It went great. The provider was on time, polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and what he found. I would use the service again for sure!

They were pretty easy to work with. I needed them to tell me when they were coming so that I get my three dogs inside the house since we work away from home. They called before they came and were really good about making sure they came out to the door to speak to me before they started their work. The service was worth it for us.

The representative was punctual, courteous, and did a professional job. Unlike a previous company we had tried, this inspector actually walked through the entire house and searched small, tight areas to ensure everything was covered.

The service was great. They were willing to work around my schedule and the reconstruction schedule.

The firm was professional and performed the services well. I had to contact them a couple of times to request follow up service. But overall they were better than another firm I was using.

All of my contact with this company has been great! They are really prompt, friendly, and professional. There is even an online portal that allows you to check in on the status of your treatment, payments, past treatments, etc. Unfortunately the only hold up in providing the service is that my tenant hasn't followed up sufficiently with them. No fault to Pest Pros!

From start to finish, our experience with My Pest Pros was a positive one. We spoke with the customer service person (Raina?) to schedule the service, using an Angie's "Big Deal," and she was able to do it the very next morning. The technician was Garrick Smith, and he was a consummate professional. He called ahead of time and arrived within the appointed time. I accompanied him as he "made the rounds" outside and inside, and he explained exactly what was going on. He set bait traps in strategic locations and used tracking powder in case any mice came in. He spent more than an hour inspecting and treating. Then he explained everything he had done in enough detail for me to understand completely. Garrick was competent, professional, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable about what he was doing. We have had an annual contract with another local company for years, but we were so satisfied that we plan to make My Pest Pros our regular pest control company. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to friends and family.

Very professional and customer-oriented company. We called on a Sunday to leave a message with the answering service and got a call back an hour later. They came to inspect our home that week, left some traps, and have been back twice to check things out and troubleshoot. And this is all part of the $110 offer of inspection and extraction service! Between visits they have called to check and see how things are, and seem to really care about solving this tricky pest problem for us!

Arrived on time, outside normal business hours to accommodate my schedule. Investigated possible entry points for crickets and sprayed. Explained what to expect over the next few days. Chemicals sprayed did not smell and did not linger in the air.

I didn't end up needing the deal, but they serviced two of my properties They were excellent.

I immediately searched for a provider to help us get rid of these things and they were able to fit me in their schedule the very next day. We haven't seen any of the pests for 4-5 days now. Overall was a painless experience and would definitely recommend to others.

The owner of the company came out. He was fantastic. He was prompt and professional. He was also considerate to my needs. I nddint want to kill the ants, I just wanted to relocate them. I apprecated his sensitivity to that things that were important to me.

They did a wonderful job. The ants that he was treating came back. The owner of the company was the one that did the work and he came back to fix the job with no problems. He was more than happy to re-do the work for me.

I sent an email to My Pest Pros on Sunday afternoon, explaining that I had been bitten by a spider in my house and I needed their services as soon as possible. A few hours later Brett Lieberman called me and said he could fit me in his schedule on Monday. Less than 24 hours after I sent my email, Brett was at my house. He was prompt, courteous, and explained potential issues as we walked together around my house. After he treated the exterior and removed all spider webs he told me about problem areas outside I should fix to minimize chances of ants or bees getting inside in the spring. I signed up for a regular treatment every quarter because I am confident he will do a fantastic job.

Brett from Pest Pros was great, very professional and responsive. After the first treatment, where the technician set out some bait, there was a mix up and we neglected to set up the follow up appointment. However, once we remembered weeks later and emailed them, Brett came straight out to re-inspect everything at no charge. They were very responsive via both email and phone, which we appreciated. Also they are very honest about what you need and won't try to sell you on any treatments. Will definitely use again in the future.

I was still worried about termites after an earlier treatment by a different provider. I wanted a second opinion by someone not affiliated with the original provider. The office staff was helpful and courteous. My initial appointment was cancelled because of rain. The inspector arrived promptly on the make-up day and thoroughly examined the wood around my house--including crawling under a room that had no basement. He gave me hints for all kinds of pest prevention and told me how to proceed with my original service. This was an Angie's special deal--only $45--for a service worth much, much more. These are definitely the people I would call in the future for any new pest problems.

The provider was kind, and provided a contractor number to help engineer a door on the access panel. We opted to patch it ourselves. There was no work for him to do.

The serviceman was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was willing to get dirty and go under our crawl space to assess the damage. We were only asking them for an assessment, so we didn't get any actual work done, but he seemed like he was knowledgeable and reliable enough if we were to hire them on for a job. However, the estimate seemed very pricey, so I'd like to get another opinion as I have no idea what termite treatment costs.

The termite inspection went very well. Provider was very professional and thorough.
