Description of Work: I have been using JAT carpet for years. James is terrific and he always has good people to help him. This was a small job because of a sink that overflowed, but he has done large jobs for me too. He uses environmentally sensitive ingredients and has a new hose and truck system that really gets carpets clean!

+ -1 moreWe've used them for years and would not call anyone else. They are reliable, timely and you feel like you are getting personalized service. Either the J or the A or the T shows up. It is a family business, and normally the son comes. They are very accommodating and very careful with the furniture. They will move the furniture or place it on coasters.
Description of Work: We used JAT Carpet Cleaning to clean two rooms, plus the stairs and upstairs hallway. They also cleaned several area rugs.

+ -1 moreHe came and cleaned two sets of stairs, a large family room, and also 2 sofa's. He worked very hard at removing pet stains from our dog. He got it out. He went out of his way and scheduled a return visit on his way home as not to charge me for fuel. He is very thorough, prompt and professional, and will use his services again.

+ -1 moreThey did a really good job cleaning the carpet. I was very happy with the results and the company's performance. The people that came in were very friendly and very helpful. One thing I liked about them even though it's a small thing was that they asked me if it was okay to move some furniture to get to some hidden areas around the room. They wouldn't move anything before asking me and waiting until I answered them. The only thing was that the guy who came in was running a little late, but couldn't call because he couldn't talk. It doesn't bother me much because the quality of his work was excellent.
Description of Work: I had this company do a big carpet clean in one of my rooms. They moved a little bit of furniture around, but put everything back where it was when they were finished. There was one specific area that was targeted for a stain, which they were able to remove.
