Description of Work: The technician arrived on time the scheduled day, took a look inside and outside the house, placed bait and traps inside and recommended cutting weeds growing along the basement windows. Very courteous but he spent perhaps 15 minutes overall. Before he left we made an appointment for a follow up visit but he never came back and the company did not call to reschedule.

Description of Work: We purchased a three month mosquito treatment. My Pest Pro's were easy to work with and we are now able to enjoy our back yard.

Description of Work: I noticed some unusual ant activity in our basement. After looking around here for providers, I signed up for My Pest Pos carpenter ant treatment special. I was also interested in summer season mosquito treatment package. (I had one last year with my landscaping company.) | |Rayna was very responsive and got me on the schedule pretty quickly. Brett came out on time, a little early if memory serves, and check out the issue with the ants. They were unlike other ants I've seen in the house, so Brett so some to have an etymologist look at them. He return in a couple of weeks to perform follow up treatments. The issue with the ants was resolved. I was really impressed with the level of service from My Pest Pros, compared to what I've experienced in the past with Terminix or Orkin. | |I decided, on my own, to inquire about a bi-monthly service agreement to deal with seasonal critters, as well as for peace of mind. I also picked up the summer mosquito treatment. I got a voicemail reminder before each service visit, and the scheduled visits go off like clockwork. | |We had a recent discovery of, or concern about, potential termite damage. I was able to get on the schedule relatively soon after calling, and Brett came out to review the issue and provided instructions on next steps. | |If you're in need of pest or termite service, I highly recommend My Pest Pros.

Description of Work: we took advantage of a special offer to Angie's List members for a one-time treatment against mosquitos. this was a present to my mom, who likes to sit on her back porch of yard with lots of plants (and, usually, bugs). although there were some days that the heat prevented her from enjoying the bug-free environment, it did seem to work. I really appreciated the company calling to explain why and when they would re-schedule (for rain), and the help from the scheduler initially. i wasn't there when the spraying was done, but they came according to schedule and explained everything in advance, so I was happy with their professionalism. the results seemed effective for the 30 days that we bought. I plan to use them again (also for our house)

Description of Work: The contractor arrived as planned and did his job professionally. The only problem I had was some delay in scheduling a suitable time. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I ended up not using MY PEST PROS LLC because the Seller of the property which I was purchasing picked another firm; but they very pleasant and professional dealing with them. They were very attentive and returned calls fairly quick. I would effeminately use their service in the future.
