Description of Work: The issue, ant infestation, was treated twice over a month with ultimate success. The first treatment turned out to be insufficient about which the provider was not surprised being the infestation was among the worst noted. He gladly returned for a second treatment which eliminated the problem. The company's representative could not have been more understanding and eager to assist. The professionalism displayed was top notch.

Description of Work: I had found a bed bug so I had did some searching for venders and My Pest was extremely responsive. I had used a AL coupon deal and they were assumably as responsive as a full priced service. Brett of My Pest Pro came out and conducted a thourough inspection with no evidence of additional bugs. Dispite finding no additional bugs he did a thourough chemical treat. We scheduled a follow up date at the close of the initial visit and he came back to conducted another treatment even though there was not eveidnece of bugs any longer. Very pleasant and personable and will definitely contact him again of the need arises.
