Very punctual. Came for estimate within 1 day; did work within 3 days. Completed job in 1 day. Did some small extras at my request. Restored front yard and seeded upon leaving. No unnecessary damage to shrubbery or sidewalks.

Completed within a day and had service returned to my house in a little over 24 hours. Was the cheaper and less messy of the 3 estimates I got.

They were able to do their job the next day. They brought all of the equipment. They were in and out and did a great job. Very courteous and professional. They were able to do the work without tearing up the whole yard. They cut the sod and replaced it neatly. I think they did a very nice job. I am very happy with it.

Job completed successfully. They knew what they were doing. It was good we were there to tell subcontractors where things went, hand off from sales to workers was unclear. 2nd job we hired them for was also done well. We are very happy with the work, it was just hard to get on the schedule and know when work would be started and completed. People on the phone were pleasant to talk to.

Interstate Enterprises Plumbing Services were very professional and did a great job. They were very price competitive and they knew what they were doing. 'A's across the board and I would definitely use them in the future. I have already recommended them to some of our neighbors and they have used them.

IThe Interstate representative was very open and honest about not being able to guarantee a spot fix and the problems that might ensue if the leak was not where they thought it was. Didn't oversell a complete line repair but offered it as a more permanent solution. The Interstate work crew did their jobs rapidly and efficiently in opening the hole and finding the leak (we were lucky to find the leak where they thought it might be). Did their repair on Friday afternoon and the hole had to remain open all weekend until the County could inspect on Monday. Over the weekend the exposed clay baked to a concrete consistency - - I couldn't see how Interstate would be able to close. By Monday afternoon the hole was closed and grass and seed were in place. Doesn't look great but it was the best I could imagine given the circumstances. A very clean and efficient job. Nothing to do with Interstate, they were great, but this should serve as a cautionary tale to anyone considering buying a Yonous Built home from the 1970s - - DON'T DO IT. Yonous built with the cheapest materials possible - - particularly in the use of plastic rather than metal piping throughout. If only we had known then what we know now. But, again, Interstate did an "A" overall job.

I don't thnk anyone who requires the services Interstate in my situation is a happy camper. My water service line from the street was leaking and I had a lovely puddle of water in my front lawn running up my water bill. After a minor scheduling snafu, my service was scheduled 2 weeks from my phone call because the receptionist categorized my call as an irrigation system call (the company apologized for the misunderstanding saying the receptionist was new on the job and got confused). I called back and clarified my problem and Interstate came out quickly to provide an estimate, answer my questions fully, and promptly began work the next day. Installing a new water service line is not a clean process and does require digging with some fairly heavy equipment, but this company with their trenchless technology, significantly reduces the destruction to your lawn and landscaping. Two weeks after the service was finished, its difficult to tell that my lawn had huge pits in it not long ago. The workers took extra care to carefully remove and replace my landscaping and grass cover. As for price, I found Interstate to be competitive with companies that I'm certain would not have done as neat a job. Unfortunately its an expensive repair--but with the amount of earth moving that was necessary, I'm afraid it is a bitter pill to swallow. Interstate gave me the best price and appeared to have the most in depth knowledge of this type of plumbing--in fact almost all if not all of their work is "outdoor plumbing" which they say is a specialty unto itself. Hopefully you will not need to replace your water service line, but if you do Interstate is the way to go.

They were very professional and the estimate was very competitive. They did a great job, making sure they cleaned up well and that the grass was laid properly. I haven’t had any problems with them and even referred them to a neighbor.

They did a fantastic job and left my yard looking perfect. However, $3,500 seems very high for three workers for half a day and thirty feet of copper pipe.

They are well-known plumbers, and they did a very good job. They had to replace a totally inappropriate PVC pipe that the builders had put in there. I found out that all 150 houses in our development have the same design defect. They had done essentially the same job for my next door neighbor. They were available immediately. Somebody came out the same day and took a look. He got the crew to start the next day. He knew the business; in fact, it was from him that I learnt that most of the 150 houses in my complex have already had that service. He knew exactly the problem was. They were very neat despite having to dig a lot. They were very thorough about sweeping out every little trace of dirt after they had finished. Their price was competitive with other people that gave me bids. I am just sorry that I had to do it - it was an unexpected expense.

Erik (Sales Manager) very quickly returned my phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate for this non-emergency repair. He was on time for our appointment and brought with him copies of the company's license and insurance as well as customer reviews -- for me to keep, without my asking. The subcontractors used for services (including a video camera run through the sewer line so I could make an informed decision about whether to replace the line, as well as separate contractors for the actual replacement) were all very professional and responsible. There were a few hiccups in the process; the workers stopped immediately and waited for approval before proceeding. I was in touch with Erik at Interstate during this time (he was not on site), and he made some good suggestions and we were able to finish the project safely and fairly quickly. My water was off for a total of about one hour -- much less time than I'd expected. When I spoke with the city inspector after he'd inspected the replacement, he said it was done well and according to code. Interstate has also worked with my neighbor to replace a fence that was slightly damaged during my replacement, at no charge and with minimal hassle. They also came out to help me clear out a clogged faucet after the replacement (as the result of the new line) -- again, quickly, free of charge, and with a good attitude. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service, responsiveness, and clear attention to high-quality customer service. I would recommend them.

They were great. A person came out and gave me an estimate and said why they were ready to do the work the next day. They told me that they would complete the work in three days, but it actually took them only two days. They came back while I was at work and fixed my front yard. They worked really hard not to break anything. They were not the cheapest in terms of price, though. Six contractors had come out and two contractors gave me estimates. They knew exactly what they were going to do. It’s been two months and there are no leaks. So I believe everything is good. They were careful and didn’t do much damage in the house. I was able to call either their sales manager or send an SMS. They were really fast. They came and fixed my backyard and left a note on the door. They also called. They were very professional and spoke good English.

Overall excellent service from Interstate Plumbing, I would recommend them to my neighbors without a doubt. (We all have the old blue plastic water service pipe so I'm sure they will be needing it sooner than they would like) I liked that they used a mole instead of digging with a backhoe like someone down the street had done. Now they have a funny looking strip of crabgrass running through their yard. And my yard looks like nothing ever happened. :) FWIW, the plumbing inspector said the work looked very professional, and he see's these things every day. I am happy with our choice.
