I was having trouble with my front door latch. Because of wear and tear it needed to be replaced. I made the request and within 24 hours someone scheduled a time to come out take a look and replace the lock. Excellent job and excellent communication along the way.

My Agent, Chuck Adcox, made this scary process so painless. He sat down and took notes on my requirements, drew up and explained the paperwork, took photos and we closed the deal in 1-2 weeks after starting the process. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as easy to work with! I truly appreciated him walking through the house with me (this is my first time) and helping me determine what needed to be done before turning over the house to the renter. I had a problem with one of my appliances, and they solved it. It took a little long, but it's not their fault. The contractor had to order some parts to repair it. While I was waiting for the repair, they kept me posted with any updates. Although I had to wait, it's not uncomfortable that much. Mostly, I want to thank Adrian. He's very kind and so reliable for the process. I'm so satisfied with the whole process.

the heat didn't work at a property I own and Alex had the tenants attempt several troubleshooting steps to see if it could be fixed without the need for an expensive technician visit. I love that they take this approach because the troubleshooting steps are very often effective and save my money and everyone time. In this case they were able to get the heating to work again without the need for any money spent and the tenants and myself were all happy. Thanks Alex!

David provided a quote from one vendor that was too high. He then went out of his way to find another vendor to provide a more reasonable quote. Thanks David for understanding the situation and helping me out.

We are first time rental property owners and couldn't be more satisfied with RPMP. We have used them for 5 years now and they have been very responsive to our needs and always professional.
