Costco - Fairfax

Very easy - I brought in my prescription and provided to the Costco representative. I got a great deal on contacts, in a convenient location in just minutes.

It was a normal eye appointment. Went in, checked in, doctor was running about 20 minutes behind. Got exam. Only issue is they gave me a hard time with me taking my prescription with me.

Glasses overall were OK, but the fitting was awful. It took 3 visits and I ended up with a poor fit. The progressive lenses use an old technology and the zone where my vision is clear is smaller than with any glasses I've purchased recently. I'm sick of paying 1000 for glasses at other places, and Costco got the price down, but I use my glasses all day every day, and the savings in this case was not worth it.

The exam when very well. Dr. MacDonald was on time and thorough and gave me an excellent wrapup.

High quality service but had to wait longer than expected.

Everything is very good, but they do not have a gas station.

He is very happy with them. He likes the attention that he got. He also likes the quality of the product that he received.

Everything went well and everything was in the box. It was quick and easy to go get it and get it home. My husband is a huge comparison shopper so the price was good.

They were really good, knew what they were talking about, and I felt the price was reasonable. The service didn't take that long and they answered all of our questions when we went in.

I love them. I would give them A's on everything. If there is ever a problem with a product you can bring it back even without a receipt. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Initial contact on 3/16/12 was pleasant and efficient. Subsequent service was not as efficient or professional as original contact. Sunglasses were delivered in about 10 days. But the Rx in the glasses was not correct. A check of the order found that the Rx was not entered correctly or completely. Glasses were returned to lab for a RUSH redo. However the RUSH did not actually happen. After two weeks I called to find out what was happening with my order. After some delay I was told the lab was still working on my order. No other explanation was given. Turns out the lab QC operation found a defect in the redo and so sent the glasses back into the system for correction. This was actually a good reason for the delay and would have been acceptable if it had been communicated to me as such instead of the "still working on order". The local manager apologized for the misunderstanding and adjusted my order. So on 4/20 I finally received my glasses with the correct Rx. I am satisfied and will probably use Costco again.

I was able to get responses from multiple dealers, and the the responses included upfront discounts which I could negotiate further.

They are good. They provide me with free service since I have a membership with them. They are closer and convenient for me. I would use them again in the future.

I appreciate that I can upload my photos to the website from home really quickly and pick up the same day. It's fast and the prices are fantastic especially anything bigger than a 4x6. There prices can't be beat.

The experience has been good. I don't need to make an appointment, so it's convenient. There isn't usually a long line. Their prices are fantastic. Their selection is a little limited. I've been going here for about 6 or 7 years, and I've been happy with their services overall.

They were outstanding. They did an outstanding job. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful. It was a neat job and everything was cleaned up. It was like one, two and three. It was wonderful. Their price was very good. They answered all our questions. They were very good about explaining things and showing us what everything was. We spent about $2000 for their services. Their contractor is country wide and it's a young firm. Their response is wonderful. I think the young man who came out was from another state. He was transferred here. This contractor is the only supplier of garage doors for Costco.

They are straightforward. They are consciences. They took care what I needed to be done. Their prices are reasonable. They are classy. They have good value and money. I would use them in the future.

It wasn't cheap but their quality is good and they work really well. I would rate them high overall and they were excellent. They informed me before coming and that makes me easier. I would use them again in the future.

They were all right and it was a good bargain, but it was hard to find the precise ones. The lenses were really good. It is a warehouse and it is fine for what it is. I just ordered a pair of glasses.

I visit the center, mainly for glasses. They are inexpensive and have a wide range of frames that suits me best. I like their services and will continue to use the same in future.

The experience was relatively easy. But I don't think I got the right contacts. This was the first time I had ever gone there. I picked them for their price. I think the price of the contacts, which mine are gas permeable, are great. But I am not sure the optometry service is as comprehensive as a traditional office would be. The equipment and range of tests may not be as comprehensive. I am going to see another optometrist to see why my vision is so bad.

Their price and service are good. They were rated fairly high.

I get to see several opticians there and I’ve been happy with them. They do an accurate job on the refraction and check me for glaucoma. They are convenient because they are right next to their optical shop, and the optical shop is an economical place to get contact lenses and so on. The billing is done kind of cash on the nail but I am okay with that.
