Excellent job. Workers were prompt, efficient, and professional.

Called to order glass tops for two pieces of furniture-- a rectangular piece for the sideboard and a circular piece for a round table. When I called they knew exactly the thickness and edge I should use. Were very polite and professional. Told me the pieces would be ready the next day. They then called me the next day as soon as the pieces were ready. Very polite and professional. Made sure to give me protectors for underneath the glass, which I wouldn't even have remembered I needed. Loaded them in the car for me with styrofoam blocks for protection. Fit and quality was perfect.

The final product is great. It took them three trips to finish the downstairs bathroom. The first trip, they came and measured the shower. They came back with the shower panels, but the door was too wide (even though the guy who measured the shower was the same one as the guy who installed it). They came back a third time and installed the door. The shower looks great and will be put to good use.

Excellent! They answered the phone when I called. Came out when they said they would. The only downside was because of the window that was broken the glass had to be ordered but it only took them 6 days (including a holiday) to get the new glass in and they came out and replaced. Honestly, couldn't ask for nicer employees all the way around and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use in the future. 5 stars!

Everything was excellent. They're on time. There was a magazine that offered 10% off and they accepted this coupon without any complaints. They were the best. They also pointed out a flaw in the mirrors that I would have missed and they discounted this for me.

They did a great job. The glass was gut exactly to my measurements, and the expert at the counter made sure to suggest a less expensive kind of glass for me (I didn't need tempered glass for my application) that saved me a few dollars.

Circle Glass' estimate was in line with other estimates, maybe slightly lower because they did not charge a "trip charge." The job was completed quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Their estimate was 1/3 less than the other company we contacted. The work was very high quality and completed in one day. We liked them so much that months later we did a second project with them.

When we bought our house we knew there was a broken window in the basement. We didn't know how extensive it was so we originally thought we had to replace the entire window. But after looking at it we thought maybe the glass could be replaced. So we called Circle Glass and I spoke with Dale and tried to explain what I needed done. He was very patient and told me to bring the sache in and he would see if they could replace the glass. Once I finally got in there after the 4 snow storms we had in 2 weeks, they measured it and said it would be ready the next day. They actually called a couple of hours later and said it was ready. They were very professional and reasonably priced and it saved us from having to replace the entire window.

One sure sign of a good, professional company is when they correct a mistake promptly at no additional cost and with no fuss. The inspector who sized up and priced the job did not recognize the window as low-E glass. The installers knew at once the plain glass replacement window they brought would not match the other windows in our sunroom and would make the room too hot. They reported the problem to the company and soon the correct window was supplied and installed very professionally.

Job was flawless. They were able to remove the wood trim carefully so that no new wood was required. Thought the entire job went very well and the price was nearly 1/2 of the bids from three other contractors. Usually I am wary of the low bid-in this case, though, I was rewarded with a great price and a great job well done. All of his crew was very pleasant to deal with-no sullen, negative attitudes here-just an added positive point for Circle Glass.

Upon initial contact they gave me an approximate quote for the entire job, scheduled an appointment to come look at the job and measure for the new window. Technicians showed up promptly as scheduled and we looked at the job to be accomplished and they gave me an firm quote. We talked thru the details and they measured for the new window, which had to be ordered. The window arrived within 5 days and they called to set up the installation. When they showed up they removed the old window and began to prepare to install the new window. Unfortunately the new window was slightly smaller than needed, so they had to re-install the old window and take the other back to the shop to try to trim. The window broke while being worked with and a new window was ordered. It arrived within a few days and they called to reschedule the installation. This time the installation was problem free. The new window is a perfect fit and was installed professionally. No problems with workmanship or responsiveness to complete the project.

See above. Every thing went very well. These guys knew what they were doing & there was no hemming & hawing or wasted time. I don't see too many contractors like Brad & Circle Glass.

Well, actually, they said it would be 7-10 days but I got the order back in 4.

They did such a careful, thorough job but were a little pricey. They were really good.

Work crew was professional; office personnel were... well read on. It took seven appointments to get the work done. 7/14 "running late, not coming", 7/21 "truck broke down or something", 7/26 "scheduling was confused, thought you were someone else" but did come--broke the window in the process of replacing weather stripping. Brad said I'd have to pay for a new pane, but changed his mind when I said no one mentioned that I'd be responsible if they broke the glass. After he checked with everyone else who spoke with me; 7/28 Brad came to check the pane & framing, said he ordered the new glass and would not charge for it; 8/4 Brad said he wanted to be here when they installed the new glass; office called to say they'd be out 8/11 to install new glass & weatherstrip; 8/11 office said Brad was on vacation, needed to reschedule; rescheduled for 8/16 and I said they'd best not tell me that they need to reschedule again. 8/16 new glass and weatherstrip installed and framing repaired.

They were great. Work was done well, professionally, and quickly. For the inital estimate appt. The workers were not only on-time, but actually were early. So early that I wasn't there, but they still were able to take the measurements they needed. They even came back the same day to give estimates on other windows we were considering getting replaced without a problem. The day of the actual installation there was a miscommunication and they called my home phone instead of cell phone to let me know they were coming so missed call while at work, but when I got home called Brad and he had a worker come out within an hour after calling and installed new window. Only problem was took 2 weeks to order custom glass and another 10 days to set up install appointment so from start to finish took about 4 weeks to fix window. Considering I called 4 other glass companies, and Circle Glass were the only ones that could replace double pane glass wasn't much I could do.

VERY POSITIVE! I HAD MEASURED 15 3/8 INSTEAD OF 3/16, SO THE GLASS WAS TOO BIG. WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK, THEY CUT IT AGAIN WITHOUT CHARGING ME A SECOND TIME. CUT GLASS WHILE I WAITED.
