescue again! My refrigerator was leaking water AND I have a noisy, inconsiderate neighbor (something I wasn't sure Arnold could take care of). But as always, he took care of everything, and with a smile! Thank you so much Arnold!

Recently, I needed to add a tenant to an existing lease mid-year. The process was complicated by the fact that the new tenant was fairly itinerant, worked for cash, spoke no English, and was computer illiterate. Dyana Woods,a support team manager, helped me surmount all the obstacles to getting this 63-year old man added to the lease, using creative workarounds to the on-line application process and contacting me several times, even late at night, to work out the snags. I did not expect this level of assistance from a large company, and Dyana went over and above the norm to help me include this tenant in the lease and make him feel welcome. So appreciated. Kudos to Dyana.

Shout out to Roxana for helping us through the process. We didn’t get picked for the first property we applied for, but she kept in touch and ended up getting us into another property about a month later. It was a good experience and I would work with her and the company again.

Real Property Management Pros is a great company to work with, particularly with Chuck. I have been working with Real Property and Chuck since 2021. For transparency, I have been working with Chuck to help me find a tenant for my rental home while I maintain the property. Through Chuck’s vigorous screening and advice, I successfully had wonderful tenants that stayed in the home.

Working with Chuck has been a really good experience. We're new to renting out our property and he took the time to address all our questions and concerns, walking us through the process clearly. He understood the market and priced our house at exactly the right spot to attract plenty of interest in viewings and applications. We achieved our goal of renting by a specific date and to people we are confident will be good tenants. We liked Chuck sufficiently already to have referred several friends to him. Very methodical and diligent. Alicia achieved good rent increase for my property. Nice service in respect of utilities. In the event of a vacancy, the company puts the utilities in its name to save the owner the hassle.

Jameson was very professional and went above and beyond. When he arrived, he assessed what needed to be done in a timely manner, then provided a temporary fix (since the stores were closed on the holiday), and then promptly returned to finish the job. In addition to fixing the basic problem, he also provided solutions to some other issues with the washer that we hadn't noticed, but would have required another future visit if he hadn't taken care of it right then and there.
