Gene was very knowledgeable & made quick work of the problems. He found a dress shirt collar stay stuck in the drain &was able to order the part & schedule an appointment to return. That night the washer wouldn't drain, again. Gene stopped by the next day & discovered the manual release was caught in the door latch. He made an adjustment at no additional charge.

The cost of fixing the detached handle would cost more than purchasing a new washing machine. I decided not to use them. The $89 was for the service call.

When our Samsung dryer stopped drying, we called Mr. Appliance. They sent a technician the next day and he had the part within the week. The technician was very pleasant and worked quickly and cleanly. He let us know that the reason a lot of dryers have heating units that burn out was due to the fact the the vents get clogged and air doesn't circulate well enough. He recommended that we also get our dryer vent cleaned professionally, which we did.

I had a GREAT experience with Mr. Appliance. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. They sent an email confirmation with a picture of the scheduled technician which is great for personal security. They called prior to the appointment as promised. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my job had a family emergency. It looked as if they would have to reschedule. Instead, they sent another technician to my home WITHIN THE HOUR. Ronnie was professional, friendly and efficient. He pulled the machine apart and found a coin that had wedged it's way into the outtake tube. Ronnie put everything back together and was on his way quickly. I very much appreciated the professionalism and expertise of Mr. Appliance. Will use them again.

Solomon showed up right on time asked a couple of questions and proceeded to trouble shoot the problem. He said the problem was either electrical or mechanical and what would have to be done to fix each possibility. He then went to work. Took apart the area he needed to access; found and fixed the problem; and put it back together. Verified that it worked properly and departed. Other than the oven being fixed you could not tell that Solomon had been here.

A+ Outstanding Customer Service! After scheduling the service appointment, I appreciated the emails and phone call letting me know the approximate time the service technician would arrive. Mike arrived on time and quickly diagnosis the problem with my oven. based upon Mike's recommendation, we decided to repair the oven. He quickly repaired the oven and it is good as new. I also like the one year warranty for the replacement part and labor. I will use Mr. appliance again and I will ask for Mike.

Went well. Contacted them and scheduled the repair for 2 or 3 days after we got the information.

It went very well; they did a great job. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He had to wait a little while on the part because the refrigerator was new. The control panel only effected how it dispensed ice.

They were wonderful from my initial contact through completion of the job. When my availability didn't meet their available schedule for the following day they shuffled some things and made it happen. While the initial timeframe given is a 4 hour window like most companies, they send an e-mail the night beforehand service that narrows the time to a two hour window which is wonderful. Then on repair day, the technician calls when he is on the way. After several experiences with other companies who have you wait for hours only to show up late, this was terrific. The technician who serviced my microwave, Michael Dorsey, was the best I have found in the 10 years we have lived in the area. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough, efficient and professional. While I hope not to need their services again anytime soon, they will be my first call for any and all appliance issues.

Called with a refrigerator emergency and was told they could come out in two weeks - bizarre!

Found out that my motor was bad a d the parts to repair would have been 650' he recommended no repair and for me to purchase a new washer.

My LG dryer began making a noise that sounded like a belt had come loose. It was a loud sound that continued when the dryer was on, with shaking of the dryer. Of course this occurred right before I had to go out of the country for work and I needed it fixed immediately. A tech came within one hour of my call, examined the engine area as best he could and was that a ball bearing was popping up outside of the motor. He thought the motor probably needed to be replaced but said that the motor would need to be ordered and would not get there in time for my trip. The company agreed to fix the problem after I returned from my trip and not charge for an extra service charge. The tech said that the dry was safe to use. The tech also had me check my dryer warranty as the dryer was fairly new, but the motor coverage had expired by a couple of months. Upon my return, I scheduled the next service call and the tech showed up right on time. When he took the back off the dryer, he found that the problem was actually that a sock had gotten wrapped around the motor and that was the source of the problem -- no need to replace the motor. I was not charged any extra for the order. WIth each visit to my house the company sent me a $10 coupon to use on a future repair. I have not had the need since then for appliance repair but if and when I do, I will call this company.

Appointments were convenient. They showed up on time. The problem was diagnosed in a methodical fashion. The technician was very friendly, neat, and knowledgeable. The repair went smoothly & the refrigerator now works fine. He also evaluated a second refrigerator and determined that the compressor was bad and that it was not worth replacing.

I called on 7/1 and received the first visit on 7/2. The technician had to order a special part. He returned on 7/5 with the part and repaired the problem. The company provided a reminder e-mail with the scheduled time and photo of the technician prior to each visit. The invoice for work performed was also e-mailed for my records. The technician phoned before arriving and came as scheduled. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, performed repairs efficiently, and tested his work before leaving. I would not hesitate to use this provider again or recommend them to others.
