Real Property Management PROS

I have been very happy with Real Property Management PROS. They have managed my rental property in Reston for almost 10 years. They collect rent, handle lease renewals, automate paperwork, provide online statements and year end tax documents, and handle any service or maintenance requests. When I was looking for a new investment I deliberately chose a property in an area where Real Property Management PROS could manage it. There was an issue with the clothes washer as soon as the first tenant moved in, but RPM took care of all communications with the tenant and repairman visits until the problem was resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

They are doing a great job in managing my property. Prompt responses and great attention to details.

The maintenance coordinator Monea Watson has given excellent service in maintaining our property, most recently promptly arranging for repair of a faulty garbage disposal.

The garbage disposal at our property broke and needed to be repaired. Monea Watson took care of scheduling and repairs in a highly skilled manner resulting in the garbage disposal being repaired very quickly. We are very happy that our property is being professionally maintained.

Excellent! Chuck Adcox was responsive, helpful and knowledgeable of the rental market in my area. He gave excellent advice and helped me to think through major decisions and was helpful with details too. My home rented within two months in a slow rental time of the year. at full asking price. I was very happy with this timing. I would definitely hire Chuck and Real Property Management again.

We found a rental property and needed a quick move in. Tabatha was such a big help with the many times that we called and emailed to check on the process. She always took the time to answer our questions and keep us updated. Everyone was also very professional that we dealt with, and we feel we are in good hands for our lease. We will definitely use them again if we end up relocating.

The work was completed as promised. After the initial service to assess the repairs, they determined it would be most cost effective to replace the unit. I was provided with three price options and selected the best one for my current needs.

Lydia Andre at Real Property Management Pros is a pro. She contacted us immediately when the tenant reported the breakdown of a major appliance and issues with a smelly toilet. Lydia's quick action and constant communication left us (owners) and the tenant satisfied. Lydia's emails were thorough and continuous to ensure the issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Lydia also reached out to the Homeowner's Association and to the plumbing company to make sure all details were noted and attended to. She's a great asset to RPMP.

The work went well. Our contact person, Chuck Adcox managed a handyman contract to have painting and some odd jobs done as well as a professional cleaning. Chuck took care of everything needed to prepare the house and then found a tenant for us and did the work to setup the lease

I’d like to appreciate Tabetha and Jen’s rapid process and help. Though we had a tight schedule, it went well punctually.

Monea Watson was our Maintenance Coordinator, and I could not ask for a better person for the job. Excellent. Lydia coordinated with the exterminator and myself (as owner) to identify the problem and resolve the issues with pest/bird infestation. Lydia quickly resolved to issue to my complete satisfaction.

Monea Watson took care of all the details. The bedroom carpet was replaced very quickly with a new high quality carpet that looks really high quality.

We called RPM to inform them about the toilet back-up in our master bathroom. Cindy Cole sent a plumber immediately. The plumber was professional and fixed the toilet within an hour or two. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Cindy!

Monea Watson, the Maintenance Coordinator for Real Property Management Pros emailed us on a Friday morning to let us know our tenant had reported a problem with the A/C Unit in the property. She said she would contact us if the problem costed more than the $350.00 threshold allowed in our agreement. On the following Monday morning, Monea emailed us again to say the issue was a bad capacitor which had been replaced on the initial visit. Great service and a relief to know that Monea is watching out for us and for our tenant.

What an absolute blessing REAL Property Management has been! I moved out of state and contracted them based on their positive reviews. I was struggling to see the value in the retainer, but they have been absolutely amazing with a couple plumbing issues, a move out inspection and finding a great new tenant. So worth it! I can not speak highly enough of Jen, Mary and everyone else I've dealt with at REAL.
