Nu Look Roofing, Siding, and Windows

Description of Work: I responded to a canvasser booking appts for their salesman. The salesman was personable and informative. I told him I would not sign a contract that evening and that I would need 24 hours to research the company. Surprisingly he did not have quarrel with that. Too often, they want you to sign right away. In the end, the price I paid was 36% less than the first price they gave me. Moral of that story: never agree to the first quote. The work was done within the time frame on our contract and I am very please with the final outcome. I was not present for the work being done but when I got home I could not tell they had been there (except for the new roof!) Nothing was out of place, no trash, empty water bottles, nails in the grass, etc. All in all a very satisfactory experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: They replaced a roof on my house. I thought it would be a long process. I was happily surprised they completed the project under the time alotted. They started around 8:00a and finished around 3:00-3:30pm. They were quieter than I expected although removing an old roof and replacing with a new one can be loud. | |They cleaned everything up and even saw that the new gutters were in place. I made sure to walk around my house with them for inspection. I noticed two end pieces of the gutters were not squared off properly, they moved those pieces to fit properly. |They were professsional in their work. |I was very happy with Markus who was the sales representative. When I had an issue with lack of communications during the early phase of this process he was respectful and professional to make sure that would not happen in the future. |Overall I was happy with the outcome of a new roof with new gutters!

Description of Work: I had Nu Look visit after hearing about their 50% off sale. After a thorough explanation and a bit of negotiation, we signed on to have Nu Look replace our 18 year old roof. The showed up on time, provided a fantastic new roof, and left our home and yard spotless. There were no surprises. We highly recommend them.
