They responded quickly and set me up with an appointment in 2 days. I also inquired about quarterly pest control treatment and they gave me the Angie's List deal of $85/qtr. The owner came out to assess the issues we were having and answered all my questions.

They came out and performed the service has described.

I was able to schedule the appointment the same week I called. The inspector arrived within the one hour window scheduled and also called to say he was on the way. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and answered all my questions. He also made suggestions that would improve and protect my house and property from insects and water damage. While he mentioned the company's other services and contracts, he did not pressure me at all to buy more. I really appreciated this.

They had to re-schedule which was okay. They arrived on time and explained everything that would be done. Haven't seen an ant since! Great job and unbelievable price!

I purchased an Angie's List deal after we started seeing random groups of ants hanging around our house. I am happy to report that we were very pleased with the initial service. Brett emailed me on the same day of purchase and I was able to schedule an appointment within the time frame we wanted. Brett called us before heading our way and arrived on time. He took his time walking through the entire interior and exterior of the house and educating us along the way on his methods and what we can do to prevent pests from returning. We were so pleased with the service that we have decided to have him come back quarterly to keep any uninvited guests from making their way in.

Brett was very responsive. We exchanged quite a few e-mails. It was misty the day that the treatment was to be done, which he did not feel was a problem, but offered to redo it if we found it ineffective. All of the trouble spots were sprayed internally, and the spray did not seem to bother our dogs. He also did the perimeter of the house and pointed out areas in our siding that were damaged and could be contributing to the problem. Overall very please with the company and their work.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for the treatment. The company contacted me immediately to set up a time for the treatment, and they were very thorough in explaining what the treatment entailed and answering all of my questions. It's been at least a week since the treatment was completed and so far so good. We live near woods and a creek, and there is no shortage of some pretty nasty mosquitos. Since the treatment, we've noticed a difference and have not had any problems with mosquitos.

Great work -- absolutely would use these guys again. Showed up on time, professionally dressed driving a nice truck. Did the work and came back 2 days later to make sure it was really done.

From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I purchased a termite inspection deal for $45. I chose My Pest Pros because my schedule can be hectic and they have weekend hours. Immediately after purchase, I received a phone call from Shannon to schedule the appointment. After I scheduled, there was a follow up the day before and the day of when the service provider was 30 min away. Brett was very personable, honest, and patient with my as I asked question after question. He provided very detailed explanations of some key pest indicators and was truthful in whether areas needed treatment or not. Overall, my house checked out negative for termite activity but there may be other pests that need to be addressed. Brett gave me some monitoring suggestions to confirm whether there's a problem at hand. If there is, I will certainly give My Pest Pros a call again!

For a month or so we had had a pretty severe ground wasp infestation in our front yard. After trying several home remedies and getting stung numerous times we decided to seek professional help. We picked My Pest Pro off of Angie's List based on their ratings. My Pest Pro was offering a year's worth of service (quarterly) for $304. That sounded fair, but I wanted to be sure that ground wasps were covered in the package. I emailed My Pest Pro (on Saturday) and received a return phone call from the owner (Brett Lieberman) within 10 ten minutes. Mr. Lieberman said that he would include the ground wasp in the quarterly package. And, that he could come out to my home the next day (Sunday) to take care of the ground wasps. We were surprised (and happy) to have someone come out on a Sunday to take of this. Mr. Lieberman made an appointment for 10:00am and showed up right on time. He found two ground wasp nests and applied a powder for extermination. As part of the package, he also applied what he called a protective insect barrier around the entire house. Mr. Lieberman said it might take up to 48 hours for all wasp activity to cease and that if we saw any wasps after that time to give him a call and he would be back. It's only been about 30 hours since the treatment, but we haven't seen any wasp activity in our front yard. Good job! Mr. Lieberman was professional, courteous and explained what he would be doing. He was comfortable to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The meeting went well and the services were excellent.

Business owner was very kind and professional, providing not only treatment for ants but information about further prevention. He obviously has a strong work ethic and high integrity, interested in building relationships with customers while providing excellent service. We have not seen an ant in the house since he treated! The prices he offered were more than fair, and he was very respectful of our property and home. We highly recommend this company.

The owner was quite courteous and punctual. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use him and his company again.

They came to our house and applied the mosquito treatment on our backyard and front yard. The gentleman who came was very polite and did the job fast.

No details, haven't noticed crickets or spiders lately.

It worked really well, and on the timeframe suggested by the tech (about a week). However, the ants are now back. Disappointing.

They called me this morning to set the appointment up, but they cannot get out until late Saturday afternoon. This is an emergency, I have hornets flying in my house. So I am requesting a refund and finding a company that could come out right away. She even tried to talk to the owner about changing some appointments around, but it was just not possible. She was very courteous on the phone.

Contractor was quick to contact me and was able to accommodate my date. He sprayed even in hard to reach areas and so far I've only seen one stray mosquito which is a miracle where I live. Thanks!

Just needed basic service -- what we got was professional, punctual, and fast. Brett (owner) explained what he was doing and why and told us about the guarantee in case we needed him to come back. We'll plan on using them for preventive service in the future. Mark

I am amazed with his detailed assessment and explanations of all of the areas. Brett finished his home exam with advice about how to deter termites and other critters, as well. Very helpful! I am so relieved there were no problems that were discovered.

Great. We used their service at the end of the mosquito season when the mosquitos were in full effect. They did full coverage of our back yard which covers a pond and marshy spots due to a neighborhood drainage system. After they completed their service we no longer had any additional issues with mosquitos throughout the rest of the season.

That went well but they did not find any pest. They were thorough.

We had this service in 2013 and it made a HUGE difference. We could go out in the yard and the kids could play and not get bitten by mosquitoes and gnats. In years previous, our kids would almost always come in with bug bites anytime they played outside in the summer. We purchased the deal again the last week of May. Within an hour of ordering the service via Angie's List, we received emails to arrange the first treatment. The follow-up and communication from this company has always been top notch. The treatment they use works amazingly well. They even came back out to do a re-treatment since it rained shortly following the initial treatment. They are a top notch company and I will certainly look to use their services again in the future.

I tried to call them twice and never heard back. I do not want to do business with a company that is unresponsive.

They looked around, put some traps here and there. I feel like I could have done this myself. I don't feel it was anything special.
