They guys were super friendly and very professional. They had had a long day and it was when the heat came back in October I could tell they were tired but they were careful and methodical in their work. Their price was fair and and the overall experience was wonderful

My only complaint (though small, because everything else was wonderful) is that the time promised was not always kept......

We called, set a date for an estimate, they ordered the glass and came out and put it in the window. The total amount of time was about three week.

It went great. They gave me the product safely wrapped and when they said they would. I am pleased.

Most importantly, they listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me a standard design. Another company wanted to sell me a window in a vynal sleeve to fit in my wood window. I just wanted the glass replaced. Circle Glass partially dismantaled the window to ensure what they planned would work and then reassembled the window. We thuroughly discussed the project. They actually completed work ahead of the scheduled completion date. They worked to keep my costs down. Everything went smoothly. They did everything they committed to. Crew was very friendly and made sure they understood what I wanted and everyone had clear expectations. Love the new glass. Window looks great. I would use them again.

Circle Glass was responsive and professional. They were on time when they arrived at the house to give an estimate, as well as when they did the actual glass replacement. They were professional and very easy to work with.

I had a broken basement window that required new glass. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled and performed the job very efficiently. Both technicians were very courteous and professional and the work met all of my expectations. I had one follow-up question regarding the use of a coupon which the office (the owner I believe) was able to resolve in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Circle Glass and I would highly recommend.

I had a large mirror over a bathroom vanity from 1962, and I needed to make it fit after I remodeled and replaced the sink and counter with one that was 8 inches higher. The glass was 1/4 inch thick, and the piece was 60+ inches wide (50+ inches high). I considered replacing it, but the cost of disposal was nearly as much as the replacement cost. I tried to get people to come out, but most wouldn't do a cut on site, and it would've cost more to have someone retrieve the mirror. Finally I rented a van, found some help, and drove it to Circle Glass. I called ahead and asked if they could cut it while I wait, and they agreed to (although that's not their standard practice, I think). They did a nice clean cut and polished off all the edges so my 50 year old mirror looks like new. At $5 (yes, five) it was easily the most cost-effective part of my bathroom remodel. The fellow who helped me was terrific, wish I got his name.

I called Circle Glass about 3-4 weeks ago. They scheduled an estimate quickly, came at the appointed time and gave me a full explanation of the work that would be done and prmised the office would call the next day with an estimate. They did and said it would take about 2 weeks to fabricate trhe glass and schedule installation. The office called last week right to on time to schedule installation this week. The ream of installers arrived on time after calling in advance to advise of their arrival . They worked carefully and cleanly and left me with beautiful installtion and and completely cleraned up worksite. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, comm8unicatioon was excellent and there were no surprises. Not the cheapest vendor in town, but well worth the price. Thank you!

French patio door was double paned and glass had shattered from top to bottom but remained completely in tact. Company first asked if door was double paned and secure/lockable. It was so I think that moved me to a lesser priority. However, although they thought it would take a couple of days to come out they came that same evening after working hours and made their evaluation. It took about a week for them to return and replace the glass but they suggested I carefully tape the door to keep shattered glass from falling out and making a mess. I should have but did not do this and glass still stayed put (lucky me). When they came they put down a small tarp in front of door then removed the glass and replaced with new. It went very quickly and best of all no mess on my patio. I am very pleased with the results. My neighbor also used this company and put glass on top of valuable furniture to keep pets from scratching wood. Their glass looks very nice/high end. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent, had to reschedule a few times due to wet July weather, but Circle followed up well and is one of the best Angie's list contractors that we have worked with.

They were very good. The work was done on time and the price was reasonable, they even included an Angie's List member discount. They were professional and I would highly recommend them.

Great, was impressed with both teams-they were so meticulous. And the price was good, considering 2 trips were involved-I live a few towns away. Also, they were comfortable with my pets. Installing this glass was much better than nagging my family any more about no cups, etc on the furniture. .

Darryl and Kevin were my installers and were great! It was hard to find a company to install this door as it was something we had purchased online. These guys were very professional. They initially came out to be sure the door would fit and then scheduled us for the install. Everything went smooth. The install took a little longer than quoted and they stuck to their quoted price. They even took a large wood pallet that was sitting in my garage as I mentioned I was having a hard time breaking it down. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks!

My experience with Circle Glass could not have been better. Everything was done on time and as stated. They were in and out within 15 minutes. It was an installation without any hitches. The installers were pleasant, polite and professional. Perfect in every way.

I had a broken window and Circle Glass was the only company I found that was reasonably priced for a window pane replacement. They easily explained what needed to been done which was not the case with some other companies. In order to complete the repair, they offered to come out and provide and estimate However, I brought the frame in to them after they helped explain how to remove it from the window unit. After they took measurements, they ordered and installed the new glass into the frame as promised. Unfortunately, we had some issues trying to get the frame adjusted within the window unit as the glass was heavier than the old one. Circle Glass continued to work with me until we had it working right! I will definitely use Circle Glass again for any other jobs that are needed. They were very honest and courteous. I expected to have to replace the whole unit and had put it all off for some time because of it. I appreciated how easy they made this whole thing to do! Great job Circle Glass!

Everything went by the book. Service was performed when they promised for the exact amount. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.

I am working on a fixer-upper as my new home. It has a sunroom with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors on three sides. The seal on most fo these dual -pane windows seems to have failed about 5-10 years ago and moisture has got between the pains rendering them cloudy and useless for their intended purpose. My broker got a couple of preliminary quotes from area glass merchants. I took the quotes and checked each of the merchants on Angie's List. Circle Glass had the best reviews and I was happy with the quote so I went with them and i am glad i did. My primary point of contact at Circle Glass was Brad. He was great as were the rest of their team. Given the amount of/cost of glass to be replaced, they sent out a second team to remeasure and reconfirm which windows did/did not need to be replaced. It took about 10 business days for the glass to arrive and we set up the install date. They arrived as promised and apparently had another team in the area which had just finished another job come over and help out. Both teams were professional, friendly and very helpful. They pointed out some problems with mechanics of the sliding glass doors and worked with me to fix them (these were minor items but much easier to address with the window taken apart). They worked quickly and were contantly focused on the task at hand. They did an impressive amount of work in a few short hours and cleaned up as well. The new windows look great and I am very happy with both them and my decision to use Circle Glass. Although it had no bearing on my decision to use them, I will also note that when I mentioned that I contacted them because of Angie's List, Brad - on his own - mentioned the 10% discount, which in my case saved me several hundred dollars off a purchase I already thought was fair. I wasn't aware of that offer (although in rereading their entry on Angie's List I now see it mentoned) and I appreciate his candor in bringng it to my attention. I think it further reflects the quality of people you do business with at Circle Glass and I would happily use them again. - Mark Viani

They were pleasant and professional from the first call all the way through the finished installation. The installers were quick and knew what they were doing. The final product is perfect. We couldn't be happier. They also matched our lowest quote.

It was a very good experience from start to finish. They are very knowledgable about custom work and I would definitely use them again.

After calling Circle Glass, they sent Tony and Darrell to measure for the large mirror (59" wide x 40" high) in the master bath and smaller 32" x 33" mirror above the vanity/sink in the hall bath. These measurements were taken before the contractor had installed the lighting, but Tony and Darrell made allowances for that. Tom called later that day with the price, less Angie's list's 10% discount, and we said to go ahead. He told me the mirrors could be delivered in just a few days, which would be after the lighting had been installed. I was impressed with Circle Glass's efficiency and ability to do a quick turnaround. But it was holiday time and we were going out of town, so we scheduled the delivery and installation for January 7. Darrell and Tony returned as scheduled on and installed the new mirrors that fit perfectly flush with the granite vanity backsplashes and one inch below the lighting! We were delighted with the service and product of Circle Glass and highly recommend them.

To get an estimate price have a decent measurement of your windows able to describe the type of window. A final price will be available after a technician comes to your home to do an exact measurement and make a judgement on the replacement difficlty (height, location). I received a final estimate over the phone. Since the windows were special order, three weeks later technicians came to my house and installed/replaced them.

Installation was scheduled for February 11 between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. I was called at 12:30 p.m. to let me know the installers were running ahead of schedule. They were here by 1:30 p.m., out by 4 p.m. The job couldn't have been better installed! The shower door is beautiful. Kudos to Circle Glass!!
