The staff did a great job. They put in a great deal of work to get my daughter's ipad mini 4 back to working order after a terribly cracked screen from I don't know how many drops. The cost of the work was very reasonable in all cases, even with the phones I've had worked on over the past years.

I called Fix & Style Mobile Repair Center on the phone and ask the price to repair my Ipad screen. I was given a quote of $100 of the phone. After driving over to Fairfax from Alexandria to the shop to have the repair performed, I was given a revised quote of $150 for the repair. The old bate and switch is alive and well.

On the day of the blizzard I accidentally washed the iPhone with my comforter (hot/x-large water setting). I immediately bought new iPhone. 2/8/2016 i brought water logged iPhone in for repair to be able to access notes contacts photos. Brit explained procedure - 1st diagnosis, then u have option to proceed with repair. 2/11/2016 Mike called said Iphone turns on, able to access notes photos contacts and no wifi. When I picked up iPhone Brit removed otter box cover from new phone put SIM card on old phone, demonstrated how to email old phone notes. This was helpful because I document tax deductions on phone. Brit and Mike were couterteous efficient professional helpful I would definitely use company again

I first contacted this company throuh Angies List messaging service. I received a prompt response and a quick appointment. I was greetrd warmly upon arrival, my phone was put throuh a pre-check to make sure there was no functional damage before repairs. The badly shattered glass was removed and replaced while I waited. Total repair tome was about a half hour. After repairs, my phone was checked again to make sure it was functioning properly. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the service I received from the friendly and helpful staff. One extra thing occurred that deserves mention. While I was waiitng an elderly gentlman stumbled in with his phone in a plastic bag. The helpful man at the front desk, very kindly and clearly explained that they did not repair land line phones but the befuddled old gentleman did not seem to get the message. He kept explaining what the problem was and insisting that he had been sent there by AT&T. Much to his credit, the front desk manager went out of his way to look at the phone and explain to the owner that it appeared to be a simple matter of replacing the battery. He recommended a battery speciality store nearby, and patiently repeated the name of that store and directions three times while the old fellow struggled to make sense of things. The front desk manager really went above and beyond in caring for this vulnerable fellow. He was kind and patient and I was impressed by his demeanor and caring. I like to see kindness in human interactions. I like to do business with good people. While I hope that my electronic devices don't need repairs for a long time, I heartily commend the staff of Fix and Style to anyone needing cell phone repairs.

Britt was absolutely fantastic. I had just gone on a trip to Niagara Falls and on the last day cracked my phone. All my pictures gone. I search Angies for a mobile repair shop and found Fix and Style Mobile repair. I called them as soon as they opened Friday morning to see if they could take me. Britt said sure and I was there within an hour. She quoted me a price and took the phone. She said she would call in about 45 minutes so we should go get some breakfast. We took a ride and under 40 minutes she called us to come back. It was fixed. No hidden costs. She also gave me some tips on other things I could do to save data and gave me a super cover for the phone for only $10 . She was just awesome and I would use them again.

I dropped phone and broke screen Sat morning July 4th Holiday. I called them; they answered the phone (which a few companies did not); said "sure we can fix it today. Stop in before we close at 5pm". 30 minutes later I was giving them my phone. Another 30 minutes and I was leaving the store with my new screen. Great service, ok price, great personal discussion. I needed the Sat Holiday July 4th service and it was not big deal to them. But it was to me. I highly recommend and I would use again.

Called the provider and got a instant price quote over the phone for replacing a defective earpiece speaker on my cell phone. I went to the shop and they finished the repair in about 20 minutes at the quoted price. I highly recommend this provider - very reasonable prices for repairs with prompt and courteous service.

I sent an email to describe the problem and then went to their location. The tech at the desk, Michael Parks, remembered the email, and suggested I spend the $29.99 they charge for a diagnosis, with that amount credited also to the fix time charge. He promised a response within 24 hours. Four hours later he called me; the problem had been solved - some settings had to be reconfigured, arcane stuff I probably couldn't have done myself. I picked up the cell phone, and it works like it should. The Nexus 4 is a pure Google phone and not sold in stores, and it's not offered through a carrier. There were no other options for quick repairs. Now when I need a battery replaced - the Nexus is a sealed phone like an iPhone - I know where to go. These people should help me get the maximum life out of this excellent phone. It was interesting too to see their offering to work on iPads and iPhones; they know what they are doing.

Wonderful. I met with them the prior day to get prices and brought my daughter and her phone on the 23rd they promised it at 12:30pm and it was ready right then. The price was as expected and the phone now works great.

Searched for and iPhone repair shop on Angies list and this one came up. So I drove to there location which is located in Fairfax city. They young man who greeted me was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the cost that were associated with the repair then they test you phone before you leave and then again when you come back in for pick up both of these are done in front of you so you know it works. He told me it would take about an hour and 30 minutes later he calls me and tells me my phone is done, That's great service.

The staff was prompt, but when I went to pick up the repaired iPad, they had left a long scrape down the side of the iPad, removing the black finish where the screen meets the frame. They did a fine job with the actual replacement, but I was told that this scraping and quot;happens sometimesand quot; when they use their machine to remove the cracked screen. When I complained, I was informed that their terms of service stipulate that products may be altered through the repair process. They refunded me $10, but that's all that they said they could do.

My phone was beyond repair. However I was given good solid suggestions on how to proceed with replacing my phone. There were no phones from my carrier available to purchase at this time.

Great experience. Two nice guys work there, and they really know their stuff. Given my bad luck with electronics, I'm sure I'll be going back!
