Overall EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with Ovido's promptness at the original appointment for the estimate, his concern, advice, and good price bid. Everything up front was handled VERY professionally. Angelica was available to me via phone and email, and the communication was much better than with other companies! The work was scheduled so I could be there, and, with the exception of an hour's delay, was done reasonably promptly. The final results were outstanding, and we are very pleased!!! Thank you for your recommendation!

Tree was successfully removed. Left phone message for price estimate. Received return call 1hr. later from Angela - very nice, smart, professional. Ovidio telephoned me to find a good time for estimate, accommodating my time parameters. Ovidio was very nice, patient, friendly, professional, and willing to answer all of my option questions. Ovidio told me that they had current jobs going on, but he could get my tree removed in phases in between jobs, immediately starting with the limbs and brush so that we had access to our house,and remainder as soon as possible. They started the next day, as promised! Ovidio even called that same night after removing only the limbs and brush, to make sure that we knew that they were not done, but confirming that they would be returning, which they did. I requested that tree trunks be cut to specific lengths so that I could use them as stools and they happily accommodated. I was very happy with the service and pride of work performed.

Their price was 30% better than any other company, and I shopped around. They were very busy and it took almost a month to get the work done. In the meantime, the owners (Ovidio and Angelica) kept in touch with me to let me know that they were trying to schedule me in. The work happened when I was not at home, (we talked over the phone.) They were obviously in a rush when they did the work, as the cypress trees were cut quickly and had some bare wood showing (the trunks and branches had not been cut back to the green after the first big cut.) Also, they forgot their rakes and rope. The non-cypress work was perfect. I paid on time, but told them about the cypress trees; they agreed to come back. It took one and a half months at which the tree had grown over most of the bare spots, and I had trimmed some myself. He ended up doing about two hours of free tree work on his own initiative, so it looked great at the end. The owners care about their customers, even after they had my money.

CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR TREE WORK WITH YOUR RECOMMENDATION. I WAS TOLD A ''SUB'' CONTRACTOR WOULD CALL ME, FOR SOME REASON. I WAS NEVER CALLED AND HAVE HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY.

We had a hard time trying to schedule an estimate with this company. They kept saying they would have to call me back and would take days to get back to me. I would think a company like this would be able to schedule an estimate appointment immediately. Finally, the estimator came out after a couple changed appointment times. He was very friendly, but he took no notes for all the service items that needed to be done. I have a sneaking suspicion that he will not be able to recall everything. Over 10 days have passed and we still have not received the estimate, that he said he would send to us.

1. Very professional in all regards. They even called after the work was completed to check if I was satisfied. 2. Good value. I first had contacted another tree service company that had done work for me in the spring and to which I had given a straight "A" rating on Angie's List. Their estimate to just cut down the trunk of the oak tree was $700 (compared to $375 for this line item from Economy Tree Care). 3. Work crew left the areas clean, making sure no debris was left on the driveway. They also stacked the smaller limbs off to the side of the garage, even though I had told them they could just leave them in place and that I'd clean up.

They had reasonable prices, and the work was done satisfactory.

They did a great job and I would use them again. In fact, I have recommended them a couple of times already. Even though they were very busy, they worked me in to their schedule in order to meet a deadline of mine. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They arrived when they said they would, did the work efficiently and without mishap, and completed the work when they said they would. They cleaned up the whole area very well and hauled the trees and all the other mess away. I was very impressed.

Great and fast service.

This is an excellent company, and they are extremely reasonable price-wise. The crew was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. We had just bought a new house and have 3 dogs. It was important for us to get a fence put in as soon as possible, however we needed to remove a tree that was right on the fence line first. Despite being very busy, this company was willing to work us in so that we could get the fence up before we actually moved in. They removed the tree for me 3 days after I hired them, even though they were booking almost 2 weeks out. I was willing to let them fit me in between jobs so they called us when they could show up, and my husband met them there. We had another tree that has a large knot hole in it, and we were concerned that the tree would rot. We asked if it was healthy and if they could treat it. The guy told us that it was fine and that we could treat it ourselves and save the money. He told us what to buy and what to do. Needless to say, we will hire them again

They were honest, punctual and very professional.

THE COMPANY REMOVED TWO LARGE TREES AND TOOK THEM AWAY. THEY ALSO REMOVED STUMPS AND GROUND THEM OUT. I FELT THE SERVICE OVERALL WAS EXCELLENT. I WILL USE IN THE FUTURE.
