We've had multiple rental companies in the Northern Virginia area for the past 20 years while living out of the area and finally settled with Real Property Management Pros. The support team of specialists is fantastic whether selecting solid renters and coordinating leases or dealing with maintenance issues they go above and beyond to ensure you are well aware of your options. In particular, Alicia Curley has done an outstanding job of making the lease renewal process a breeze.

Overall it went smooth. After I requested to have some rotten boards replaced and new screen installed for the back porch, I received a quote for the work and decided to proceed. It was completed a few weeks later and I I received phots of job. Since I live far away from the property, having Real Proper Management Pros handle ever for me was necessary, and they they did a great job.

Replacing a stacked dryer that had fallen wasn't an easy situation to be placed in, it was frustrating in general. Arnold was excellent. There were some problems with the contractor, but Arnold was attentive and followed up when possible.

Oscar worked through a very difficult situation having to first deal with a home warranty company that sent out unqualified technicians to solve the problem. He finally convinced the owner to go outside of the warranty company and hire a qualified service person, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.
