I have very few pests and they are dead when I do find them, and so their treatments seem to be working. They are very efficient and their price is fair and reasonable.

I have an annual service contract with them. They come out once a month. After the first two years of using them they haven't had to come inside the house once. They use a perimeter fence and kill all the pests before it reaches inside the house, which is great. I would recommend them.

: I saw the work that they did and the billing. I didn?t want them to come back. They did return my money without any problem. I wasn?t satisfied with their work. They were supposed to clean up all the cob webs and clear the bugs. But they were in an out of the house in three minutes and as you can imagine, they didn?t do much. I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone. I didn?t give them a second chance because of my experience with them. I called the office and told them not to come back. They immediately refunded my money. Their responsiveness was good and they showed up as scheduled within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

We have a contract with them. They call and come out every two months. If we are home they will do the inside; and if we are not home they will just do the outside. They show up, do what they have to do, and leave. They are really nice.

I think they did a fine job, and I liked that Orkin was easy to schedule and did weekend hours. It was good that they sent the same service tech each time so that he got to know our house and our problem areas. I do think that once you learn more about how to treat and prevent pests, it is fairly simple to handle on your own. We first called because we had mice and bugs. Once we learned how to put out sticky traps, bait traps, and most importantly how to prevent them mice and insects from coming into our house, we found it was sort of a waste of money to have the service contract. But if you really are not knowledgeable, then I think Orkin does a fine job.

We had a bee infestation last year. They entered one of the bump outs in the roof and went into the attic. They would not take care of that. They come six times a year charging $83 dollars each time. It is a lot but we have used a lot of companies and they got rid of everything. They are on top of the situation. The do the exterior every time but they also come inside as often as you would like. We have used them about a year and a ?. We were having significant problems

They did a really good job. They cleaned up after themselves and even patched some cracks in our sidewalk. We had a flagstone patio that had to be drilled and when they were done with it you couldn't even tell it had been touched. They do fantastic clean-up work.

They are very professional and were very prompt. I also like that they always come at the same time. They are very thorough and provide excellent service. I am very satisfied with their quality of work. I recommend them.

They have done a very good job for us. We are pleased with their promptness and reliability. They come out once a month and that's how we pay them. You don't even know they are here when they come as they are very proficient.

Orkin did really good when treating my home. I also have them do a termite inspection for me once a year. They come out monthly for this treatment and they have always been good since 1979. That is when I began using them. I had one problem with them and it was years ago. They were supposed to come out on a certain day and they did not. I know that Orkin does not remove raccoons from the attic. I do not think that their prices are bad either. It is mostly a piece of mind so the charge is not bad at all.

Orkin Exterminating Company has been a good, reliable pest extermination company for us. They let us know when it's time for them to come and they are right on time. I have no complaints with them. There aren't ever any traces of termites or ants or any kind of bugs after they've been here. We pay them once a year.

They came the first time and then when 3 months had past they scheduled a spraying and never showed up. I called and asked why they did not show up and they rescheduled. They said that they had come but because I was not home there, they left and did not spray. I guess I felt that there was no need to be home as they were spraying the outside. For the next visit, I had stayed home from work and they did not show up. I have called the corporate head quarters about them and they said they were changing management and would not remedy the situation. I had to call another company.

I have had ORKIN PEST control services for the past 10 years as I have moved from Alexandria, to New Orleans, and back. The company here in Fairfax is HORRIBLE. The service provider they sent did a shoddy job and uses "environmentally friendly" traps. I had a basement that was infested with crickets. They had to come out every two weeks to empty the traps, and the provider was happy to keep doing this. Well, I work full time and can't take time off to wait around for them to provide pest services and they never called in advance to say when they what time they were coming out. Taking the issue up with the provider did nothing. I had to have the carpet cleaning company spray for fleas. Calling a supervisor helped; they sent a more competent provider out, but they had internal schedule changes and although I specifically requested not to receive this provider anymore, they sent him out anyway. I still have bugs now. I will be looking for a new pest control company soon.

When I first called to make an appointment and get an estimate, they were very friendly. I explained that we were looking for a annual agreement to do quarterly pest control. I verified that the price they quoted included removing a large wasp's nest. She said that it did. Antonio came to our house to spray and did not have the means necessary to remove the wasp's nest. He hesitated when I asked him to dust for silver fish in our attic. He complained that the attic was "very hot" and did not dust but only put down a sticky material. We have now called Orkin four times to have the wasp's nest removed and it still hasn't been done. We are supposed to have it removed this week...we'll see!

After repeated visits to our home, they were unable to get rid of the intruders and we had to hire another company. Eventually, I was on a first name basis with the very nice lady at the call center. They always came out promptly and put out traps. But, I guess the traps didn't work and they put them in the wrong place.

I called Orkin to solve a problem with ants and signed a contract for periodic treatments that cover a variety of insects, both inside and outside the home. The company assigned one of their technicians, Robert, to visit and treat the house every other month. Robert has been very professional, prompt and thorough. He is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The quality of work and of Orkin's pest control products is top-notch. I have seen no ants or other household insects since the first treatment. I would definitely recommend this company.

SPIDERS & ANTS ARE GONE NOW. WAS A PROBLEM ON OUR DECK.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE USED ORKIN FOR MANY YEARS. WE HAVE AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND THEY COME OUT FOUR TIMES A YEAR. THE WORKERS ARE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.

ORKIN MOSTLY COMES OUT TO SERVICE MY HOME IN THE SUMMER. THEY HAVE SO FAR, ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE.

I HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY COME OUT ON A SCHEDULE, BUT WILL COME OUT MORE FREQUENTLY IF NEEDED. THE TECHNICIAN IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL. THIS COMPANY PROVIDES GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

WHEN THEY FIRST STARTED THEY WERE GOOD, BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT GOOD WE STILL SEE MANY BUGS. EVERY TIME THAT WE CALL THEM THEY KEEP CHARGING MORE MONEY. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY.

OUR FAMILY FEELS THIS IS A EXCELLENT COMPANY, THAT MEETS CUSTOMER NEEDS. WHEN THEY COME AND SPRAY THEY KEEP THE POISON AWAY FROM THE ANIMALS. AND I APPRECIATE THAT. AND I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY TERMITES.

HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I INITIALLY CALLED THEM BECAUSE I HAD SEEN A NUMBER OF SPIDERS IN THE BASEMENT. THEIR TREATMENTS WORKED IMMEDIATELY. FOR THE FIRST YEAR, THEY SPRAYED MONTHLY, BUT BECAUSE OF THE EFFECTIVENESS HAVE GONE TO EVERY OTHER MONTH. I'VE ALSO HAD TO CHANGE MY SCHEDULED TIME BECAUSE OF WORK. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.
