They did what they said they were going to do. They were professional, they came when they said they were going to come, right on time. The made an appointment and came out for the estimate, they were on time for that. They said that the next day I would get a call with the price. So I've got a call with the price. And then I scheduled it and they came when they said they would come to do it. I don't know how their price compare to other.

Circle Glass has met all of my expectations and so far none of the window panes they provided have failed. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the glass dressing table top that Circle Glass cut for me. Originally I went into the shop with a picture of the dressing table, and the employee who helped me explained how to make a pattern for them to use to cut the glass to the correct size and shape. His instructions were very clear and useful and enabled me to avoid having to bring the piece in for them to make a pattern. I went back in with the pattern and they cut the glass and had it ready when promised. It fits perfectly and looks great. I was very impressed with the customer service and the end result. I would definitely use Circle Glass in the future, and I definitely recommend their services. (I might add that I got an estimate from another company, and it was considerably higher, in part, because they were going to have to come to my home to make a pattern from which to cut the glass).

They are no nonsense. Pricing is fair and they do the job quickly, efficiently, and it with great quality. A+. I didn't put a price b/c they have done various jobs for me, but they charge by the sq ft or linear ft or so.

I had a broken window of an unusual size. Called Circle Glass and scheduled an appointment. They were very personable on the phone and answered my questions. Emailed them later with another question and they got back to me right away. Scheduled them to come out for an estimate. The guys they sent out were very punctual and nice and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate for the work which was promptly confirmed by the office via email that evening. The replacement window had to be ordered and they called me as soon as it arrived. Scheduled an appointment for installation, they were flexible with the date and time. The guys they sent out were again punctual and very nice and did a great job installing the new window. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very good experience.

We called them and made an appointment. They arrived on time and took measurements. Once the mirrors were ready we made another appointment. They once again arrived on time and installed the mirrors. Very dependable and efficient.

I have a corner curio cabinet that I bought in Japan over 10 years ago. One of the glass panels broke when I attempted to move it. Circle Glass came out to my house, gave me an estimate and was able to make another glass panel that exactly matched the others. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the curio, they were able to replace a cracked window pane that I had a hard time finding a company to repair and replace. All done within a great response time and budget.

I chose Circle Glass because of their terrific reviews on Angie's List and because it seemed they could complete the work more quickly than some of the other companies I talked to. Initially it went very well, they were very professional and came out to measure the space quickly. However, once I placed the order there were several delays and when they came to install the doors they didn't fit and had to be reordered. I had to keep calling them for updates and pushing to move things along. Once I had put down a deposit and ordered the doors, they were much less responsive than when they were "selling". The doors are beautiful and they did a fine job installing them, it just took much longer than expected and I didn't feel that they were proactive in communicating the delays.

Extraordinary experience! Circle Glass actually answers its own phones and they set up a speedy appointment for measuring for our mirrors. Mike, the craftsman who would eventually cut and install the mirrors, pointed out some issues with crown molding on one of the walls and when we realized that we'd have to have the molding removed before he could measure accurately, Mike was courteous and assured us that there was no charge for the measuring visits (there was were for us). The installation was flawless, both in terms of what happened in our apartment and how Mike and his assistant, Marshall, worked to minimize any inconvenience for our neighbors. Mike's advice on framing and not framing was spot-on and the installation went quickly and easily. Unlike other glass installers who've done work for us, Mike cleaned everything before finishing and it was as if the mirrors had always been there. The mirrors themselves are gorgeous: cut to perfection; installed as cut, i.e. no tool marks anywhere; and Mike's advice panned out to make them perfectly sited. The cost was slightly less than I'd expected (loved that Angie's List discount, too!) and the work was worth every penny. My overall experience with Circle was far above any glass work which I've had done in the past through several renovations and now, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glass and mirrors--only wish I'd found Circle years earlier!

I originally specified a piece of glass cut according to my measurements. They cut it exactly as I asked. It turned out that I had measured wrong and had to have them recut it. They sized it correctly and recut it perfectly. They even recommended an edge treatment that solved the problem of how to finish the box. All was done politely and they didn't charge me for reworking even though it was my fault.

Circle Glass was able to help us renovate the wooden storm door insert for our older (1950s) home. They removed the 8 glass panes and old glazing and replaced with new glass and glazing. The work took less than a week and the door looks so much better. It can be hard to find companies willing to take on jobs that require such time and care to work with older materials so I'm glad we found Circle Glass. We will certainly be using their services for other projects.

I took in a large mirror that used to hang on a bathroom wall and had it cut to fit into a trunk I transformed to a coffee table. The mirror had the glue from the previous hanging on the back and Circle glass took great care to cut around the glue so the mirror would not break. i am very pleased with the job

From start to finish, the guys at Circle glass were friendly and professional. From the first call, through the estimate process and then the actual work they were great. I had contacted another company previously to do the work and they were rude, took forever to come out to give me an estimate and were difficult to deal with. What a breath of fresh air! We will definitely use Circle Glass again and recommend them to our family and friends. You won't go wrong with them.

My son threw a rock into a storm window. They were very polite over the phone and gave me a quote for repair. When I dropped it off I was told 3 to 4 days. I got a call that evening that it was ready! The price was exactly as stated and he even gave me 10% cash back afterwards because I noticed the coupon on Angie's List. They carried the window to my car and even opened my door for me. Very polite and nice guys. I will definitely use them again the next time my boys break a window!

They were more flexible with the way they could design the shower.We appreciated that they could work with us to create a shower that we liked.

I was extremely pleased with Circle Glass. I had wonderful advice on the phone about how to measure. They gave me some options about measuring. The price was good. They came out and everything was done perfectly. The glass was the right size and they installed it. Everything was great.

They did a great job drilling the hole. It took a few extra days, but the work was great.

We had purchased a wooden kitchen cabinet and had it customized to use as a medicine cabinet. Although a large rectangle had been cut in the door of the cabinet, we needed to get a mirror and have it installed in the door. We took the cabinet to Circle Glass, and we are so glad we did. They checked their stock and indicated that they could do the job while we waited, rather than having to drop it off and pick it up at a later date. Within a few minutes, they brought the cabinet out with the mirror installed in the door. The quality of the work was excellent, and we were very pleased that we were able to get the work done while we waited, thus saving us a trip back to the store. They also gave us a 10% discount because we are members of Angie's List. Based on the quality of their work, the prompt service that was provided, and their excellent price, we will go to Circle Glass anytime we need mirror or glass work done.

I think they did a good job with the mirrors. They did a good job replacing the window glass, but they did leave the fingerprints on it. Overall, I liked them. The only problem I had was that they refused to give me a written estimate, despite two or three requests. Also, I told them I really needed to have photos of the mirror I was buying. Ultimately, they did send me a terrible photo that they had taken in their shop; but it turned out fine, I liked the mirror. The installation was good. The guy told me the estimate over the phone and I had written it down, but I felt it would have been more professional to have a written estimate. They could have emailed it to me and not mailed it. They like to do business, the way they like to do business. I liked the fact that the person who measured was the person who installed. They were on time.

They were nice. They finished the work before the time that they promised. They did a great job. They were on time and very efficient. They charged per hour. I would use them in the future.
