Description of Work: Installed glass shower door with Shower Guard. Circle arrived on time and did the job. The door was too tight on the bottom and I had to have them come back another day and trim the seal. They did this promptly and professionally. I recommend spending the extra $$ for Shower Guard to keep door from water spotting.

Description of Work: They replaced the glass in a kitchen window.

Description of Work: All went well with apt and estimate for a shower door replacement. glass was ordered and arrived on time. I went to take out old door myself and found damaged tile and old water leak. Circle was very good about holding onto the glass while I got repairs in place. They were very patient as it took me quite some time to get a tile person in to make repairs. When repairs were finally done, Circle came in and made a great installation.

Description of Work: Circle Glass cut protective glass tops for four tables in my home: an antique sideboard, two end tables, and a clipped edge dining room table. They did an excellent job. The glass was cut to precision. I will use them again. I found their prices to be reasonable.

Description of Work: Had them replace a broken pane in a double hung window. They gave me an initial quote via email, were prompt to come out and take measurements, and very courteous. The glass was ready a day ahead of schedule, but then the trouble started. They had ordered the wrong size pane, despite taking measurements themselves, so the repair was delayed. They said they'd put a rush on the new order, but after 7 business days (normal processing time is 7-10 days), they said it would be at least another week. Some rush order! Once the glass did finally arrive, they couldn't get me on the repair schedule for another 10 days, and then they called me the morning of my service with an updated arrival time that was 2 hours earlier than the previously scheduled window, when no one would be home. Ultimately, from first contact to final installation, it took nearly 2 months for a simple (albeit odd-sized) pane replacement. The final product looks great and all the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional, but my initially very positive experience was marred by delays and mistakes on their end.

Description of Work: Circle glass installed a mirrored backsplash in my kitchen that had been totally messed up by a leak in the floor above. Mike and his team mate called when they were going to be a little late. They measured and returned to install a difficult backsplash (due to builder's messed up and bowed walls). Mike did a fantastic job! He was pleasant, exact, and professional. I have used Circle Glass a number of times. I have gotten an estimate for frameless shower door in refurbished bath and now am getting other estimates to compare. Hope their team wins this job too.

Description of Work: They replaced a glass shelf in my curio cabinet. I also had them look at replacing the glass on my coffee table. I was happy with the shelf. They were a little pricey.

Description of Work: After measuring all my windows that were fogged and needed replacement, I never received a proposal. After calling them several times, when I was put on hold for long periods of time, they finally told me that they could not replace some of the windows that were high up. Wasted a lot of my time when thy could have told me this up front.

Description of Work: They said they would charge $175 for the service call plus the cost of the glass I wanted to order. There are too many glass companies who don't charge for an estimate, therefore I would never use this company, especially since this seems like a large amount for a service call.

Description of Work: Needed a glass table top for a patio table I bought. Took table in, they measured, we selected glass and the top was ready in two days. The person we dealt with was very nice and helped us with our decisions. We also asked about cutting some pieces of mirror for nightstand top. It was very expensive as you had to buy an entire sheet of mirror. However, he called around to see if any other glass shops had some cut pieces we could use.
