Description of Work: They came and looked at the pest problem. They said they don't deal with that kind of problem but recommended who would. They also recommended some mitigating measures I could take. Very professional and no charge.

Very well.
Description of Work: I had insect traps installed to determine if I had an infestation of bugs. The traps were still clean a month later, so no need for extermination services.

Thanks for your feedback and the opportunity to earn your business. Sometimes multiple visits are required or it just takes some time. For example, it can take 2-3 weeks for an ant issue to be fully resolved because ants need to carry the products back to the colony. And sometimes we need to try different strategies because like going to a doctor, not every treatment works as hoped. But we stand by our work and want to make sure we solve our clients' problems.

It has been really great.

We had hired another company to spray for mosquitos and ticks but they did a poor job, never showed up on time and never returned my phone calls. In desperation, two days before we were supposed to host a bbq for Memorial day I called Mosquito Terminators on the off chance they could fit us in before the bbq. They immediately put me in contact with Brett, the oner of Mosquito Terminators who scheduled us on their day off to make sure they could come out and spray with plenty of time left before the bbq. Brett emailed me throughout the weekend updating me on when they were going to come out. When they did come out, they were so thorough, they sprayed everything, up every tree, in every corner of our property and everything in between. I highly recommend this company, it's not every day you find a company that's thorough and also has excellent customer service. The competitive pricing was also fantastic.

They did a fantastic job. They were kind and courteous. They were on time and reliable. They called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were coming. They were very mindful of my times and my cats which was very important to me.

They are fantastic. We have not yet seen a mosquito in the yard. The owner is wonderful and they are very responsive. We have been very happy with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They have been great. Their customer service has been very responsive. We had a questions about gnats and they said they would change the formula which seems to have helped with that issue. Their prices are also reasonable.
