Description of Work: Initial pest treatment - Brett was very professional and informative. Walked through the whole house and spent a good amount of time putting in repellants and also setting up some traps in a few corners. Also very efficient process-wise - I was able to setup a contract with him on an ipad and plug in my credit card for future billings. The back-office is also very good - Reina takes care of all customer calls and is very helpful.

Thank you for your business and review. We try to be as thorough as possible with all of our inspections and seek to have the highest levels of training and certifications. One such credential is having VPMA Certified Wood Destroying Insect Inspectors on staff. Additional training and testing is required. Most home inspectors and even pest control technicians performing wood destroying insect inspections have no formal training. Licensing is needed for termite treatments, but not the inspections.
