Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you were not pleased. We strive for 110 percent satisfaction. The inspector was at your townhome for 44 minutes last September based on GPS tracking we do on all vehicles as well as our mobile app used for checking in/out as well as recording services and notes. The inspector is VPMA WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) certified, a certification most technicians do not have. He was there to perform a termite inspection and identified no issues with wood destroying insects. However, he did make recommendations for the treatment of issues with spiders and other insects.

Description of Work: Pest Pros had a Angie's list special and I had ants in my house (so that worked). The gentlemen was a true professional who understands the bugs mating, eating, hibernation, and reproduction cycles. His thorough knowledge and professional application of that knowledge makes him an assassin of all things crawly. He also offers mosquito spray services that I might utilize in the future.

Description of Work: I had an issue with ants. I called My Pest Pro after reviewing several providers ratings on Angie's List. The person who took the call was very friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment. They offer weekend appointments which was great as I did not have to take time off from work. Bret arrived on time and was thorough in identifying the source of the problem and explaining the treatment. I went for the initial treatment with a 30-day guarantee. I feel comfortable that the problem was addressed and would certainly use My Pest Pro in the future.

Description of Work: I moved into this house 11 months ago. Recently, I've noticed spiders and crickets in the house. Garrick, from My Pest Pros, came as requested and talked to us about what he would do and what kind of treatment he'd do to rid the pest away. So far, I haven't seen anymore spiders or crickets in the house.
