Costco - Fairfax

I was very happy with them and the tires. They include so much extra over the tires; road hazard warranty and tire rotation. They have been pretty good about getting things done with me. They sell an excellent, quality, tire. Two years ago, I was in the dealer, and my car failed inspection for tires. I had a tire that was bad and didn't know it. The dealer said they would match any price in the area, but Costco, so that's where I went.

They were on sale. We liked it, the car sounds better.

It was fine. They contracted out, I don’t know the name of the company I forget, but it was all under Costco. Costco stands behind, pretty strongly. We get better deals through Costco. I think they are very good with their providers and get good providers. They stand on top of them. We’ve had better luck with Costco.

They are easy to work with and nice.

The crew was professional and installed the doors in the time frame as noted on the estimate.

Quality. I had turned in 3 to be converted. Two arrived within a reasonable time. The reel to reel didn't and so I forgot about it. Two years later this past month Costco called to ask if I would collect it.

If I have to go back because the glasses are not right. The item was fine but I don't think he has done it accurately. The doctor was fine. I would get it done at a regular optometrist's office. The optometry department is only open in certain hours. It has never worked out.

The service is good, they are honest, and they do whatever they claim to do. It is not the cheapest, but the quality is very good.

Had two garage doors and one garage door motor replaced by Door Pro America through Costco. In general I am pleased with the results. A snow storm intervened the scheduled day, so the installation was rescheduled. The technician showed up when scheduled with all necessary equipment. he installed the garage doors professionally and in a timely fashion. The doors themselves seem sturdy and I am pleased with them. The salesman walked me through the decisions in an honest and forthright fashion. Only two points were missed. One that went for my advantage and one that went to my disadvantage. To my advantage was that the doors included struts was not mentioned. Many other firms charge for struts. That was to my advantage. To my disadvantage was the confusion on garage door openers. I had replaced one motor a few years before and was going to keep it. The old motor was from the same company as the new motor. However, I did not realize that the motor company had changed their garage door openers. And made the openers incompatible. However, the garage door motor company did have another model opener which worked on both doors. Had I realized this sooner, I could have possibly arranged to acquire the appropriate door opener models. Otherwise, as of this writing, I am fully happy with the garage doors and the support I received from both CostCo and Door Pro America.

Their prices are good, that is why I shop there. Their customer service is good and they have a fine selection. Sometimes their check-out lines are long.

Everything we get there is been good. One time my doctor gave me the wrong prescription wherein Costco made the glasses and they found it was a wrong prescription so they made them over without charging me extra. I always had good luck with them and we also get a lot of our food there. I didn't have to wait longer. They are always good and nice so there's no problem.

All items were in stock and prices, including if on sale, were clearly marked. Checkout was quick and easy. The new gas pumps are much cheaper and very well designed for easy access.

Great. We had previously purchased four tires for our Yukon. We got a very good price. We had price-shopped this expenditure and Costco was by far the best. Along with the tires, Costco gives you a road hazard guarantee. We got a puncture in one of the tires, took it back to Costco and two hours later got a brand new tire for $20.00.

The tires were so expensive! Also I had to replace one of the within five months from getting a new one put on. Not worth the high cost

Brought my car on Friday morning (approx 9am.) Parked in side lot in front of garage. For some reason there appeared to be only 1 person working desk. Waited about 10 - 15 minutes while a couple of other people that were ahead of me were assisted. I provided my car info to the salesperson and was given a few different tire replacement options. Salesperson did a good job of explaining the different tire types and the pros / cons of the different ones. Be aware that no matter which tire(s) you get there is an additional "tire mounting" fee. Was told it would be a 4 - 5 hour wait to get the job done. Due to necessity I was willing to wait, but I was able to leave car (got a ride.) I was contacted around 3:30 pm the the car was ready. Overall a good experience and value and I would recommend them/

Besides from the fact that people start lining up in the store 2-3 hours before the shop opens up, everything was great. The tires drive great. Further, the warranty was excellent and the price is cheaper than the price I get from my usual auto service shop. And I can shop at Costco while I'm waiting for the work to be done.

The tires were available and the appointment took less time than I had expected! I had forgotten my cell phone, though, so I didn't know they were done early. That was my fault, and I'll remember to have the phone with me. When I got it, I had a message that the tires were on and my car was ready to go!

I dropped off my prescription and they had a great selection of frames and they filled my prescription and I am happy. They guy in the optical department was very nice and very professional. I liked him a lot, he was personable. He was easy to talk to and reasonable. When I came back to pick up my glasses, he was there and he fit them to my face. It went very well, it was a good experience.

Costco - Fairfax were a really good price. The tires were Michelin and their charge included nitrogen filling and rotation in 6 months. Other places charge extra for the nitrogen and rotations. I did have to wait awhile for the work to be done.

Their price is outstanding, because it is low. However, you may have to stand and wait there a little longer.

After receiving a complete medical examination and hearing test at Johns Hopkins, I went to Costco in Annapolis as it was the only store in the vicinity shown on the Costco website as having hearing aid services. After I travelled over sixty miles to go there, I found that it would take more than a month to be seen. I was also informed that the information on their website was incorrect and that two other nearby stores did have hearing aid services after all. I contacted both of those stores and learned that they were severely under staffed and that the waiting period for just fitting a new hearing aid could be more than one month. I gave up.

My tire popped because my husband got too close to the curb and they replaced it for free, five months after we got them replaced. If I take my car into them they will stop everything they are doing and fill my tires. The sensor got broke but they didn't replace, I felt they should have but they replaced the tire for free.

I think the quality and price are good. They were running a special at the time. The only thing there is you do have to wait, you have to stand in line and or you got to get their super early. I would use them again.
