The first crew who came agreed that more people were needed to move the media cabinet. They came back the next week with a larger crew, wrapped the furniture, and moved it carefully down four flights. Everyone was very courteous and professional. We will happily use their services in future and highly recommend them.

The bed removal went well. The team was punctual, well prepared and insured no scratches on walls or floors during removal process. The phone service for schedling and notification was good too. Competitive price.

I received outstanding service! The gentlemen who came to pick up my furniture were polite, careful, and efficient. I also like that they try to donate furniture and items when possible. They even brought back my dog who had snuck out the front door! I‘m very impressed and would not hesitate to hire them again.

From start to finish, It's Haul Good did a great job! They were responsive to my initial phone call, one of the owners and a helper came out to look at what I wanted removed. They were honest about what could be donated vs what was junk. The estimate of how many trucks it would take to move everything was spot-on. The price for service was fair - probably in line with other hauling companies in the area. The two men who removed the stuff from the house were very nice and friendly. They did a great job without taking a break. They loaded the truck efficiently to fit everything into one load and took what could be donated to a local charity. They provided me a receipt for the donations. This is a great hauling company!

In scheduling, they were flexible. The office personnel whom I dealt with on scheduling the services was extremely pleasant and nice. Because of her, I felt comfortable in scheduling with them. Likewise, they were promptly on time. They were courteous and extremely quick to complete the job but it helped that we had pre-staged the items that we wanted removed. They offered to take the items directly from the house but we wanted to get everything pre-staged for our and their convenience. Also their estimate was cheaper than other estimate, even without a coupon. I will use It Haul's Good in the future and recommend their services.

Everyone was super nice and professional. They were good at communicating time frames and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. I gave a B for response because it took a few days for a call back the first time around but it was also during a pandemic and I wasn’t sure if they were still working so that was understandable. The second time around they squeezed me in last minute and both teams were fast and efficient. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They are very good people. I wasn't happy with the price, I thought it was a bit too expensive. They told me it was going to cost at the lowest $200 but once they got there they told me a much higher price of $950. But they did a good job and I did recommend them to a neighbor.

The company was very responsive with providing estimate, scheduling a time for pick-up of items and completing the work as promised.
