Description of Work: Maintenance and reconfiguration of my irrigation system.

Description of Work: We used Interstate to install our irrigation. We are also under contract for winterization and spring turn on. I have no complaints about this company at all. The service fee is a higher than I'd like but install was lower than the other quotes we received, materials used are better and the customer service is grade "A". |It is for the great customer service that I'm willing to pay a bit more for the yearly service

Description of Work: After making us wait two weeks, they came out to service the system and ensure it was working as the summer heated up. They left, but not all the sprinkler zones worked. We called the next day. Were told we had to wait two more weeks for them to come back out. We waited although we did not feel it should have been two weeks. On the day of the scheduled service, for which we had email confirmation, they did not show up during the 4 hour window. No call either saying they would be late. I called them and asked where they were and were told the schdudules service was from 1 to 6 (not 4), despite what me email said. Whatever, so I waited. At 6:30, still no technician, so I called back. They were closed. The next day I called them and aksed what happened. Was put on hold for a couple of minutes before they got back on the phone, offered no explanation, and said it would be another two weeks before they could get back out to me (in Woodbridge). I got angry and said I would not wait another 2 weeks since I did not miss the appointment, they had. So they said they would be there the next day - you guessed it - between 1-4 pm. Nothing. Never showed, never called. Meanwhile I noted that my payment I made for the service to being with had cleared. I called back to ask for a refund and the receptionist was rude to me. Unbelievable. I get blown off twice - after I paid for the service - and she is rude to me. Wow. I highly recommend you avoid these guys.

Description of Work: I had a new deck built and they had started up and repaired my system about 3 weeks ago. This time they aadjusted the heads for nothing.
