My Pest Pros

Not well. To this date, 9 days after my big deal purchase, I have only received one email from this provider, which thanked me for purchasing the big deal. I have requested a refund. UPDATE 11/23/2015 This company has gone above and beyond to correct my issues. The quality of their work is outstanding and I have contracted them to work on my house next year, and to also do work on my rental property. I HIGHLY recommend My Pest Pros.

The owner came early. He was friendly, fast and efficient. He offered useful advice about the carpenter bees, potential short and long term solutions, my rowhouse exterior, and future services.

We were having ants in our basement kitchen. Brett came and set some traps and provided treatment that worked. No more ants! Definitely would hire them again (and are thinking of using them for mosquito treatment!).

I was very, very pleased with My Pest Pros. We had a bed bug infestation from staying at a hotel in D.C. (Who likes to admit that, right?) I started getting bitten at night, but I couldn't find the cause for the longest time because those little ^#/@!'s can really hide. Once I found them, I looked on Angie's List and found My Pest Pros, owned by Brett Lieberman. First, he assured me that bed bugs are not unusual and anyone can get them. Then he got to work, using both chemicals and diatomaceous earth to kill the bugs. He only charged me one time, but that covered the three (three!) times he had to treat. He wasn't going to quit until the job was done. Brett is very professional and responsive and best of all, he got rid of the bugs. I can now sleep at night without trying to keep every part of me covered by a sheet, with only my nose sticking out. :)

Very easy to schedule. Inspector called 30 minutes before arrival. He was prompt and friendly, explained all the items covered by the service and the reporting process for home closure.

The service from My Pest Pros has always been top notch. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and have always gone the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied with their service and the solution the implemented.

Good communication. Provider showed up on time and provided the desired treatments efficiently.

Very few bugs seen since the treatment

Everything turned out good. We had not problems ever since then so they were very good. It took them a couple of hours to complete the job. There were no unexpected issues. There were no additional costs to the $325 Big Deal. It included two services. It included if they successfully did the work. They got back to my wife pretty quick. My wife did not complain about their punctuality.

Provider was on-time and professional.

Responding to our use of an Angie's List special offer, Brett arrived as scheduled and made a quick analysis of our roach problem; it stemmed from a plumbing problem. Since the plumbing was central to a larger home improvement, it would require time to resolve, Brett hit the problem locale with killing agents as a temporary palliative. This worked exactly as described. In about six weeks, after getting the plumbing issue resolved there has been no need to call MY Pest Control to return. A knowledgeable and effective response!

It went fine. He did his job and respected our wish to not spray chemicals.

I purchased the wrong deal. I am still going to use another service from them.

They were very good. They were on time and very professional.

They were great to work with. They were quick to respond to my requests. The technician arrived on time. He explained what he was doing in the appointment and the steps we needed to take to elimate any problems.

Brett completed the termite inspection necessary for the sale of our townhouse. He was professional, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. We had to change our appointment unexpectedly and he contacted me personally to make new arrangements that met our schedule requests. Thank you so much!

We bought several treatments (each for approximately $60) from the provider and did see a huge reduction in the number of mosquito and gnats in our NW DC row house yard, as well as much fewer resultant bites on us! Will be looking into a seasonal package for this coming spring/summer.

. Brett from Pest Pros called me right away and just happened to be in my area. He came, did a good inspection, gave me advice, and provided the report within hours. I had a pest inspection done with the report in my hand in under 12 hours. His service is everything a customer could expect. He told me that all was AOK but that if I needed service, he wished to be considered. No hard sell. So, I can't give a better recommendation ... he earned my trust and respect.

Jeff contacted me as soon as I purchased the voucher even though it was after hours. After ascertaining my needs, he said that his scheduler would be in contact the next morning. The following morning when a termite inspector called to schedule for that morning (as I had requested), I assumed it was from My Pest Pros. After the service was performed, by another company, I realized my mistake. Therefore, I requested a refund of the voucher.

I believe it went well. Even when an owner of the company inspected my residential space within two weeks to ensure that the treatment did the work. I think it went well, again. I would hire this same company again for a future termite extermination plan. Because I appreciated his integrity of his professionalism. And the owner is very friendly!

It was fantastic, they were responsive and they sent me a report after inspecting the home. I would recommend them and i would use them again because i want to do along term inspection.

Called before arrival to confirm time; was respectful and pleasant; worked quickly and left business card if I had any further questions.

He is polite, professional and easy to work with as far as scheduling. There is also a noticeable improvement, as I am seeing less bugs.

Owner (Brett) was friendly and knowledgeable. Price matched the maintenance contract cost that we were given for the builder installed pest control equipment. They came back out a month later as promised, provided an update, and refilled the bait stations.
