My Pest Pros

We have a squirrel damage in our attic area. Mr. Lieberman looked the site and said this type of job needed to be done by other contractors such as roofing or gutter/siding. He gave us a detailed explanation and his suggestions. Although the problem could not be fixed, overall we satisfied his visit.

The initial visit met my expectations. We'll see whether the follow-up is effective.

He sprayed the entire yard for mosquitos and I thought he did a fine job. Scheduling was good; they were able to get me an appointment within a week or two of my call.

I had questions about the service area and emailed the provider. I got a very fast response and he answered my question thoroughly. On the day of the service the gentleman arrived on time, put down bait boxes and glue traps and explained what he had done and why he had done it. The traps were effective as were the bait boxes. They also contacted me about a follow up service that was included with the deal purchase. They again arrived on time, explained everything to me and refilled the bait boxes where there had been mouse activity. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend them to others.

Everything turned out well. The technician was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Furthermore, he did thorough work, and his treatment was quite effective. We haven't had any further issues with the mice.

So far everything is good. They were very knowledgeable and when they left there wasn't anything that I felt like I didn't know. They spent an hour with me explaining everything and their estimate was free. They were on time and professional as well. They made themselves very available for phone calls and communication and I really appreciated that. I couldn't have done it without Angie's Concierge Team!

"I was concerned that I had a pest problem, and that it might have been bed bugs. I called My Pest Pros/Mosquito Terminators of DC, MA, & VA and the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. She scheduled an appointment for the next day. The inspector came out and went through all my items in both my bedroom and living room. He said he could not find any evidence of bedbugs and so no purpose in doing any treatment. Any company who does an inspection and does not use the customer's fear of pests to turn the inspection into an expensive treatment is an extremely honest business. Not only would I recommend them, they would be first on my list to use again, as they have proved themselves to be honest, reliable, prompt, and customer friendly."

Everything went well. So far there has been no activity at the traps. The technician said he will return in 3-4 weeks to see if there are further signs of mouse activity and if there are any dead mice anyplace. My only quarrel with the service is that there was a problem with the time of the appointment and they left a message asking if I could change it until later in the day. I could not do that, so I called back to let them know. The person who answered the phone didn't know why the message had been left as he had been out in the field all day, but he said he would check it out and get back to me. He also said the technician would call when he was on his way. I didn't hear from him that evening or in the morning. The doorbell rang early the next morning and it was the technician. He was earlier than the original appointment and he hadn't called to let me know when he would be there. Fortunately I was home and dressed and he could do his work.

I purchased a rodent inspection as a Big Deal. The representative was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of good advice and did a very useful inspection indoors and out.

They found multiple holes around the pipes coming into the house. We had a couple of mice that apparently came through the holes. They filled the holes with steel wool and epoxy. They setup traps and said they can come back in a month to re-check the house if I need them too. There are no more mice in the house, I know where the traps are and have not seen any mice since then. Very pleased and thankful for the service.

They were prompt and willing. I just changed my mind about needing extermination.

He checked out the perimeter of the house and explained how I had moisture in the wood and not termites which made my day. Was great at explaining the signs I should look for next time. I would definitely use these guys again. I had also bought the Angie's package for this so the total cost was 45.00 for peace of mind.

It turned out fine. The initial visit was fine. They came and determined that I had a couple cracks that might allow some little critters in. They filled in those cracks and they said they would leave a couple of traps outside and come back in a few weeks to check and to touch base with me again. I think they came back and took the traps but they never touched base with me again. They did their job. I expect them to charge me more because I have a 7,300-square foot house but they were very nice and didn’t charge me anything extra so I was happy about that. I purchased the deal and I never heard from them. It turns out that they had sent an e-mail to me within Angie’s List and that e-mail sat there unresponded. They’re very responsive. The pests are not inside the house anymore but they’re still getting in the garage. He said that he filled that in but they’re still getting in the garage. They resolved the issue in the house. They left 4 traps around the perimeter of the house. I went out to check the traps and one of them was completely eaten through.

It was okay. I think their pricing is average.

Overall it went fine. They came out and fogged for mosquitoes, which were a problem this year. Initially they went away for about a week, perhaps because of rains. They claimed approximately 3 weeks. I called about it and they came out and fogged again at no charge. The service works, but not sure how coast effective it is, given the need for multiple treatments. I would consider using them again.

My Pest Pros were VERY responsive and I was in constant communication with the owner to arrange the best times. He was very sensitive to the fact that I'm pregnant and ensuring I wasn't exposed to any chemicals. Very personable. I didn't get any other estimates for the work, but the prices seemed reasonable to me.

The technician was pleasant, and he took a sample of a bug along with photos to have it identified (it is an outside bug that swarms around my stone wall), but i have not heard back from the company. The day after the treatment I saw two centipedes and a cricket in the basement, and I thought that was odd since he treated around the windows where I saw the bugs. It has been relatively bug-free since then, as far as I can tell, so I think the treatment worked. This is a year-long plan, so there are three treatments left.

It went very well. The representative got stuck in a little trafic, but he was great at calling me and letting me know of his delay and when he planned to be at my house. When he arrived he asked if I would prefer him to take his shoes off. He examined the inside fo the house throughly and then went outside. He was very cutious and helpful.

It went well. The tech was polite, punctual, and didn't flinch about getting into our crawl space to inspect for termite activity. No termite activity found. Would hire again.

They were very prompt, courteous, knowledgable and professional. Would recommend highly for any pest issue.

Well much to my surprise the ant problem had been abated. No mice of been discovered but it is still warm and they generally come indoors after the first frost.

I had just purchased a home and it was infested with ants that had a huge and active nest in the foundation. The big deal was posted the day I discovered the infestation and I immediately bought it. This team was awesome! They came out the very next day and treated the entire house. Richard, the technician, warned me that it would be likely that I would see additional activity after the initial spray and assured me that he would come back and retreat if there was. Well, there was. I called to ask for an additional treatment and Richard was back at the house within a matter of hours. These folks really care about making sure their work is solid and that you can have peace of mind knowing that your house isn't infested with nasty bugs.
