The gentleman that came out was great, however, it seems that there are more roaches and rodents around my house after they preformed the service. The guy informed me the amount would decrease and die off and the service would remove the babies as well, I have been waiting for that to happen and it has not yet.

I called to get treatment for an ant infestation. This was a great experience from the scheduling to the service. The appointment was easy to schedule, I received email confirmation within a minute of setting the appointment, and received a reminder call the day before. The technician (John) arrived within the timeframe provided (at the beginning of the timeframe, not the end), called when he was 20 minutes away, as promised, was courteous and explained what he was doing. A great experience, great service. I plan on having them visit quarterly.

I contacted My Pest Pros through the "schedule an appointment" portal on Angies List. I think it was on Saturday (the day after the 4th of July holiday. I truly was not expecting any immediate contact due to the holiday weekend and was pleasantly surprised when Brett Lieberman returned my contact almost immediately. Since the hornets nest was growing in front of my eyes and it was in a place that could potentially due harm to our pets, I wanted to have it removed ASAP. Brett completely accommodated my scheduling preference and came and removed the nest. Brett always was in communication with me and did a great job. I will give Brett a "buzz" and "bee" in contact for any future work.

My Pest Pro is wonderful to work with. They are courteous, responsive and ready to answer any questions about their products. I have two small children, and they helped put my mind at ease as to the chemicals they were using. By the way, no more bugs! The mosquito spray has worked wonderfully as well.

Even though I purchased the Big Deal for a termite inspection more than a year ago, he still honored the price paid at that time. They were very professional, thorough, and helpful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

The provider was punctual, friendly, professional and informative. I had a lot of questions, my questions were respected and I didn't feel rushed. Once my questions were answered he sprayed inside and out. We called PestPros because of ants and spiders. I haven't seen any in my home since.

I used My Pest Pros once last year for mosquito treatment and the treatment reduced our mosquitoes drastically, 95-98%. I bought a deal this time around, 4 treatments for $310. We had a bit of a mix-up. I recorded the wrong date or the representative misspoke, regardless I thought they were coming one day and when I called, the treatment was scheduled for a different day. This was no big deal for me because I'm a full-time mom who works from home, but you may want to triple confirm your appointment date/time. I think they do generally call the day before to confirm. Since the treatment, which happened within the scheduled time, when we've been out, we've been mosquito free. I call it a win.

It is super easy to schedule your appointments and they are very flexible dates/times. Excellent customer service and very thorough during their visits. HIghly recommend!

These guys are pros. Brett has been the same guy who has serviced our house for a year. It's so comforting having the same technician who knows your house and knows your history. They are the best.

It went well he looked at different areas on the lower such as the garage, back room and the front perimeter. There was no appearance of termites but he suggested that it couldn't hurt to get an inspection done.

Only came once at end of April after we signed up then nothing for 7 weeks. Called and was told they would come but didnt. Called again and was promised they would come on 6/12 but we are swarming with mosquitos. Office says they came but no yard sign and no notice on door and scratching away. Used these folks last year and they were great so very disappointed they are so awful rhis year.

It went very well. The provider (owner) called right away to arrange a time and he was very flexible. We bought the deal on Thursday and he came on that Saturday. He was very thorough and walked us through what to look for. We were fortunate and had a very limited problem due to the quick response. He treated the room and surrounding are which took about 2.5 hours and then came back to follow up two weeks later. He was very courteous. We have 5 kids and two dogs and he was unfazed by the chaos. He had very pleasant interactions with everyone and - most importantly - knew his business about the bed bugs. High quality and great value.

The application worked great, but the fact that it took several broken appointments and telephone follow-ups to get them to do the spraying would make me not consider using this company again.

First experience w/an exterminator. Prompt, polite & undersood I have a small dog & allergies.

The owner personally came out to do the first treatment and explain things to me. I needed a touchup and John came out and was equally friendly and passionate about doing a good job. Highly recommend as I've used other companies before and they're not as thorough and are actually more expensive that my pest pros.

My Pest Pros are lovely, efficient and easy to deal with. It took a couple of days to get an appointment, which at the time seemed completely appropriate, but the entire process from setting the appointment up to meeting with the inspector was a breeze. We signed up for quarterly maintenance and have been enjoying their professionalism and promptness ever since. We would absolutely recommend them.

My tenant was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the man sent. He answered all of her questions and was on time. The problem was solved and we haven't had any more problems. I appreciated them taking the time to also contact me.

We called late one evening and a person answered the phone. They put in an urgent request and someone called back within 5 minutes. The raccoon was too big for them to remove, but they referred us to someone who could and gave us their number. We will definitely consider next time we need smaller pest control.

He was professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing, and didn't try to sell us anything e didn't need.

Called for bee problem. Technician came for inspection. Made an appointment to do the service. Cancelled the appointment due to light rain for the first time. Called to cancel the 2nd appointment due to "traffic". Didn't show up or call to cancel the 3nd appointment but called back the next day to reschedule. We locked our dog inside for 3 days due to " failed" scheduled appointment. The company is very unprofessional. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Service. The annual spring ant parade returned to our kitchen, so we decided we needed professional help. Jon listened to our concerns and sprayed a barrier around the foundation of our house and along all exterior-facing walls inside. He was very personable, knowledgable, and efficient. So far, no more ants!

They come every year. They're excellent. They have good communication system.
