Great services at great price. Can’t be better! Recently had lots of “no longer in use” stuff hauled away from our home by It’s Haul Good team, and their 2 team members were professional, thorough, helpful & super easy to work with. I also love the facts that I can rest assured any items they hauled away that can be donated and put in good use for those in need’s weren’t wasted. Totally recommending It’s Haul Good team!

Excellent Team! They were very communicative - calling us ahead of the service to let us know their exact arrival time and to confirm parking. They were trustworthy, efficient, professional, and friendly. This was not an easy task - they moved heavy patio furniture down multiple sets of spiral staircases in very hot weather. I highly recommend the team and would hire them again.

Friendly and efficient - easily handled some big, heavy items I needed removed along with plenty of other junk. The office was particularly responsive when I was under a tight timeline. Definitely recommend!

This company was awesome from start to finish! I had nice pieces of furniture that I did not want to just throw out. They were extremely engaging and professional. They moved two heavy entertainment centers from my basement to their truck. And gave me a discount, because I moved three additional pieces of furniture up to my garage, so their transfer was easy for those items. They told me that they would make every attempt to put the furniture into the hands that needed it. Outstanding!!

It’s Haul Good made our donation to Blue Ridge Hospice so easy. We were moving out of our apartment so the timing of the pick-up was important. Their communication was effective; they set a pick-up time and notified by text and phone when they were 15 minutes out. Two men showed up with a dolly to move the items via elevator from a third floor apartment to their truck. They were professional in dress and demeanor. We give the experience two thumbs up,

Extremely well fast and courteous young men had the job done in no time, even helped me in placing my microwave oven. I highly recommend this company.

It went well. The haulers forgot their foot coverings and got some dirt on the carpet, but they acknowledged it without my even pointing it out. Its Haul Good sent a carpet cleaning company the next day to remove the small spots. No complaints from me! One piece of furniture was accepted for donation by a charity and Its Haul Good sent me the receipt for my tax records.

Was moving due to landlord is returned and decided to downsize a lot. They reached out and we established a date and time. We had an estimate that did go up due to the amount of stuff I added to the description. They were quick and moved all the stuff out. Well done!

I was very pleased with the service from It’s Haul Good. They were the first company to call after I submitted the form on Angi’s list. Pricing was very straight forward. They showed up at the right time - even called to see if it was ok to come a half hour early. They moved everything quickly and even reduced the price because we had given away a few things that were in the original estimate. Very polite and efficient and good prices.

12/13/2022 - We had 1 queen boxspring, mattress and frame, 1 recliner sofa and 1 recliner love seat, and 1 heavy sleeper sofa to haul away. There were two young men from the company, very polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived at our house a bit early, but that was ok. They saw all the furniture to be hauled away and gave us a very reasonable price. We accepted. They were at the house about 40-50 minutes total. We were happy with their work and we would use the company again.

This company has always been reliable and on time. Great personalities and very accommodating and eager to help their clients.

They were incredibly responsive and professional. After talking with them the first time, we were able to set up a pick up for the next day! I coordinated with them over text, sent them pictures with my phone, got a quote, and set up the pick up time for the next day. All very easy, especially for my first time using this service.
