Provider inspected entire house, inside and out. Saw no activity initially but waited until he saw 2 tiny ants. He then baited the area and confirmed that there were indeed ants. He sprayed inside and out. I have not seen an ant since. I will use regularly to prevent further outbreak.

We had two service appts. On both occasions they updated us on arrival time by phone. They were very considerate of having children in the home. They were interested in fixing the problem permanently.

This review is LOOOOOOOng over due! Such a great company. Brett L. came out and couldn't find a way to inspect underneath our crawlspace (the previous owner hadn't left adequate space under the original home to get under neath). So he's going to come back (at no charge!) to re-inspect when I get an opening down this spring.

Hopefully this is the end of our issue. Brett will return in a few weeks for another inspection.

We had to wait a week for a tech to be available to come to our home for a full inspection, but the day of they called to say they were running ahead of schedule and showed up an hour early. They treated the areas of our front porch that were being chewed up by nesting carpenter bees for no additional charge, and offered us an annual service contract which we will probably take. Very professional service!

Prompt, courteous, professional. Received a special promotional price on Angie's List; can't remember if I have it right. I will definitely use them again.

It was a guarantee associated with the deal that the problem would be taken care of in one visit and if it wasn't they would do a follow up visit. It often takes a couple of treatments if you have a more severe problem.

It went very well. The business owner was very attentive, got back to me right away and the gentleman who came out and did the service was very polite and thorough. I will say however, there were some hygiene issues on the part of the gentleman who completed the service and it is one of those things that is sort of sensitive because it is very personal. The smell was overwhelming, but it didn't affect his work in anyway. That was the only issue and it surprised me. The gentleman who came out and did the service was incredibly thorough and kind, his manner in the home was stellar. It was just that there was a pretty significant hygiene issue.

Brett Lieberman and his company are exceptionally good to work with. He was able to fit me into his schedule to meet the refinancing time. During the inspection he found a small area of wood rot/damage. Once it was repaired, he again fit me into his schedule to complete the process on time. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He also provide a treatment plan for our ant problem that was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service, and have not seen any evidence of mice after the service. The technician was excellent, and very thorough.

The inspector arrived even earlier than promised after calling to make sure it was a convenient time for me. He did a thorough inspection of my house, both inside and out, and took time to determine whether an existing ant colony could possibly be a problem. He pointed out small entry points around my house where pests could enter and gave suggestions as to the best way to prevent that. He was pleasant, professional and put shoe covers over his shoes prior to entering the house to make sure no dirt was tracked in. I would definitely use his services again should I need pest control.

I have never had to wait for someone to arrive for an appointment, which is very important to me. I have been very happy with the results.

When I thought I might have a new infestation the owner Brett came on a Sunday. They provide any service needed.

The excess foam was not cleaned away leaving a yellowish deposit of foam clearly visible from the street. The service was supposed to include a return visit, but I never saw anyone from the company again. I am retired and home most of the time.

The provider is very knowledgeable and perform the task. No rodent ever since. He recommended to block the area with copper. Looking to use his organic pest control product in the future

According to the ad, the provider was supposed to inspect our attic for rodent damage. That didn't happen. They merely placed four plastic traps outside, in the garage and one in the attic, and said they'd be back in four to six weeks to pick up the traps and inspect them for rodent activity. That never happened. Meanwhile, there's evidence of rodent activity in both our garage and attic, so this was a complete waste of time and money. Response to Provider's response: If you rely on the owner to call you back, this fact should have been communicated at the time of service. It wasn't. Your rep said someone would come back in 4-6 weeks to pick up the traps and check for activity. That didn't happen. He placed a trap in the attic by merely reaching through the entry and placing a trap there, but he did not go into the attic and inspect it, as had been made to believe by your ad. We could have purchased four cheap plastic traps and se them ourselves, at a much lower cost.

He showed up on time, did the work in a timely fashion. Very professional. Across the board, we were pleased with everything.

I purchased a $45 deal for a termite inspection. A guy came and inspected for termites and found I had an active infestation. I was told the owner would call me and he didn't (until weeks later). I went with a different company for the extermination.

The inspector was professional and he arrived as agreed. I was completely satisfied with the service.

I have a very bad gnat problem so I was hoping that would help as well, which it did seem to for a little bit. The owner was very professional in answering my questions and speaking honestly on whether the treatment would help with the gnats (he said it wasn't guaranteed). The crew arrived as scheduled.

Very professional. He certified in writing that the house was termite-free. Did not suggest any further work to be done. Because there was evidence of past infestation of some sort, I appreciated that he did not try to "sell" me that I needed any corrective or preventive treatment.

They were very good. I was pleased with the service. They showed up and did their job. When I had a problem where the mosquitoes were still there, they came back and retreated it. The last treatment was in October. I did not pay anything more than the big deal price. I had no problems with them. It was a good deal.
