Arnold was excellent. There were some problems with the contractor, but Arnold was attentive and followed up when possible.

Oscar worked through a very difficult situation having to first deal with a home warranty company that sent out unqualified technicians to solve the problem. He finally convinced the owner to go outside of the warranty company and hire a qualified service person, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.
