Description of Work: The water filter in my fridge wouldn't come out, and he got it out. For some reason, this filter got stuck in there and he showed me a technique to get it out easier the next time. They responded quickly when I called and set up an appointment within a day or so.

Description of Work: They came out to look at our dishwasher which had not been cleaning our dishes very well. The man who came out was very friendly and prompt. He called when he was on his way so we know to expect him. He cleaned our dishwasher and explained what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Very friendly and professional. Reasonable rates.
