I have been a client of Real Property Management PROS for about a 1.5 years now and I'm satisfied with the level of service I've received. Being an owner and tenant using Property Management companies can always be tricky but I feel I've been represented well and my interests looked after as a rental property owner. I was in DESPERATE need of professional help. I had rented my property for 6 years on my own and had the gray hair to prove it! In 2017, we started our search for a Property Management Company to rent/ look after our property when a new job opportunity surfaced in New York. Marc, the company President, personally came out to our home to do an evaluation and worked with us on a really fair price. They’ve since screened and placed two tenants into our home (very smooth process), and provide an online portal for easy access to statements. With a larger company, requests/ communications can sometimes take longer than ideal for follow-up. But I give exception to service requests which are generally dealt with very quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Lydia who recently helped us price out, coordinate delivery of a new dishwasher to the property. She was incredibly responsive and helpful! Overall, a good company to work with.

Mary found us a good deal with the purchase of a dishwasher from Home Depot. She was very concerned about keeping our costs to a reasonable amount, which turned out to be within our budget. She is very descriptive and detailed in conveying what our tenant issues are and what we need to do to resolve them. Overall good experience!

Overall it's a decent management company. One of the main issues is that sometimes they are unresponsive or take too long to respond to a critical inquiry.

Great! I particularly like RealPropertyManagement Pros very thorough annual report, complete with pics. In contrast with a previous management company I used, that "didn't notice somebody had been smoking in my home" which totally violated the terms of the lease. By the time I moved back home, I'd had 2 different tenants and the management company couldn't determine which one was to blame -- so I spent over $5000 to change out stinking curtains. RealPropertyMgtPros have done complete prep (painting, yard work, floor prep, window treatment, electrical, plumbing, etc.) for my two properties, and they alway let me know what's going on, are prompt, professional and try to save me money without cutting corners -- and they find me good tenants and keep them happy too. Win win! '

This company has done an amazing job renting out a condominium apartment that had been vacant for several months under the management of a different firm. Tenants were found very quickly and, more importantly, employees of the company have been extremely helpful in answering various questions we have had about the transaction. In particular, the two individuals we have dealt with have been invariably responsive in replying to emails almost immediately and providing useful answers. We have already recommended this company to two friends who may be putting properties on the rental market later this year.

Lydia at Real Property Management Pros is very responsive, helpful and enjoyable to work with. She responds to all of our out reach promptly and with helpful information about how to proceed. Even after our service requests were closed out, Lydia went the extra mile to follow up with us and check in on the satisfaction of our experience. From submitting the service request to closing it out, Lydia has been attentive, enjoyable and responsive and we appreciate being able to feel like she is truly looking out for us and our comfort in our rented home.

They have one a wonderful job from screening tenants to managing the property issues that arise. My contact person in Monea and she gets in touch with me if a problem occurs. She follows through. They have provided inspections and have been a good liaison between the tentants and myself.

RPMP's found the renter, screened them, and setup the lease. Overall, it went terrific and I really can't say enough good things about Jen R. She was really friendly, responsive and answered all of our questions. (We had a lot of questions!). On top of that, she went above an beyond to get our rental listed in various services and working through all the questions potential renters had. It took about a two weeks to find a renter and in the end we couldn't be happier with our tenant. We hit a home run and I won't hesitate to contact them again if and when we need to find a new tenant.

Chuck and Selena (his manager), have been always communicating with me about how to go about promoting my property, and how to adjust it to the market. They are providing on time information about the competition, and my apartment was rented 2.5 month after placing on the market even though it is the worst time of the year (October - December) and I had a lot of competition near by. They have found what seems (on paper) to be a good quality tenant and my leasing started yesterday. I look forward to continue to work with Property Management Pros as they are very professional and have rigorous protocols to offer the best quality options to the best quality tenants. Chuck is also helping me solve last minute details that otherwise, I would go insane about. I look forward to continue working with them.

Ms. Cindy was super proactive on my roof repair case. It took almost 2 month to have my insurance company to file my claim. Ms. Cindy took time to work with me till the case ends. Highly recommended!
