Rental Property Management Pros was the rental property agency for a rental condo in Alexandria. We saw the property on a Saturday morning. I called and left a message, never expecting to hear back from anyone on a Saturday. Enter leasing assistant Roxana Ponce. Not only did she call me back, she stayed with the process throughout the day and into the evening that Saturday. It was somewhat complicated in that our daughter needed to move in the following Wednesday -- not a lot of time to get everything done. That did not stop Roxana. She stayed in touch throughout the next few days of the process, emailing, calling, and texting to make sure we, and her organization, had everything required. It was truly a lightning fast rental, made possible only by the professionalism and dedication of Roxana. She is a tribute to Rental Property Management Pros, and I hope they know it! They couldn’t collect rent from my tenants for 8 months and I had to hire a lawyer myself to get them out. Their accounting department responses were awful. I have asked them to send the the unpaid to collection department 9 months ago. No response so far from accounting department. I had to sell my property at last. I highly disapprove this company.
