They did a very good job and used a camera so they could show me what was wrong. I have used them several years before and I would definitely hire them again.

Aug 6-they came to install on a not very sunny day-it actually rained that day. 1st picture was the condition of our brand new yard before installation of irrigation system. And attached are some of the after installation. They didn't put seeds or topsoil after all the diggin they did especially with hat big machine. 08/30-Alex came and said that Noe (installer) doesn't know what he was doing and I should follow what he says on the schedule or they will not be responsible for anything! So he adjusted watering-he said that we shouldn't be watering every day for the 1st 30 days. Following day, Jeff Gleason (sales) came by w/o notice and changed the watering schedule. I didn't hear back anymore so I called to f/u on 09/28-our yard has been ruined at this point and we have spent $ on 100 topsoil bags plus seeds. 09/30; Roger came by to put topsoi that was bought from Home Depot & advised him we don't just buy from Home Depot & relayed message of what we want. Saw Jeff on our backyard on 10/01-video surveillance, trespassed our property. As of today, still no word from them for a resolution. They were the most expensive out there based on bids but we went with them because of the name.

Terrible job of installation. The company only lifted the sod and put water pipe under the sod. So now there are ridges through out the lawn where the pipe was installed. Trip hazards and unable to aerate. Company refused to revisit the site and now do not return phone calls.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Far better service than big name competition.

I have used them several years and find them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. The only criticism I have is that when they come to perform either start up in the spring or shut down in the fall, that's all they do. When they discover a head that is broken or even misaligned, they tag it but take no action to repair it. Meaning I have to re-schedule and pay them separately- which is inconvenient.

Final price was more than double the estimate

Be careful with these guys. They blow out the water from your sprinkler system at too high pressure and offer no flexibility to regulate it down. Bad experience and not recommended.

They cut the Verizon FiOS line running to my house. When I walked next door to check, I asked, "Did you guys cut the FiOS line?" "Oh yeah," came the reply. "There are a lot of roots." Now Verizon has to come out to restore service at their next availability. Clearly I will NEVER be hiring this company.

Excellent job all around. Displayed superb expertise in all aspects of job. I use this Interstate for all my sprinkler needs, and have been very happy with their responsiveness and outstanding quality of work.

Came on time and work was performed adequately. They send a note twice a year about weatherizing but only offer a few days for scheduling which is very inconvenient. last time they weatherized but left one irrigation pipe on that burst during the winter. So much for weatherizing. They did fix at no cost.

In May 2013 they were to start up my system. Please bear in mind that Interstate Irrigation is the only provider of service for my system for the last several years. When the tech finally arrived he told me that my system wasn't working and a wire was disconnected. The only techs that have maintained my system were from this company. The tech proceeded to replace components in the control box. I had to contact the company a few days later because my system still wasn't functioning correctly. In June 2013 the rain sensor was not working and when the tech arrived he told me that the rain sensor had been disconnected. The shutdown was scheduled the end of November 2013. At that point due to the cold weather the system was frozen and when the system was started up in April 2014 the backflow was leaking and I had to spend a great deal of money for them to correct the problem they created. Because of the problems with the 2013 shutdown I contacted the company and requested the shutdown earlier in 2014. They refused to visit any earlier because the end of November was their schedule for my location. My landscaper was kind enough to send one of his employees to my house to shutdown my system. When the system was started up again on 4/8/2015 I had a problem with one of the zones and I needed to have the line replaced. I was quoted a price that I felt was very high. I contacted the office and left a message for a call back to discuss the cost. I never received a call back. I have terminated my relationship with this company and would not recommend their services to anyone. I am now using the services of another provider. They are knowledgeable, arrive as scheduled and their prices are more reasonable.

The team came in the morning, and before they started, they explained to us what they will be doing and how the system works. They were very professional and knowledgeable. One sprinkler was above ground, I called the company the following day to request it to be fixed, they came the same day and fixed it. We are very happy so far with the service.

They turned on my system for the summer and checked all of the spray heads. They found that the rain sensor was not working. They said they would make an appointment to come back and fix it. They have not called. I tried calling both of the numbers on the receipt they gave me in April and both phone numbers are disconnected.

We signed a contract for yearly services. They are prompt do what they come to do and we are very happy so far.

Limited experience with vendor, but: scheduling was very professional and easy. Service provider showed up when the they said, and work was done quickly.

All went swimmingly for years, even the maintenance of turning the system on and off seasonally. They were always on time and always did a professional job. Right before we put this house up for sale, we got new neighbors. THOSE kind of neighbors. As it turns out, the sprinkler heads on that side of the house were a few inches "over the line". The neighbor complained about one sprinkler head, so I paid to have it relocated. THEN the neighbor decides they are all over the line (in some cases by less than an inch), so I called them and this time they moved all of the remaining heads at no charge. So, they did fix the problem, but with our house going up for sale and having to deal with a new jerk neighbor it would have been nice to have avoided the situation to begin with.

They were very responsive. They've been here twice.

The technician was very professional, capable, knowledgeable and friendly. He was on time and worked very productively and provided necessary information to us. We will stick with them for the future service for sure.

Goodness gracious, what an employee! I called to have my sprinkler system looked at by an experienced pro and to change a sprinkler head...that didn't happen. In July, I called Interstate and asked for a technician to come out and fix my system and a sprinkler head. I was given a window of time and planned to be there for the technician to explain the problem, just in case, I also explained the specific problem to my wife. Due to traffic, I arrived roughly fifteen minutes after the window of time began, but I felt confident that my delayed arrival wouldn't be a problem...wrong. It appears the technician arrived, quickly changed out the wrong sprinkler head, and diagnosed my system as needing a new electronic timer box. Then he left--he was gone when I arrived. His dianosis did not involve checking pipes, examining for leaks, or even running the whole system. He gave my wife a bill for 1 hour of labor and parts and left; he was there for 15 minutes tops. I knew the problem wasn't the timer box and called the home office. The receptionist was a very nice woman and I explained the situation; I let her know that I had no problem paying for the minimum hour of labor, but I wanted an hour of labor. I wanted the technician to come back to my house and diagnose the problem. So, she called him and he said he was already on a job and wouldn't have time to come back. When the receptionist passed this along to me, I told her, "I know he's got an extra 45 minutes in his schedule because it's the 45 minutes I paid for." I asked her to discuss it with the manager, she did, and to the company's credit they sent the technician back out to my house at the end of the day. The technician was not happy and told me my timer box was old and I needed a new one. It was reminiscent of a mechanic telling you that you need a new engine without ever opening the hood of your car. So, I peppered the technician with questions to demonstrate to him that his diagnosis may have been premature. He relented and agreed to run the system (mind you I paid for this already); when we did that, one of the crew members (there were two members who didn't speak English, but they seemed quite nice) noticed a leak. Eureka! The problem wasn't the pricey timer box after all. The technician then explained that to fix the line he'd have to dig trenches through my landscaping which would be pricey; but then I suggested, "Why not simply run the pipe in this direction and avoid the landscaping?" He gave me a look and agreed, "Yeah, we could do that too." Long story short, I decided this was NOT the guy I wanted to fix my system. He struck me as a "path of least resistance" contractor who would bill me large sums and I might still not have my system working. So while the manager, the receptionist, and the two crew members seemed to be nice, the crew chief was going to be a problem. Hence, I did not have them do the work (the crew chief did have his crew fix the correct sprinkler head). I cannot recommend this company, I had to work too hard to try to get them to do what I paid for, fixing a sprinkler system should not have to be this difficult (and expensive).

. We shopped around for a company to do the yearly inspection/maintenance on the home sprinkler system at our new home. We selected them because the price was competitive and they provide three inspections per year, instead of the standard two inspections. On the day of the visit, the representative was punctual and professional and he patiently provided us with detailed information on how to operate the equipment as well as advice on how to conserve costs. This was very helpful.

Installed a few years ago, no issues until I got a new neighbor with a pocket protector and tape measure. Turns out a few sprinkler heads were "over the line". Interstate came out and did a very professional job relocating the heads back onto my property. Highly recommend.
