Very professional and courteous staff when scheduling first visit. Technician was very thorough and professional.

It worked out well. When he came out, he did not have the traps that he needed, so he had to come back out. So, that was a little inconvenient. I sent an email to the company, they were very apologetic, and they had him out the next day. They handled the issue right away. The good was how they handled the issue. The bad was; there was an issue. The price was good. I would use them again because it is a yearlong contract.

Just wanted to say I'm very happy with My Pest Pros. I previously had another Pest Control Service. One day my wife and I noticed a wasp nest starting to form on 1 of our Townhouse dormer windows. (50+) feet high. The other pest company who I currently had a yearly contract with wanted $250-$300 to take care of the Nest. I contacted My Pest Pro's and spoke to Brett who was very friendly and helpful. I ended up starting a yearly service agreement with them. They came out and looked at the nest, and while they didn't have a ladder to reach it, they went ahead and borrowed one from a painter they knew and quickly took care of the nest. Would definitely recommend them, if your looking for a Pest Control company that cares about making their customers happy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. They took care of the problem. The guy was fine, he was very good. I’ve had no issues with them. They came out within a week or 2 after I purchased the deal.

Worked great. I've only seen a couple mosquitoes since the treatment. Great value.

He was professional. Very polite a d seemed efficient.

It was well. The technician is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of the questions that I have. He finished the job nicely. I’ve even asked to go inside and spray inside. He explained all of the things that I asked. He showed me that the product is safe inside the house.

Went well. Explained our ground hornets were harmless cicada killers (they are mean looking!). Sprayed for mosquitos. A little miscommunication in that we didn't know that they were planning to spray but in the end glad that they did and the service worked great.

We have had about 6 applications and we have found it to be very effective. We can sit outside and don't get bit by mosquitoes like we used to before the applications.

This provider is great! I was in a pinch and really needed service on a Saturday. They were backed up due to rain but made it happen and worked me in last minute for a weekend call. Really did a great job! I was also skeptical that these treatments would even work, but we had NO mosquitos for several weeks after the treatment. It was fantastic. Will definitely use them again.

He arrived during the time window they provided, and did what is noted above. Overall, pleased. The coupon should clarify that mosquito and flea treatment are not included. Aside from that, overall pleased. The serviceman did smell like he had been crawling around in something nasty before he came to our house (hence the B for professionalism), but he was quite nice, personable, and did the job as well as can be expected.

i had been skeptical of all these services but with the crazy summer weather, we could hardly go into our backyard the mosquitoes were so bad. we couldn't believe the difference this service made, almost immediately. additionally, i thought the 3 week service cycle might be a bit too frequently but by the 20th day, the mosquitoes were starting to come back. re: timeliness-the owner himself called me the same day i bought the big deal (which has not happened to me before) and he had his service tech out the next day once i described how bad the mosquitoes were. they have come back on schedule for the follow up treatments and i would strongly recommend their service.

After I bought the Angie's List Big Deal on a Friday, I called and was able to schedule for them to come out the upcoming Monday. I received an e-mail the next day trying to get me scheduled again, but I explained I had already booked a time. Brett, who I e-mailed with, was very pleasant and responsive. I was told they would be at our house sometime between 7 am - 7 pm, but that we didn't have to be home (which was nice). I happened to be around when they did the service, and it was quick and professional. We have noticed a HUGE difference in the mosquitoes on our property since. We used to hate going out back with our dog because we would just get bitten up, but we've only received one mosquito bite in the last month. Definitely worth it and would use the company again!

I puchased a home that had been vacant of humans for a very long time. The spiders and insects had taken up residence. I needed an exterminator ASAP because the insects had told ME to leave. Within moments of purchasing the Angie's list deal, I was contacted to schedule an appointment. They made great accomodations for an expeditious appoint ment and within a few days, exterminator was at my door. The exterminator was late but maintained communication to keep me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived, he was professional and performed a complete service on the interior and exterior of my home and left traps for any rogue pests. He explained everything. Since his departure, I have not seen any stray insects in MY home:-) Thank you, Pest Pros!!!!!!!

have noticed a tremendous reduction in mosquitos since treatment began. They are very punctual. Owner even called to ensure that we were satisfied with the service. Very positive overall experience with this company so far.

Scheduling was easy and quick. Due to rain, they had to come the following day, but called and let me know that and made the appt. without me needing to do any extra back and forth on scheduling. Treatment seems to have worked well.

It went fine. It turned out we didn't have termite, but carpenter ants. Inspector told us. We chose to treat the ants ourselves.

We don't have mosquitoes so that's good.

They keep my dogs out and they will let us know and they put the dogs inside and above all those things they seem to be good. Their price is a little high.

It was okay but we still have mosquitoes; it came back within 24 hours. They were convenient, they came right away but I don't think they could have guarantee you to be free of mosquitoes because I still had them.

Dedicated to the community and to his customers. Several houses on the street use these guys and we can all now play in our yards or gather to be neighborly. They spray the entire property. We keep our dog indoors during and afterward until it dries. The birds are not bothered and our butterfly bush always has butterflies bees and hummingbirds fluttering on it. Our springtime ground bees always return to terrorize us, too. There is a smell that I can smell when they spray. Not everyone can smell it. It goes away in a day or so. It smells better and works better than deet. We love to use our yards and talk with our great neighbors, now that the mosquitoes are dead.

Fantastic. They scheduled a Saturday visit, one day after we called. They arrived promptly, explained the process and the options, explained the price and the billing, and went to work. This was the first time we had ever tried a service for mosquito treatment and it worked brilliantly. Lasts 3 weeks or so and then another application can be applied. I would also note that the company offered to come back and do it over at no charge if we felt the treatment did not work or if by chance it poured rain the same day the treatment was applied.

It went pretty good. They come and do what they needed to do. They leave me the bill and I send them the payment so there is trust.

The inspection went well. I felt that I learned a lot from him & I will truly call this company to address my pest concerns if what he has instructed me to do fails to do as he says it should do. I am a very satisfied customer!

I was contacted by phone and email by Brett. He was very cordial. He gave me the 2 hour window and the date that I could expect Rich, one of the technicians to come to my home. Rich showed up on the date within the window and performed the inspection. He was very polite and respectful. He gave me pointers on what to look for termites. I will definitely use My Pest Pros again.
