Description of Work: They sprayed the front, side and back yard for mosquitoes. We have never had this done before and maybe we will see some good in it.

Description of Work: Termites were our issue. They installed traps that lure the terminate from all areas and bring them to the trap and they die. It lasts about a year, it's been working great. They came out to follow up and check that all was good

Description of Work: When I asked if the technician could help with sealing up possible entries the vermin may be using to get into th egarage and home he said no. I specfically purchased this service to get helpw ith sealing the doors and garage. This guy did nothing but place three mouse bait boxes around my home. He has never returned to check the bait boxes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a pest control company and not a licensed construction company or a handyman service. We are able to seal garage doors and other entry points. However, the exclusion package you purchased was for small entry points, not sealing an entire garage. This appointment was several months ago and we never received any feedback on this issue from you. Had we heard from you, we might have been able to help address your issues or referred you to the appropriate contractor to handle the problem.

Description of Work: I ordered a big deal for termite inspection and was contacted immediately by Brett. I was not ready at that time but when I called again they set up an appointment and arrived timely and performed the inspection as requested. I would certainly use them again if necessary.

One problem we often have is that Angie's List only provides your name and address, so the only way we have to contact purchasers of Big Deals or other items from our storefront is by emailing through the system and hoping you see the message. We recommend including phone and email contacts in your initial message. You and your purchase are important to us. That's why we try to respond within minutes. We're usually able to do this seven days a week and relatively regardless of the time. We do sleep, so sometimes late night purchases may wait a few hours before we contact you. We also encourage you to contact our office 24-hours a day/7-days per week. Our voice mail system sends an email notification to our staff whenever a message is left, so we will contact you even during off hours. Our customers and customer service is our No. 1 priority. It's why we respond to every review and why we encourage our clients to tell us on the phone or email how we're doing. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service, systems and personnel.

Description of Work: He came on time. After checking the problem area, the crawl space, he explained to us what he was going to do to eliminate/reduce the problem of having spider-criket and occasional mice. He then sprayed and spred granulate of 'green' pesticides in the crawl space and around the outside of the house. He will check periodically through out a year as the contract demands.
