James works miracles. He's very professional and takes great pride in his work. He 's knowledgeable and uses the right chemicals for the job. I will continue to use his services in the future and would recommend him to others.

His name is James Taylor. He is excellent. They did a good job, he was fine. I think it was expensive, but it was fine. I don't recall any complaints or issues. There was some issue with the fringe initially, but they got that worked out. It had new fringe put on, that's one reason why it was so expensive. He has always done things in a timely fashion sand has done it when he said he would do. We have used him multiple times. I have never had any issue with price so I would say the price was good. We don't do any price comparison on that. The work was done well. He is reliable.

I've been using JAT for 15 years. The quality of service, results, and price is exceptional. Wouldn't use anyone else.

As usual, James and JAT did a great job cleaning our carpet and furniture, and easily removed some bad stains. He's very responsive and completely professional. Highly recommended.

He's wonderful! He's not the cheapest but he does an excellent job. He also uses eco-friendly products, which is great for pets and kids. I definitely plan on staying with him! He always calls before he comes out. I would trust him in my house if I wasn't home.

We had dark gray dirt around the edges of our very light carpet throughout the house. Everyone told us that the dirt could not be cleaned and that we would have to replace all the carpet. James said he could remove the dirt because he used special cleaner and worked very hard. James was able to get the dirt up and saved us lots of money by not having to replace the carpet.

Along with my other Angie's list members, this guy is A #1 in my book. James and his crew did a super job. He was polite and curious to my wife and very professional. I called him because of another friend of mine used them to clean their carpets. For $345.00, job was well done. He said I have good carpets and good matting. That made me happy. James Taylor and his associate were here on 3 occasions to clean all of our carpets and upholstery, as well as power wash our long concrete driveway. Their work was superb. They were very professional, on time, responsive to our particular needs and went the extra mile.

I had used James before for another area rug whiich he on whiich he did a great job. He responds quickly and professionally. In both cases I dropped off the rugs and picked them up after quick and excellent service.

James did a great job. He was careful with our furniture and ihis work area was clean and neat. He was very professional.

The only problem I encountered in an otherwise very positive experience was that he arrived a couple of hours later than planned. To his credit he did call in advance and warn me of the delay and ask if that would be ok to arrive later than promised.

We have been repeat customers of JAT Carpet and Upholstery for years now. We call up, set up a date/time, arrives as scheduled, and takes care of everything. James (the owner) is always pleasant to work with. We are always very pleased with the results. We let James know our concerns and he helps us get everything taken care of. The carpets look like new. So pleased with the results!

I was happy with their service. They were easy to get hold of and responsive. They only thing I did not like is that I had to drive all they way to Fairfax as they did not have pickup in D.C., but their price was very fair. They were quick and it looked good, and the person there was very personable. They did a good job. I would use them again if have time to take it out there and pick it up as that was the big hassle.

They have done well. We have used them several times and they have rescued some sofa cushions we thought would be ruined. We have used them on and off for about 10 years now. Their prices are reasonable and they are very professional. We would highly recommend them.

James set a specific time, then called before the time to say that he was running slightly later. (I had let him know ahead of time that this did not matter to me.) He moved all furniture several times (many companies just go around big furniture like sofas) and put everything on movers or styrofoam blocks. He was very careful and did not leave until he was satisfied that everything looked good. I would definitely use JAT again - I have used a variety of carpet cleaners and he is by far the best I've ever used.

James was professional, fast and did a great job on a VERY messy carpet.

JAT did a great job removing considerable dirt and grime from both sets of stairs. The carpeting was spotless and totally revived when the job was finished. We've used JAT in the past and have always been pleased with the work and the friendly and efficient service. JAT was running a little late for the job, but he called and kept us posted on the revised arrival time.

Did an excellent job removing stains and cleaning our carpets. They were very thorough and took the extra time to get rid of dirt at door entrances and unknown stains from the previous home owners. They used a van mounted hot water system but took care not to saturate the carpets which dried quickly (within a few hours). Very knowledgeable and professional. They came a little late but called ahead of time to let me know. I would definately use them again.

I thought they did a very good job, you have to take the carpets to his house, which I didn't like. He did a good job.

We purchased a new home that was used as a rental for the last 5 years - needless to say the carpets were a wreck. They looked like they were not cleaned in 5 years. We called James and he came over immediately and told us what type of carpet we had and what we could expect after the clean. For example, upstairs was polyester carpet and he told us that no matter how clean it gets, the fibers will never "stand up" like the nylon carpet in the basement. He was correct on all accounts. He was quick and protected all the wall corners so that the water tube would not do damage. Finally, he helped us pick out the basement carpet from several samples we had, telling us what would wear best in that environment. Highly recommended.

When I called them back to set up a date and time for the cleaning I got their voicemail (during regular business hours), I left a message that I wanted to go ahead and set up a day and time for cleaning, along with my contact info and never received a call back at all. I ended up calling someone else for the service.
