Description of Work: My i phone 4 was completely frozen on an app. Could not turn it off or reset or get back to main page. He was able to do a "soft reset" and explained how this is done. It took less than 5 minutes. And he was kind enough not to charge for this service. My phone is now working perfectly again. Much better than going to a phone store, signing in, waiting to be served and then have someone try to talk me into an upgrade.
